The service from start to finish was amazing!! The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very friendly, shame I couldn't stay longer but I definitely enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back to visit! Before I checked in, did a little bit of shopping, ate lunch and visited the Wonder box it was so much fun! Cimer was needed and the art museum was also pretty! I had an early morning flight from Incheon Airport, so I booked a night at a nearby hotel. The facilities were very new, and I even tried my luck at the casino – everyone there was so good-looking! Getting to the airport the next day was super convenient, as it's very close by.

This is my second time staying here for a layover at Incheon Airport. It's only two subway stops away from the airport. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, though a bit on the small side. It had a fridge, washing machine, and dryer, which made things very convenient. Downstairs, there are all sorts of restaurants and snack bars, so there's plenty of choice.

I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel and would gladly recommend it for convenient airport access. I had been staying more centrally in Seoul, but in preparation for an early flight the following morning, spent my final night in Korea at this hotel. Access was a bit more complicated than I had anticipated - despite its proximity to the airport terminal, there is no pedestrian access, and one must take an airport bus to reach it. There is a direct hotel shuttle bus that runs between the terminal and hotel entrance, which I caught in the morning from the hotel, at about 5:00am; it is more like a coach with dedicated luggage storage in the bed of the vehicle. The journey takes only 5-10 minutes. However, this shuttle bus only runs once an hour (and sometimes less, depending on the time of day). As an alternative, a regular airport bus departs from a neighbouring bay at the airport terminal, visiting several stop on a 30-minute circuit; from the airport, this hotel is reached by a 5-minute walk from the penultimate stop (i.e. the stop before returning to the terminal). This is a conventional bus with limited luggage storage. Transport aside, the hotel experience was excellent, with kind and cordial staff with flawless English, large, comfortable, luxurious rooms, and several food options, including a bar/restaurant, room service, and a 24/7 convenience store. While I do not think the hotel would make a very convenient base from which to conduct an entire trip to Seoul - the subway journey to central Seoul takes a good hour or more - it is extremely convenient for anyone needing quick airport access, and is extremely pleasant in all other regards on top of that. I had a very pleasant stay and would strongly consider staying again in the future.

Traveling with kids? Insung Resort City is a perfect choice! The Ocean Tower rooms are clean, tidy, and meticulously maintained, with new and complete facilities. The resort grounds are spacious and beautiful, offering a variety of activities perfect for children. The staff are warm, courteous, and responsive. It's a one-stop shop for dining, accommodation, and entertainment, making it incredibly convenient and ensuring maximum comfort throughout your stay. Highly recommend for family trips!

The hotel is very close to the subway station, but the subway exit directly in front of it was a bit hard to find the first time. The front desk staff were professional and spoke excellent English, even providing information in Chinese. The room was quite small but had all the necessary facilities. The hygiene was outstanding; I barely saw any dust. The hotel breakfast was decent, leaning towards Korean style. The meat dishes were a bit limited, but there was a good variety of staple foods (bread, Jajangmyeon, rice). There were many types of kimchi to choose from. The drinks were a bit plain, with only orange juice, hot soup, and hot coffee available.

This is a very clean and tidy budget hotel. There's no free airport pick-up service, but it's easy to get an Uber or a taxi to the hotel. They do offer free airport drop-off, but only at four times, all in the morning, with the last one at 9 AM. If your flight is in the afternoon or evening, you'll need to arrange your own transport to the airport. The room was extremely neat, and the toiletries were well-arranged. They provided bathrobes, slippers, shampoo, and body wash, but no toothbrush or toothpaste. The hotel is surrounded by a small commercial area with plenty of dining options. Free breakfast is available, but the selection is limited, offering only soup, rice, instant noodles, and bread. However, the breakfast area is spacious and comfortable. I forgot to bring a power adapter, and the front desk kindly provided a free universal adapter, which was a thoughtful gesture and much appreciated! Overall, it's a decent budget accommodation with good value for money.

Lovely stay in Incheon — great value if you understand the location I stayed at this property in early April 2026 and overall had a really pleasant experience, but there’s one important thing future guests should know upfront: this is Incheon, not Seoul. More on that below. The apartment itself Small but exceptionally well-equipped. Everything you need is there — a proper kitchen, and importantly for me, a comfortable workspace with a real desk. I was working remotely on some days of the trip, and the desk setup made it genuinely productive, not just a tolerable improvisation. The bed was soft and comfortable. Cleanliness Impeccable. Floors were mopped and towels changed every single day, which I really appreciated. The apartment felt fresh throughout the stay. Location — pros The building is in a business district with easy metro access. There’s a beautiful park right nearby — in early April the trees were in full bloom, which was a magical bonus. Our windows looked out onto a bridge, which made for a lovely view. Location — things to know Don’t be misled by the proximity to Incheon Airport on the map. Getting into central Seoul takes 1.5–2 hours by metro, so plan your days accordingly. A taxi straight across the bridge is likely much faster if you’re in a hurry. If most of your trip is Seoul sightseeing, factor in significant commute time. If you’re working remotely, transiting through the airport, or specifically want a quieter base outside the city, the location is actually great. Noise There was some construction happening nearby, but the soundproofing is excellent — I genuinely didn’t notice it from inside the apartment. So Clean, comfortable, well-equipped apartments with great service and a beautiful park nearby. Perfect for a workation or an extended layover. Just go in with realistic expectations about the commute to Seoul proper

The hotel was comfortable, clean, and had great service. What I loved most was how close it was to everything. I also really enjoyed the nearby Artforest — a place filled with different cultures and foods from around the world. It made the whole experience even more special.

Love the view and the room was clean. Stayed here 1 night for a early flight in ICN Airport. Overall good and relaxing experience. Had to book an Uber to go here and book another one when going to the airport since the bus stop is far.
