Guest UserThe hotel location was excellent — there were so many restaurants nearby, and the Hyundai Department Store being less than a 5-minute walk away was a huge plus.
All of the staff were incredibly kind and helped carry our luggage all the way to our room. They also greeted us warmly every time we entered the hotel. The hotel has a great fitness center and a swimming pool, although we didn’t get a chance to use the pool during this visit.
I’m already planning to stay at this hotel again this fall. I absolutely loved the hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone planning to visit Korea.

I believe Trip.com can verify my booking history — I always book King bed rooms, and this hotel was listed as having a King bed, which was the main reason I chose it.
However, the actual bed size was clearly not a standard King bed. My husband and I specifically require a proper King-size bed for comfort, so this was misleading.
The hotel responded that their bed size is correct, but this is the only hotel among all my bookings where I encountered such an issue.
In addition, the bed was uncomfortable and kept moving out of place, which was inconvenient.
If you are booking this hotel for a King bed, you may want to reconsider carefully. The only positive point was that tax refund was available.

We stayed at the residence side and I must say it is one of the best, if not the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in on all of our travels. Very spacious, clean and NEW!!!
All the staff members were very attentive, especially the manager for the WiFi support was courteous and responsive. I would highly recommend this hotel for quality, service and value for the money. Having the 24-hr CU (mini mart) in the 1st floor of the hotel was very convenient.
Special shout out to our housekeeping staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
Just few minor suggestions to the hotel management:
1. Don’t need a calendar, but do need clocks in the living room and the bedroom.
2. Need a trash can in the kitchen/dining table area.
3. Would be good to have a small dish rack, since guests are required to do the dishes
4. The sliding door from the master bedroom to the showers flaps around when closed if the heater or air is on. Needs to somehow stabilize it, it doesn’t make noise trying to sleep.
With just few minor improvements it would be a “perfect” place to stay!

The hotel is surrounded by business areas, so the amenities in the immediate vicinity aren't great. There's a mall a few kilometers away. However, the hotel itself is excellent; it's a 4-star hotel with 5-star quality. It has a swimming pool, but you can only access it once a day. I must say, hotels in Korea generally have very good hygiene and service.

EvelynGohBreakfast has a good variety of food, but the queue gets long after 8 a.m. The hotel is quite far from the city, and the taxi fare is around 26,000 won depending on traffic. Journey to Incheon airport takes about a hour. Daily housekeeping is excellent, but the pillows are very flat. It would also be better if the hotel offered triple-sharing rooms.

Guest UserThe hotel is a bit far from the city center, but it offers better value for money than hotels in the downtown area. There's a subway station nearby, which makes it convenient to visit various attractions. Alternatively, you can download a Korean ride-hailing app to instantly call a taxi or book a ride. Since there were five of us, taking taxis wasn't cost-effective, so we often booked a 6-seater car half an hour in advance through the app, which was very convenient! There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores around the hotel. The hotel staff were warm and attentive, and the front desk staff also spoke English. The room was clean and comfortable. Although not huge, it was quite spacious compared to hotels near Myeongdong in Korea, with plenty of room to move around! The water temperature was perfect, and we really loved the hotel's shampoo and conditioner; our hair felt incredibly soft and smooth after using them – we'd love to know what brand they are! Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Guest UserStaff were very helpful when I showed up at the lobby and helped me with my luggage. The room was really big with a nice bathtub and daily housekeeping was flawless. I especially like the free laundry service for guests who stays for more than 2 nights! Tonnes of food options well within walking distance. I’d love to return for a stay here if I’m back in this area for work :)

This is a very good hotel for the price. It was clean, very very well heated(especially important in wintertime) and even had a very nice clean bathroom and bathtub. The bathtub was especially nice and big and comfortable to relax in. This hotel is located very near Sunae metro station and also relatively near Jeongja metro station. Jeongja station will get you downtown pretty quickly while Sunae is on the Bokjeong(I think) line which has a lot on it. The staff was very helpful and the area was safe even at night. There are many options for eating, fast-food and higher tier options as well. No, not a luxury hotel, but definitely a good price considering the location, convenience, and helpful staff.

Marsha MarshaHello! I stayed in Seongnam (during the Chuseok holiday) for the first time since it was close to Gachon University [where my friend was located]. I arrived from YNJ/Yánjí, China after a week of exploring border cities. Unbeknownst to me, the motel was located in ”Little Yanji”... OMG, it was like I never left that NE Chinese region. This area does have a Chinatown vibe, but I didn't mind since it reminded me of my great time in China (Yanbian, known as the Third Korea).
First and foremost, the front desk was kind enough to let me check in earlier since I arrived before 10:00 (check-in starts at 14:00). The motel was tidy, provided cold beverages/water in the mini-fridge, the bathroom was huge, the room was very clean, and also had a blackout window. There's also a parking garage if you have a vehicle. If you're taking public transportation, Taepyeong Station is around two blocks away to take the metro/subway.
Note: The room I stayed in was 203 and was as pictured... Nothing was misleading with the advertisement.

The boss was not at the front desk and waited for a while before coming over. The attitude is very good, that is, I often don't have to call. Although it is on the first floor, it is still comfortable to live. There is an e-sports computer, which is useless. The space is not large, the sound insulation is average
