"The hotel was very comfortable and the room was very comfortable. A simple room, antique with dark wooden header, desk and bathroom furniture in the same tone. Room with just to make a short stay. Correct but nothing matches the image given by the hotel. The bathroom was spacious and equipped with bathroom, but I had no hot water in my living room. The hotel is located in the heart of the city centre, and the hotel is located in the heart of the city centre."

"Toulouse is a small city and everything is within half an hour driving distance. The hotel is 15 minutes away from the train station and 15 minutes drive from the airport. The apartment has everything you need, except laundry. It’s a clean, large apartment with a kitchen. Friendly front desk staff. We will stay again next time."

"Pros: - Close to the train station and main attractions (10-15 minutes walk) - Quiet street - Spacious and clean room with a small kitchen - Friendly staff - Comfortable bed on the upper level (loft bed) Cons: - The shower design is terrible; the showerhead is hung low and to the side, making it very inconvenient to use. - You have to clean the kitchen and take out the trash before check-out. P.S. Trip.com stated that laundry access was free, but this is not true - it costs 5 euros for washing + 3 euros for drying."

"This hotel was perfect for my trip. The hotel was very close to the station. I stayed for two nights but I could relax as my home. The room was not so large but everything was included in my room. And staffs were very friendly. They showed the map of this city and told me where to visit, how to visit, how long does it take and everything I wanted to know. I’ll stay there when I visit Toulouse again."

"Nice little hotel not far from the train station but also right on the bus route from the airport . It was clean and we had a very good breakfast. It was a great location for walking into the centre which is on the way to the river. Good value for money and had a kettle in the room which I always like. Small supermarket right nearby as well. Photo is of the bridge over the river. We had a lovely local meal just before the river for a very reasonable price."

"Everything with the hotel is excellent. Check in staff and house keeping are nice. One thing needs consideration is to resume provisions of bath mat in the shower room. Its a safety measurements. The bath tub is slippery when the shower is on. Amenities like toothpaste, tooth brush, slippers could be saved but safety measurements could not be sacrifice."

"We had an excellent stay at Grand hotel. It is literally the very centre of the city which meant we could walk everywhere. In the square outside, there were sometimes events going on which we enjoyed watching from our room. We got a suite which had a beautiful bathroom. It was very clean and tidy."

"The bed in the standard room is wide enough for a family of three. It is very convenient to go to Capitol Square. There is free mineral water in the room. Overall, it is not bad. The disadvantage is that it is a bit old and the corridor smells a bit musty."

"Great Place to stay! Breakfast looks a little différent than in the photos online but is still ok. The only thing i was missing was a proper coffee machine. Room had no AC but nevertheless had a perfect température."
