The facilities and services were good, and the rooms were quite large for their European scale. However, the service was extremely poor, bordering on discriminatory. We booked the same room type for three nights, but on the first night, the front desk only issued a room key for one night and required us to come downstairs the next morning to check in again. They said we could only extend our stay in the same room if there were vacancies (we showed them our booking confirmation, but they insisted that we had booked different room types for the three nights and had to check out and change rooms every morning?). We then contacted Ctrip customer service to communicate with the hotel. The hotel claimed that the front desk staff were new and unfamiliar with the procedures, and that this wouldn't normally happen (even if they were unfamiliar with the procedures, their service attitude should have been better). Ctrip's customer service responded very quickly and helped resolve the issue, allowing us to extend our stay for three more nights. However, we strongly advise against staying at this hotel.

My stay at the Le Riviera Collection, BW Signature Collection was truly outstanding, and I would love to share my experience. The hotel immediately impresses with its tasteful design: modern, bright, and elegant, yet still warm and inviting. The atmosphere is relaxed, creating a sense of comfort and welcome from the very first moment. My room was spotless, well-appointed, and provided everything I needed for a pleasant stay, from a very comfortable bed to thoughtful little details that made me feel at home. The location is also excellent: quiet, yet just a short walk from the Promenade des Anglais, the city center, and many of Nice’s main attractions. One of the absolute highlights was the breakfast experience. The buffet offers a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options, from French pastries and fresh fruit to savory dishes, ensuring there’s something for everyone. What truly sets it apart, however, is the wonderful breakfast team. A very special mention goes to Claudia, Noreen, David and Emma, who greeted us every morning with a smile, genuine kindness, and remarkable attentiveness. The entire breakfast staff were equally warm, helpful, and professional, you could feel their passion for making guests feel welcome and cared for. They help you to discover attractions near by, just ask. The reception and service team were also excellent, always friendly, responsive, and eager to provide recommendations for restaurants and things to do around Nice. Their attention and dedication really enhanced my stay. In summary: the Le Riviera Collection is not only a beautiful hotel, but also a place that shines because of the people working there. I felt welcomed, valued, and cared for throughout my stay. Without a doubt, I will choose this hotel again on my next visit to Nice. A highly recommended choice for anyone looking for a stylish hotel with excellent service and a breakfast team that makes every day start with a smile.

This hotel is located near the airport, so you might hear a bit of noise, but the soundproofing in the rooms is pretty decent. Right across the street, there's a bus stop that can get you to Nice Old Town in about half an hour, which is quite convenient. The check-in process at the front desk was incredibly slow; I'm not sure if it was a system issue, but I often saw a long queue of people waiting. The room itself was equipped with new and complete facilities, making for a comfortable stay. There's a rooftop pool and bar with a rather chic vibe, but the hotel rooms offer almost no sea view. If you're looking for a sea view, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

I really enjoyed my stay. The location was excellent, with easy access to public transport and many of Nice's main attractions, making it a great base for exploring the city. The hotel itself was comfortable and well maintained. While it wasn't luxurious, it was clean enough, and the room had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit, making check-in and my overall stay straightforward. I also noticed the hotel has a rooftop bar, which looked like a nice feature, although I didn't get the chance to visit it during my stay. Overall, I had a very good experience and would happily stay here again.

Fantastic Hotel with a Great Location and Excellent Service I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect—everything is within walking distance. The sea, the city center, and excellent transport links are just a 15-20 minute walk away. If you’re up for a bit of travel, the nearby train station makes it incredibly easy to reach Monaco, Cannes, or other destinations. There are also plenty of local shops nearby where you can buy food and essentials. The service truly exceeded my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming and friendly the staff were. The room was small—perhaps even tiny—but for a short stay of 3-4 nights, it was absolutely fine since I didn’t spend much time in the hotel anyway. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily and even changed the towels every day, which was another pleasant surprise. One of the absolute highlights of my stay was the amazing breakfast. The variety was incredible—different kinds of cheese, appetizers, sweet and savory options, and fresh juices. The breakfast was top-level, and I honestly felt full for most of the day! Another great convenience was that after checking out, we were allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel until the evening. Since we had a late flight, this was incredibly helpful—we were able to enjoy the city for the whole day and just pick up our bags before heading to the airport. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would love to return in the future. A huge thank you to the staff for their outstanding service!

The apartments are very conveniently located! The reception staff is wonderful and very responsive! The breakfasts are very modest; you could probably skip buying them. The only downside is the limited hot water supply per day. You won't be able to shower in both the morning and evening! Or you'd really have to conserve it for two people. On our first evening, we ran out of hot water because it had all been used during the day.

This hostel is conveniently located just 5-10 minutes from Nice-Ville station and is perfect for making trips to nearby cities and towns such as monte-carlo and menton. There are also many food options near the hostel and its is conveniently located near the city centre and also the beach. The locker is spacious and hangers are provided for you as well. Luggage storage before and after check-out is free so that is a big plus. Somethings about the hostel are bothersome such as the triple-deck bed. This triple deck bed is so wobbly that the whole bed shakes at the slightest movement such as turning your body or even just lying down or sitting up. This experience required everyone to have minimum movement throughout the night. The bottom bedframe being slightly curved shows that the bed obviously needs to be attached to the wall for better stability and support. The top bunk of this triple-deck is also not fitted with a nightlight and charger. This means that if you sleep on the top bunk, not only can you not see, you also do not have the convenience of charging your appliances while sleeping. This also means that this third deck is not part of the original bedroom design. The bathroom is a tiny bit mouldy and there is minor drainage smell but it is manageable so long as you keep the door closed. Overall, it is a nice hostel and the convenience to nearby towns, Nice city centre, and old Nice, makes up for the terrible triple-decker bed that honestly just should not exist and also seems like a last minute addition for more profit.

Had lifts, clean and beds were comfortable. Great that it has air conditioning, most accommodation in europe does not have it. Life saver in summer especially in the heat wave! We booked this place because they had laundry service but when we asked about it, they don’t have it and we were disappointed. Sound proofing was not the best as well, could hear other people talking, footsteps and doors slamming.

This Hotel is right by the train station, which makes it easy to roam around Cote d'Azur by train. If needed there is a shop on the same street where you can wash your clothes. Particular handy for backpackers, who want to do some laundry. The room was a perfect size, and the bathroom was great. It has a towel dryer, which is nice, when you need to dry swim clothes after a day at the beach. The city center is a short walk away from the hotel too. Breakfast was simple but good. Typical European breakfast - which means sweet pastry. They also had baguette, cheese, toppings like ham, scrambled eggs and greenary + fruits and berries - something I prefer. (I need my breakfasts a bit salty). The staff was helpful and welcoming. You can store your luggage at the Hotel if needed, which is great! Also a pluss for being eco friendly. You might hear the traffic from your room, but it shouldn't be a bother to most people. If you are a light sleeper, maybe ask for a room that doesn't face the main street, or use ear buds. I had no issue, but I sleep well anywhere.

My father had booked this hotel for my best friend and I for an early birthday celebration. All staff were super nice and friendly, extremely welcoming and polite. On another note, we’re thankful to have had a private room with our own bathroom but our bathroom was slightly questionable. There was this odour coming from somewhere in the bathroom, it smelled of a public bathroom aka if smells of piss all over as if the pipes had leaked or someone had peed all over the bathroom (not saying that it happened). Along with it, our shower had some suspicious black stains, the shower curtain seemed to have had some mold on it but we are uncertain about it. With it, my friend’s bed somehow had a bunch of water drops on it we couldn’t tell if it was from the smoke detector or the AC unit being turned on? Lastly, my bed had this slat that was not put in properly and was being held by a piece of cardboard (I was kneeling on the bed and my knee went through the bed, I nearly ate the wall. But the slat was sideways and not put properly due to the fact that it was far too long for the bed’s width). On a good note, we were grateful for the AC unit especially since Nice was super humid and we were sightseeing a lot, plus the courtyard is super cute! Absolutely loved sitting outside and enjoying. The hotel is situated near from the train station (if you arrive at terminal two you can take the tram until Grand Arénas and take the train to Nice Ville)! Restaurants, shops, mall, bars etc all around!
