"The room was incredibly clean, exceeding my expectations, and the hotel is right next to the Vatican with a great price. The front desk staff was very warm and welcoming; the lady even helped my mom carry her luggage up the steps and enthusiastically introduced us to the surrounding area and public transportation. The hotel is located in a very lively area with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Highly recommend!"

"Excellent experience, from arrival to departure. Besides the excellent location, the room was the San Pietro cup, to emphasize the cleaning of the room and the bathroom, the comfortable bed, the small shortnesses for guests such as the coffee machine and the boiler with a selection of thesane at full availability of guests. New and well maintained furniture. Excellent breakfast available in a connected bar. and then shower with chromotherapy. What to say ... Super hope recommended"

"This hotel has lots of benefits and only benefits! We liked it very much and it exceeded our expectations. The location is great, just 10 minutes from St Peter's Cathedral, so you are close to the main sights but at the same time the street is quite and you can get good rest and goodnight sleep. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bathroom was large too! this is a rarity for Rome! Many hotels offer very tiny rooms but Gravina rooms have lots of space, standard size beds and everything you might need, like a fridge, teapot, etc. I loved the fact that we had wooden floors. Cleaning was done everyday, water pressure in the bathroom was very good too. There is a supermarket around the corner where you can buy water and more. Another benefit was 24/7 check-in. For us it was important because we had a night flight and again many hotels in Rome don't offer this service, so it was wonderful that we didn't have to worry about our late arrival. Breakfast was decent, not huge but we found everything what we normally eat in the morning and coffee from the coffee machine was very good. And last but not least: the hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel without any hesitation. This is one of the best offers in this category."

"Highly recommended. We stayed for four nights. The B&B is a 10-minute walk from the Vatican Museum. St. Peter's Square is about a 15-minute walk from the Vatican City in the other direction. There are traditional Italian breakfast shops (coffee bread croissants) and Chinese restaurants in old Chengdu. There are kiosks where you can buy water and drug stores. There are few restaurants where you can get pasta or pizza… The B&B is in a residential building with an elevator. The rooms are small but clean and tidy. There is also a living room and lounge on the 4th floor. The receptionist at the B&B can speak English and is very friendly. If you contact me in advance, he will send relevant information to your email for easy access. I also met the owner of the B&B. Chatted for a long time"

"Generally had a nice time in Rome because of the strategic location of the hotel to the Vatican, the Vatican museums, the bus stops going everywhere.   But there are still lots of room for improvement. Pros: 1. Near the Vatican museums (just have to cross) 2. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby 3. Fast check-in at 3pm.  Can leave luggages at storage area if you arrive early. 4. Room is clean and quite spacious. 5. I purchased some items online and had them delivered to the hotel.  Lady at the frontdesk gladly gave the package to me. 6. Can request toothpaste with toothbrush and front desk gave us plus additonal toilet paper and slippers.   7. The lady at the front desk helped us book our hotel to airport transfer (70 Euros using a BMW). 8. There are clean toilets near the elevator and we used it while waiting for our ride going to the airport.  The lobby is also relaxing and only a few people around.  9. They also have a storage room where we left our luggages when we checkout before 10am.   Cons: 1. Walks ways can be crowded due to many tourists nearby  2. Hot water at the bath area was not available during the morning after our first night.  Forced to take a bath with very cold water during winter time so you can just imagine the discomfort we had to undergo.  Very disappointed with this considering we paid a lot for our stay.  They should have regular check-up and maintenance to avoid this situation. 3. People at the front desks are not really welcoming and rarely smile.  But they finally smiled when I gave them coconut chips as token of our appreciation. 4. Bottled water only available on the first day of stay.  Should be daily.  But can request from the cleaning ladies who were very friendly.  5. Room cleaning is only in the morning before 12noon.  Our room was not cleaned on Jan. 1 because we left our room at almost 12.  No one informed us. 6. When we booked the airport transfer with a lady at the front desk, it looks she did not endorse our airport transfer to the other lady staff who replaced her at the front desk and we were quite alarmed because the driver came in a little past 330pm.  The other lady was even saying that her colleague might have not booked the airport transfer because it should be requested two days ahead of schedule.  Anyway, our ride arrived on time but was not able to get in immediately to the hotel because of lack of parking space in front of the hotel.  We had to cross to get to the black BMW."

"Orange Hotels is located right next to the Vatican—just a 5-minute walk away. There are several bus stops nearby, making it easy to reach other attractions such as Castel Sant’Angelo and Trastevere. It’s also very close to the Tiber River. We really enjoyed our stay here. Although many hotels in Rome feel a bit dated, the service and staff here were exceptional. They even upgraded our room for free. One small note: there are a few steps leading up to the reception, so keep that in mind if you have heavy luggage. Still, this seems to be common in many Roman hotels. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"Loved our stay here. Staff were super welcoming and helpful. We were able to check in early which we were extremely happy about with it being so hot outside. The location is fantastic being walking distance to Vatican City, metro, supermarket and restaurants all close by. Room was nice and quiet, although bathroom very small. Would stay here again 😊"
