Guest UserThe hotel is an excellent location, near to train station and stop for the A1 Flyer airport bus.We had a warm welcome and swift check in. Our room was large and the bed was extremely comfortable. There is very little hanging space for clothes but as it was an overnight stay it did not impact on us. Drinks in the sky bar were enjoyable and breakfast was ample with plenty of choices in cooked items as well as pastries and fruit. We were very happy with our choice and will back for another night very soon.

AlanAsoundAmazing hotel, perfect location, very clean. I wish I had more time to have a bath, etc!
The staff was friendly too.
A couple of hiccups: my card didn’t work, and another customer had the same issue at the same time, so it must be common. Also my shampoo pump didn’t work so I couldn’t shampoo.

DukuxiwuThis was the best value-for-money accommodation during my 20-day in-depth tour of the UK. The location is practically central, just a few hundred meters from the train station. There's public parking next to the hotel, though it's a bit pricey at £37 for one night. Right next to the hotel is a shopping mall with everything you could need, including lots of great food. There's a Thai restaurant there that's particularly excellent. If I ever come back, this will definitely be my go-to hotel again 🏨

SVB7A comfortable stay in quiet, clean and well resourced rooms. The hotel is located near the train station and in walking distance to all city centre locations. Stayed multiple times and always happy to return.

Anonymous UserLovely overnight stay at Queens for a concert in the city. Location is ideal (attached to the train station). Excellent, friendly staff. Did online check in before arrival which made it quick and simple to collect key card from the reception. The room was spacious and clean with everything you’d need. Limited noise from outside even though the hotel is slap bang in the city centre. Would stay again.

Sue_AI had a good stay at Novotel Leeds Centre. The staff were very friendly, and the location was perfect - just a 10 minute walk from the train station and close to the city centre. Breakfast could have been better, and my room wasn’t spotless, but overall it was a pleasant experience. I will still recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Leeds for the first time.

LadyMarahGreat location, very quiet peaceful area beautiful room and very clean I lived it . But my stay would have been better if everything had gone smoothly I Just had a problem with the hotel asking for a deposit and not accepting cash for it , I do understand policies are different but after a 12hour flight plus 3 hour train ride all I needed was to get my room and rest but I had to sit for over 20 plus minutes trying to figure out what to do with my situation.I suggest they should be more accommodating and attentive to different situations and customers circumstances rather than just saying we don’t accept this and not willing to find a solution to help. Later on after about 30 minutes or so a very nice friendly manager came to my rescue and found a solution .which could have been done in the first place than having a customer wait for long because someone else is not willing to budge and understand a situation and find a solution.

The room is a normal-sized one, equipped with 2 British twin bed (Width: 130~140cm), and it was prepared in an acceptable condition. Air-conditioner is available, but you may find that it need to be turned on for 2~3 times a day, as the system had been set in an economic mode by the hotel. The breakfast is a typically British one, whilst baked mushroom is not provided. Nevertheless, the breakfast tastes good, and you could serve yourself with chocolate croissants, cheese, hot tomato mush, vegetarian-friendly sausages, honey, tinned peaches and coconut yoghurt. Toothpastes and toothbrushes could be ordered with a fee (£2), thereby you'd better rake your own's. The location is reasonable, since the hotel adjoins the John Lewis shopping mall, and there's only 10-min walk way between the hotel and Leeds coach station. Meanwhile, you may walk to the Victoria and Trinity shopping centres in 15~20 minutes from the hotel, though it might be a bit inconvenient to travel to the nearby downtown by bus, given the lack of bus stops next to the gate of this hotel. Overall, it's a foolproof option for someone who anticipate a lodging experience surpassing the average level there.

Guest UserIt’s suitable for people attending seminars or taking a short 2-day, 1-night trip. The price is affordable, the rooms are clean, but not soundproof. The staff take good care of guests.

Guest UserGood front office team and very helpful throughout my stay.
I accidentally left my suit behind, and I hope they will kindly arrange to send it back, as I have already organised the postage.
Overall, a really good team. A special mention to the chef in the kitchen, who clearly enjoys looking after guests and making sure everyone is well fed.
Great service and a lovely team.
