The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming. They arranged an early check-in for us and even gave us a free room upgrade, which was fantastic. The room was very spacious, though it felt a bit empty and underutilized. A few more pictures on the walls would really liven it up. Our room this time had a half-window, so the natural light was limited, making the room a bit dim. Adding a few more lights would definitely help. The service was exceptionally professional, and the room amenities were of high quality, better than most mid-to-high-end chain hotels. The location is excellent, with convenient transportation. It's about 3 km from Huaihe Road Pedestrian Street, a 10-minute taxi ride, and only about 300 meters from Baishuiba Metro Station – just across the street. Surrounding facilities are very convenient. There's a convenience store right next door, and Hualian Shopping Center is just across the street. The hotel itself shares the same office building as Xintiandi Shopping Center. The key card was very finicky, which was a definite drawback. I hope they update their equipment and facilities. The breakfast was decent; it had all the usual offerings plus some local specialties. It's probably not worth 88 yuan per person, but most rooms include breakfast, which is great! Overall, it's pretty good, offering incredible value for money at around 300 yuan. However, there are still some details that need improvement. After all, even if the strong points are excellent, a poor foundation can still negatively impact the guest experience!

First of all the room is very big, 60 square meters. There is a dressing room, dressing table, study, tea table, dry and wet separated bathroom, large bathtub, and a double bed of 1.35 meters. Very spacious and comfortable to live in. Secondly, the air conditioning was very powerful and there was plenty of hot water. The facilities are very new. Again, all the staff were very friendly. Finally, it is very close to the subway station, making travel convenient. If there is a shortcoming, it is that the room has a little bit of decoration smell, which is not very obvious. I mentioned it and the service staff sent a Xiaomi air purifier. Also, the variety and taste of breakfast can be improved.

The location is great, right on Huaihe Road Pedestrian Street, making shopping very convenient. There's a Kawangka and a Zhan Ji downstairs, and it's super close to the Former Residence of Li Hongzhang. Subway access is also very easy, just a few minutes walk, and there are large shopping malls nearby. The hotel's front desk service was excellent; anything I requested was delivered quickly. The Chinese breakfast options were hot and delicious, which was a definite plus. Being on a high floor, it was very quiet, and I slept really well. Areas for improvement: When I brought my own sheets, they weren't neatly made up. The Western breakfast selection was limited, and the small bed in the family room had a rather basic headboard. I hope they continue to improve and get even better. Hefei is definitely worth a visit!

My stay at this hotel was excellent. The ambiance, cleanliness, and comfort were all top tier, and I would rate it 10 out of 10. The reception area is beautifully designed, and the view from the upper floors, especially the breakfast area, was a highlight. Here's a review of my stay: **Location:** The hotel is situated in the old part of Hefei, about a 25-minute drive from Hefei South Railway Station and 45 minutes from Xinqiao Airport. It's relatively close to popular tourist attractions like Pedestrian Street, Xiaoyaojin Park, and Baohe Park, making it a good choice for sightseers. There's a bus stop right across the street that goes to Shushan Park, but there's no subway nearby, so getting around mainly involves taxis (which are very affordable in Hefei). **Facilities:** The hotel lobby is spacious with high ceilings and a business-oriented decor. The public areas are well-maintained and clean. The rooms are quite large with a reasonable layout; our room even had a view of the Xiaoyaojin Ferris wheel. The bedding was comfortable. Soundproofing, however, was a bit of an issue. We could clearly hear doors closing in the hallway and conversations without any significant dampening, which disturbed our rest. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and every room comes with a bathtub, which our child loved. The shower water pressure was just average. While the room facilities are complete, they generally show signs of age. Despite being well-maintained, you can tell it's a hotel that's been open for ten years. There's also a heated swimming pool on the 5th floor, but I didn't have time to try it this trip. **Service:** Surprisingly, there were no staff members at the hotel entrance to help open car doors or assist with luggage. During my stay, I even witnessed a security guard arguing loudly and swearing for nearly ten minutes without anyone intervening. Other service aspects were pretty good, though. When I went to the lobby bar for ice for my bloodshot eyes, or asked for drawing paper and kids' toiletries for my child, my requests were quickly met. I didn't try the hotel breakfast, so I can't comment on its quality, nor did I use the complimentary drink vouchers. However, finding breakfast nearby is very convenient. There's a Sanhe Noodle shop to the left, a fresh market across the street, and many breakfast stalls right outside the hotel entrance. **Overall:** Considering everything, the hotel offers excellent value for money. The hotel is very good. When checking in, the service at the front desk is warm and intimate. During the stay, there will be needs to respond in time. The room hardware facilities are trendy and complete, the layout is reasonable, and the living is very comfortable. The sanitation is particularly in place, clean and tidy, no smell, and the stay is particularly at ease.

As someone from Anqing, I was completely won over by the chicken soup with puffed rice, and I devoured three bowls!
