Hotels near Commerzbank, Frankfurt

"The Ruby Louise Hotel shines with its modern boutique charm, excellent location near downtown Frankfurt, and a team that genuinely embraces hospitality. The rooms are stylish, quiet, and perfectly designed. The beautiful rooftop terrace, offering a fantastic atmosphere in the evenings, is a particular highlight. This hotel perfectly combines design, comfort, and moments of well-being – highly recommended."

"We stayed during the Easter Weekend at the Steigenberger Icon Frankfurter Hof to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday, and it was a truly lovely experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and went out of their way to be accommodating, which made the stay feel extra special. They even arranged champagne and a birthday cake for him as I had requested, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the celebration feel truly memorable. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was elegant yet comfortable, and everything was handled with great attention to detail. One of the highlights for me was the spa, it was quiet, clean, and very relaxing, the perfect place to unwind. Another big plus is the location, the hotel is surrounded by great restaurants and lovely bars, making it easy to enjoy the city without going far. Overall, we really enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend it for a special occasion or a relaxing getaway.❤️"

"The surroundings are really convenient. There are small shops nearby, as well as high-rise buildings, offering a wide variety of choices for both food and shopping. I stayed for two nights and had a great experience, and the breakfast was also plentiful."

"The service was excellent! The front desk staff were very polite, proactively upgraded my room, and provided disposable slippers. They also offered bottled water when they noticed how hot it was outside, which I really appreciated! I'll definitely stay here again next time. The room was clean and tidy, very satisfied!"

"1. Near the train station. 2. Breakfast was decent, buffet style. 3. Clean and tidy, although the bathroom was very small. 4. There's a bus stop nearby, making transportation incredibly convenient. 5. Will definitely stay here again next time, and they have Chinese-speaking receptionists."

"I am shocked and surprised by the standard of this hotel. Le Meridien is a famous chain globally but this hotel can me give a standard of three star hotel. Amenities, environment including lift has a very low quality. I could not sleep the whole night as it was hot and the air cooling was not enough. I was advised the cooling does not go below 24 degrees. In a hotel chain like Le Meridien, it's not acceptable at all. I didn't check the other facilities as I was totally disappointed as soon as I entered the hotel. Le Meridien should not continue with this property with their name as this will definitely ternish their image worldwide."

"The location is excellent, quite close to many tourist attractions and the train station. There are markets nearby, and the train station itself also offers shopping options. Halal restaurants are available in the immediate vicinity. The room was fantastic; it was equipped with an iron and ironing board, a desk, tea and coffee supplies, and a kettle. A bottle of water was also provided. The internet connection was very strong. Cleanliness was excellent. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The long, curved sofa was amazing. The breakfast variety was good. The young staff at the reception are very helpful, and the entire team is friendly. Cash is not accepted at the reception or other areas; only credit cards are valid. For instance, you must use a credit card to pay the city tax."

"Well the room is quite good, nicely designed and everything is comfortable. There is a REWE GO next door, which is convenient when need supplier like water, snack foods and etc,. Breakfast is good and the restaurant manager is very helpful and cheerful, I had good time there. However the service from receptionist, can’t say it’s bad. But you don’t feel of being welcomed.. that’s a bit sorry."

"The location is fantastic! It's a straight 10-minute walk to Zeil, and right outside is the central train station, making it super convenient to get to the exhibition center. Plus, there's a Chinese restaurant right next door on the ground floor that's always packed. I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time!"

"Location is great especially for business traveller. Around 10 minutes walk to Opera House, 15 minutes walk to Central Train Station or city center. Room is neat and tidy with a spacious area, which is separated from the bed, that I can eat take away in the room."
