"This hotel is perfectly located right next to the Pioneer Bookstore (Laomendong branch) and the Laomendong scenic area. It's incredibly convenient for dining, entertainment, and sightseeing. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I also really liked the hotel's style, and the housekeeping was always prompt. Overall, I was very satisfied! I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!"

"Came to Nanjing with the little one and stayed at the Yihe Jiezhiyuan Hotel. It's right in Laomendong, and the front desk staff even gave us a free room upgrade to a much bigger one! Even though it's in a scenic area, it's not noisy at all at night. During the day we visited other attractions, and in the evening, we'd just stroll around Laomendong, haha. De Yun She was also open, but we didn't go in. The Jiezhiyuan garden inside is also beautiful, and the whole hotel has a charming, ancient feel to it. It's really lovely!"

"Location was perfect as it was in a quiet street that was within walking distance to several food places, smaller produce stores where we bought our daily supply of fruits, a mini supermarket and the Qinhua River where we were able to do a night cruise on a sightseeing boat. Laomendong was also walkable from the hotel. We booked this hotel because of the room balcony overlooking a small tributary of the Qinhua river where we would eagerly await the passing of smaller boats especially at night when the lights are on and reflected on the water. Hotel staff were helpful and accomodating. Room was spacious and clean when we arrived. Housekeeping was not too bad and was not too much of an issue for us since we only stayed 3 days."

"Choosing this hotel for my Nanjing trip was such a smart decision! The location is incredibly convenient, really close to the subway and Nanjing South Station. It made visiting Laomendong and Fuzi Temple super easy, no detours at all. Plus, it was hassle-free for buying souvenirs and catching my high-speed train. The room was spotless, the bathroom was free of water stains, and the bed was soft and comfortable. The soundproofing was excellent, so I had a completely undisturbed rest at night. The front desk staff were polite and friendly, very efficient with check-in and check-out, and quick to respond to any requests. The facilities were great too – hot water 24/7 and fast Wi-Fi. Overall, it offers fantastic value for money. It was the perfect place to relax after a tiring journey. Definitely my top pick for anyone visiting Nanjing, and I've already recommended it to friends!"

"Located within the Old East Gate scenic area, this beautiful guesthouse greeted us with a charming creak as we opened the door. The decor blended seamlessly with the old house, and the scent was lovely. On the rooftop, there were adorable little animals, and it was my first time seeing a weasel! However, the 'flower-viewing' attic room can get noisy at night due to its proximity to a bar. We were warned about this before checking in, but if I stay here again, I'll definitely book a different room."

"Great location, in the middle of actions. right next walk to 老门东 and next to 夫子庙，15 min away from Nanjing South Raul station. The hotel is very uniquely traditional Chinese building, the amenities are very modern though. All in all a great hotel to stay at and very convenient and clean. Staff is super friendly. From the street there are no signs for the hotel so that caused a little confusion when dropped off by taxi and I didn't know where the hotel was. The staff was kind enough to come by and pick me up. The breakfast is a big negative. Very few selections and didn't taste good. Compaied to other hotels in Hina they are way below par. if the management is reading this, I'd suggest to improve on breakfast variety and taste. Still a great place to stay overall, I'd highly recommend it."

"The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient to get anywhere, with most attractions within an hour's reach. The Qinhuai River is right outside the door, and there's a great view from the rooftop too. The staff's service was also spot on; they greeted every guest who walked in and even helped us navigate to our desired destinations. We had heavy luggage, and a staff member very enthusiastically helped us push it to the entrance. Ordering takeout late at night was also a breeze, with robot delivery. Personally, I feel the breakfast could be improved; the variety isn't very extensive, and if you're staying for several days, eating the same few things can get a bit repetitive. But overall, everything was excellent, and if I come back to Nanjing, I'd definitely choose to stay here again!"

After exploring Jinling's most beautiful nightscapes, returning to the small courtyard, the ancient architecture's night view combined with the dynamic water features offers a tranquility and elegance that surpasses the scenic spots themselves. Every detail reflects the gentle charm of Jiangnan."

"The location is fantastic! The amenities in the room are very comprehensive, and the family room we booked was really charming with its tatami mats. The service attitude is excellent, and the hotel's environment is also very good. They even provide a welcome drink upon check-in, which is a nice touch.
