"We have stayed at the Leonardo Royal Grand Harbour Hotel for the third time and continue to enjoy consistently wonderful experiences. The hospitality is outstanding, with special thanks to Emily at the front desk for her friendly and professional assistance. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable, and breakfast offered an excellent variety, supported by attentive staff. A special mention to the lovely silver-haired gentleman with glasses for his exceptional service. Highly recommended. Will surely comeback. Thank you."

"For the price paid (approximately £65 for a double room) this was a good option for our one night stay. The exterior of the building seems to be undergoing some modifications with scaffolding in place. The interior carpets and corridors need a considerable refresh but despite this the actual room was clean and tidy with fresh bedding. The room had its own wc, shower and washbasin so all self contained. The mattress was comfortable. The only drawback for me was that the room was at the back of the hotel very close to a McDonalds drive thru which proved rather noisy even at 3 am."

"I went there only for 3 nights. It’s really was so cozy. This hotel give you so many options. You can cook there you have everything for that, it’s even more staff to do. For my opinion I will come back there. I was with my girlfriend she cooked for us and we save even more than expected. Just to avoid restaurants and spending for fast food."

"The room was quite clean, but the facilities felt a bit outdated. The air conditioning kept turning off by itself and provided almost no cooling, which made it very stuffy in the summer. However, the front desk could provide a fan. The showerhead in the bathroom was fixed in place; the outer ring sprayed hot water, while the center sprayed cold, instead of mixing them. The hotel room key was an old-fashioned magnetic card that easily demagnetized, so I had to go to the front desk every day to get it reactivated. The hotel service was good, and there were many guests. Breakfast was basically a traditional English breakfast."

"The hotel is clean, the front desk staff are very welcoming, the breakfast is plentiful, and it follows environmental protection principles. Guests are advised to bring their own toiletries and slippers. The location is convenient, with bus stops right outside the hotel."

"Extremely satisfied! The room was clean and hygienic, and the location was super convenient. Parking was a breeze too. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, so you don't have to walk far for meals. Getting to attractions by car was also very easy. Highly recommend!"

"I checked in at 3pm and the air conditioner did not work it was like a warm hairdryer. The temperature was 28c inside the room it was very hot a heat wave that day. I went down stairs and the reception was empty. I had to wait for 15 mins then some one called raman eventually turned up and was uninterested to say the least. She told me that it could be controlled from behind the bar or something like that but that is not true. I had to ask again 3 hours later this time she got some boy to come out from behind the bar to claim he had a control of all the air conditioners in the hotel. Why the lies, after emailing trip .com they admitted the AC was faulty and I moved to another room. It was trip.com who helped me not the disinterested staff why didnt they move me the first time. Not impressed."

"Stayed one night before a cruise. The hotel is opposite a large shopping mall and close to the cruise terminal. The facilities are new, typical of a boutique hotel, though the room size is a bit small. The hotel service was a bit chaotic; at check-in, they knew our room fee was fully paid and only held £30 as a temporary deposit. However, at check-out, they claimed they had no record of our payment and asked us to show our bank transfer statement. Four days later, without any other deductions, the hotel is still holding that £30."

"We Rrived early as just off a cruise ship about 10.45am. We were told could store our cases in a store perfect. Returned 2.45pm. Checked in. 2 lifts so great when used on busy cruise daya to get all down no long wait. Room was huge only sad part not allowed to open window but sir conditioning was working. Went to reception added on breakfast. All staff we interacted with were professional and friendly. Great location East walk to shops in town. Park area opposite was added bonus as hot wkend. Breakfast excellent chef in site do could ask questions. Would stay again. Lots of families there too."
