GGuest UserPleasant, friendly hotel. Clean and well looked after. Absolutely excellent breakfast included. Wide variety of options always available during dining period. Perfectly located as walked from airport and leaning tower easily walkable. Had a fantastic three night stay.

DdenfinityVery convenient place since it is in front of Pisa Central Station. Very slow or no written response from trip.com but they reply when you call. The room I had is outdated. Not very clean specially the bathroom. You can hear the noise from outside. Price is a bit expensive.

LLorianeHotel booked for one night and it was enough! Very hard and uncomfortable bed. Room quite large despite everything. Hotel near the train station, easy to access. BUT room full of mold in the bathroom and near the curtains of the room!!! No ventilation!!! I would not have spent a second night there.

GGuest UserThe staff was excellent, but the bathroom was poorly maintained (the toilet leaked, and the shower tray edges were dirty and poorly sealed). The room's interior soundproofing was terrible; we were woken up several times by noises from the hallway.
I wouldn't stay here again.

The shower wasn't great but only needed unblocking in the holes which I managed myself. Needs cleaning regularly and not left to clog up 🚿
The room wasn't quiet as we had very noisy people to the right of us but that's them not the hotels fault
Staff were friendly and couldn't do enough.
Breakfast was simple but good
Have to say the scrambled eggs tasted amazing😋
Location was great once we figured out the map 🤣🤣
All in all a lovely stay. Would definitely stay again

Ssonthegr8this is such a business type-of- hotel. very much suitable for businessman/woman who wish to stay and make a conference there. + the price was a bit on the competitive side so it’s very nice tbh.

AAThe hotel is located in a very small town. The hotel itself is good. I got a new room, there was no noise. Very clean, cleaned every day. Of the shortcomings I can note: no shampoo, a poorly working refrigerator and no glasses in the room.
I asked for glasses at the reception, they sent me to the bar, where they gave me plastic glasses.... I took glass ones myself, since I do not drink from plastic.
The hotel and Tirrenia itself are an ideal place to distance yourself from the world. Life in the city freezes at 8-9 o'clock. There is nowhere to go.
A good supermarket and several restaurants are a 2-minute walk from the hotel. The food in none of them was particularly impressive.
The sea is gorgeous. Very clean. The beach is also kept clean.
Pisa is a half-hour bus ride from the hotel. There is nothing to do there, except for visiting the tower, but it is not long - 30 minutes maximum.

GGuest UserIts a good hostel to stay at in terms of safety, and good price, very convenient for Pisa since its very close to the station but not ideal if u r longing for a quiet peaceful night since the trains pass by every few minutes 😅
And i dont understand why they have to make u pay for a luggage deposit, never encountered that in any other place. U also need to pay more if u want a towel

RRChung_zelatorWent there to see the beach and enjoy the sea, when I checked in I brought big suit case and the guy at front desk was pointing his finger at me and asking whether I'm alone, I honestly felt very much offended and the guy needs to be well trained again his manner as this is absolutely not favored by any guests who will visit there other than him all the staffs are kind and nice but he's the face of the hotel as all the guests who are stepping into the lobby will see his such bad attitude toward guests .. that is not really matching with the entire atmosphere of the hotel ..
breakfast was great , very spacious and many menus so I literally have enjoyed well and then I walked out to the beach side and saw many people are walking alongside the beach, location is good
one last thing, why the wifi passcode is every 6~7 hours being changed?? this is absolutely unnecessary and made me really irritating as I did not know why the internet is not working, please change this for other guests

GGuest UserThe room is very small, but compared to the price, I think it is very cost-effective. In foreign countries where the average nightly rate is 2,000, the price here is very reasonable, and it is very close to the Leaning Tower of Pisa, less than five minutes' walk! The facilities are a bit old, and the sockets even need to be supported by a cabinet to prevent the plugs from falling out. The hotel is also not far from the train station, less than ten minutes' walk. But all in all, this price, this location, and this view are still very cost-effective
