"Facilities: The facilities are comprehensive and relatively new. Parking is convenient. Cleanliness: The room was clean and tidy, and smelled very pleasant. Environment: The environment is great, and the surrounding area is quite safe. Restaurants and supermarkets are all within a few hundred meters, which is very convenient. Service: The service was excellent, and the front desk staff were very kind and friendly."

"The hotel is quite a walk from the main train station, about 45 minutes on foot. The breakfast for a budget hotel was decent enough to fill up on, and everything else could be overlooked. However, it's really unacceptable that there was no heating in the middle of winter, and the air conditioning was just for show – it didn't work even when turned up to the max."

"Located at the quieter end of Frankfurt, however easily accessible to city area and to the airport. Room is spacious and clean. Do remember to request housekeeping if required if you're staying less than 3 nights. Only down side is the housekeeper entering the room in the morning even you did not request for cleaning!"

"This hotel is directly connected to the U-Bahn station, making it incredibly convenient to travel elsewhere. The breakfast is on par with, or even better than, what you'd find at a Holiday Inn Express. The gym is also available until late. The pros far outweigh the cons, and I would definitely consider staying here again."

"This hotel is centrally located in Frankfurt, just a 500-meter walk from the subway station, making getting around incredibly convenient. Right outside, you'll find the Main River, perfect for a morning stroll, catching the sunrise, or exercising. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the breakfast is exceptional with a wide variety of dishes. Overall, it was a fantastic experience! 👍"

"We had a very pleasant stay at the Eastfive Hotel. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were well-maintained and tidy – there's really nothing to complain about. The location is a bit outside the city center, which you should factor in, but for the price – especially over New Year's – it's absolutely fair. You really can't complain. Breakfast was good and had a decent selection, but unfortunately, it was very crowded, so it got a bit hectic at times. Overall, it offers good value for money and we highly recommend it if you're looking for a clean hotel at a reasonable price."

"Headline: Not recommended if you want to be near the city. While the room was clean, it was far too small and lacked essential furniture like a wardrobe or a mini-fridge. The bathroom was the only spacious part of the room. The biggest downside is the location; being 6km away means spending an extra €25+ daily on transport. Any money you save on the room rate, you will likely spend on taxis or transit."

"Perfectly good modern no-frills hotel. Room not huge but big enough and had all the facilities you would expect, ie. aircon, TV with plenty of channels (mostly German, obviously). Room and hotel very clean. The hotel is located about a 30 minute walk from the city centre but benefits from having the Ostbahnhof U-bahn station a few yards away. Here you can catch the U6 train into the centre (takes 10 minutes at most). If using the U-bahn and S-bahn systems, get a day ticket (7 euros) - otherwise it’s 3 euros 65 for a single journey."

"I stayed at this hotel a year ago and loved it. This year, unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed. There was limescale buildup on the sink, some of the furniture was broken, and there was an unpleasant smell in the room. Last year, I really appreciated the small tea and coffee bar. This time, it was sadly gone. Downstairs at the bar, there was a small selection of teas: five black teas and one Istanbul Night. I would have preferred some kind of herbal or fruit tea."
