A bit far away from the city center, the hotel is located on top of the hill so if you dont mind thr walk its ok. There are metro stations nearby. The place is clean frequently and the staff friendly.

On reading some negative reviews I was apprehensive about my stay, however, to the contrary everything was the opposite to the bad reviews! Staff very helpful had early check in no problem, asked for quiet apt got it A/C worked perfectly Nice swimming pool Great gym with A/C Asked for extra pillow got it in 10 mins Disregard the negative reviews this place is good value for money! 😁

You can get everything you want and hygiene is much better than I expected. **found 1 Hair dryer on 2/F :p Well just a bit noisy at night as you can hear your neighbors. No complaints with this price and location .😂 And I heard loud Indian music at 1am once when I slept a bit late that night, maybe a cleaner? As the sound of swiping things caught at the same moment.

This place is VERY far from the city centre and the beaches so keep that in mind when booking. Although the hostel itself is safe, bussing back at 5 am which takes about 1 hour from the clubs and city centre is not great. The room is small but it does the job. Staff are super nice and the amenities are good.

The Ibis Santa Coloma is the hotel equivalent of a reliable Honda Civic: it’s not flashy, but it gets the job done comfortably and leaves you with gas money (or in this case, tapas money). The Highlights: • The ”Sweet Bed”: I don't know what kind of wizardry Ibis puts in their mattresses, but these beds are surprisingly like sleeping on a marshmallow. After walking 20,000 steps in the city, you will pass out instantly. 😴 • The Commute (Adventure Time): You aren't in Barcelona, you're in the 'burbs. But! The Singuerlín Metro station (L9) is just a short walk away. It’s a clean, futuristic driverless train that zips you into the city. Just bring a playlist or a podcast for the 25-minute ride. 🎧 • No ”Surprises”: It’s an Ibis. You know exactly what you’re getting: orange decor, a clean bathroom, and a decent breakfast buffet. No ******* antique furniture or questionable plumbing here. • Local Prices: The bars and cafes around the hotel are for locals, meaning you can get a coffee and a croissant for half the price of the tourist traps downtown. ☕

This was a truly wonderful place to stay! I accidentally left something behind at the hotel, but they were incredibly kind and helpful, keeping it safe for two days and even arranging for DHL pickup. They also offered laundry service for an additional fee (they mentioned having an 8kg washing machine). I do agree that there's room for improvement with the locks. However, the staff were lovely, and my roommates were all very kind and quiet. I'd love to stay here again if I get the chance.

This was my first trip to Europe, starting in Paris and then coming to Barcelona. Prices in Paris were ridiculously high; for the same four nights, I spent several thousand ********* dollars more there, and it was just a hostel. But I absolutely loved this hotel! It's away from the hustle and bustle of tourist areas, located in a residential neighborhood, and not far from the metro station. It's a 4-star hotel 🏨, and the best part is the super spacious room with an enormous bed 🛏️ that was so comfortable I barely wanted to leave. The bathroom was also incredibly clean and huge, making it a joy to use. It was just amazing, absolutely amazing! I'll definitely stay here again when I go back to Barcelona. I'm even hoping to visit Barcelona again this summer. I really miss that big bed 🥹🥹 I’ll always miss Barcelona and Arcelon Hotel 🥹

It was simple, but clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly. The sink was a little high, so shorter guests might find it difficult to wash their face. I stayed for four nights and had no problems. It was also easily accessible, with the subway station just one minute away, which takes you directly to Sagrada Familia and Passeig de Gracia, making it perfect for sightseeing. I would definitely stay here again if I go to Spain again!
