PangdabengdaThe hotel is easily visible after crossing the pedestrian bridge from Sendai Station. There's a large Don Quijote duty-free shop right across the street. They offer complimentary afternoon tea and a happy hour, and the breakfast includes Sendai's famous beef tongue and fish cakes.

Tatiana AnashkoThis hotel was an excellent choice, and I was honestly surprised that it was so affordable.
The location is very convenient, right near Sendai Station, so it was easy to get there with suitcases. Check-in starts at 3 p.m., but if you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage or relax in the hotel. At 3 p.m., someone was playing the piano, and guests could enjoy drinks and snacks, including very tasty mochi.
The room was spacious, and every centimeter was used thoughtfully. There were shelves, hangers, and everything we needed. Pajamas, slippers, and bath amenities were provided, and in addition to the usual items, there was also a facial care set.
The public bath was another great feature, especially after a long day of walking. Washing machines and dryers were available on the same floor, which was very convenient.
We tried the breakfast on one of the days, and it was definitely worth it. While we were eating, an organ was playing, which made the atmosphere even more special.
I can only recommend this hotel and would be very happy to come back. Thank you very much!

Guest UserA very comfortable stay. The hotel is close to Sendai Station and there are several carparks nearby. It was also very convenient to have a FamilyMart next to the lobby on the ground floor. The laundry area is quite small and would have been nicer if there were more machines available. The dryer was unfortunately not very efficient. Service was great and the hotel was very clean. Rooms were of a good size. Would return.

Posted on Nov 7, 2025|Standard Capsule Male Only
Jason HYSendai has become my second favorite city in Japan. It offers the perfect blend of chill and urban vibes — not as crowded as Tokyo, Osaka, or Sapporo, yet equally lively and enjoyable.
This capsule hotel is located right along the main business street, making it very convenient for dining and shopping. There’s even an Ichiran Ramen just next door, and a famous Taiyaki shop only a 2–3 minute walk away. Sendai Station is about a 10-minute walk from the property.
However, one downside is the confusing luggage policy. The hotel rules state that large luggage cannot be brought into the sleeping area, so I rented a chain lock (JPY 100) to secure my suitcase in the hallway. Despite this, many guests still brought their bags inside, so the rule seemed inconsistently enforced. For guests like me who followed the policy, it was a bit inconvenient since my capsule was quite far from the hallway and it was troublesome to retrieve my belongings each time.

Anonymous UserChose this hotel for a weekend getaway with friends. Upon arrival, we found the facilities to be really comprehensive. All the daily essentials like air conditioning, TV, and hot water were there. While some equipment wasn't the newest, everything worked smoothly without any issues. The hygiene was also excellent; the bedding looked super clean, and there was no dust on the floors or tables. It was a very comfortable stay. I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area 🏨

The room was not bad, the service was very good, the standard Japanese-style economy hotel, Japanese-style service, would not disappoint. Surrounded by residential areas, it is quiet. Although it is a little far from Sendai Railway Station, I have walked past it. It is fine to go.
