"The hotel is great: everything is new, looks fresh and fancy. Breakfast was plentiful, with great choice. Location is nice - not in the very center, but close to everything needed. The only flaw of the hotel - they have loud parties every evening. It is impossible to avoid this noise and loud music - from 7pm to 11pm everyday, no matter if you close the windows - you will be unable to relax. Maybe rooms that look at the street are better, but not sure."

"I stayed for 2 nights (31st January and 1st February) and had a great experience. The staff were very polite and the room was clean and comfortable. The location is excellent — very close to Hassan II Mosque, the Old Medina, and the railway station. Everything is nearby, so if you like walking, it’s a perfect place with all facilities easily accessible."

"The people are super courteous and attentive to your needs. Very friendly they speak Arabic, English, French and Spanish. The rooms are comfortable the bed is just perfect, I needed an iron and they brought it over,  The breakfast is an extensive buffet with many options for all and again everyone is super attentive to you.  The location is convenient as it is close enough to many of the tourist places."

"The hotel has an excellent location, right next to a park and a magnificent cathedral. The interior design is stylish and tastefully done, with great attention to detail. I highly recommend opting for the multi-meal plan – the food quality is excellent, you won't regret it. Overall, it's a great place for a layover. The rooms were a bit damp and had a slight unpleasant smell, but the pros significantly outweigh these minor cons."

"This was my first time flying Royal Air Maroc, and I had an overnight layover in Casablanca. Based on reviews, I chose this hotel because it mentioned train access to the city center. Even though navigation didn't show the route, I found the train station a short walk to the left after exiting arrivals. I bought a ticket to Casa Port from the vending machine for 60 local currency. The last train was supposed to be at 9:55 PM, with one transfer. However, the train didn't show up by 10:20 PM. Staff arranged for us to take a bus to the transfer station. From there, it would have been over an hour's walk back to the hotel, so we waited another 40 minutes on the bus before it finally took us to Casa Port. It was then a 30-minute walk back to the hotel. I wouldn't recommend walking that far at night, especially alone or for women, as I felt the area might not be very safe. So, I opted for an Uber to the airport the next day, which cost 330 local currency, avoiding any haggling with taxis. The hotel itself was nice, and breakfast was good. The next morning, I walked to see the Hassan II Mosque and some nearby attractions. I think more information about transportation options would be helpful."

"Try to choose a quiet room on the second floor, and avoid rooms facing the road as they can be very noisy. I specifically asked and found that none of the Ibis hotels provide slippers. The restaurant has a bar where you can drink, and the location is convenient."

"Staying at Riad Old City Palace was pure magic – a hidden oasis in Fez’s bustling medina that felt like stepping into a warm Moroccan dream. The atmosphere is enchanting: intricate zellige tiles, cozy lounges with plush cushions, and a serene riad courtyard that whispers tranquility amid the city’s chaos. It’s the kind of place where every corner invites you to relax and soak in the authentic charm. The staff? Outstanding! From the moment we arrived, they were like family – incredibly friendly, always available with smiles and genuine care. Whenever we had doubts about anything (taxis, markets, hidden spots), they were there, patiently answering questions, always picking up the phone promptly, and even guiding us with precise directions to local gems. They made our trip seamless and stress-free. Food highlights were next-level. The late-night teas were a lifesaver after long days exploring – aromatic mint tea served with warmth and perfect sweetness under the stars. Dinners were flavorful feasts of tagines, couscous, and fresh salads that burst with local spices. Breakfast? A lavish spread of fluffy pancakes, fresh fruits, cheeses, and endless Moroccan pastries – we never wanted to leave the table! This riad is simply a nice place run by the best team. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts – we strongly recommend it to everyone visiting Fez. We’ll be back!"

"This hotel's location is great, right on a bustling street. Check-in is at the bar, which is a cool concept. The hotel's decor is very stylish. The staff member who helped carry our luggage to the room was very kind, but we felt a bit awkward because we didn't have any cash for a tip at the time. They also offer valet parking, which is convenient. Breakfast is on the top floor, and on a nice day, you can enjoy city views, but unfortunately, it was pouring rain that morning. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but it was fresh. I particularly liked the bathroom's design; it's simple yet sophisticated."

"Exceeded all expectations! Taxis are super convenient to hail. The environment is lovely, and the room was spotlessly clean. The large bed was incredibly comfortable – seriously the best sleep we had in all of Morocco. The service was very professional. My only minor quibble is the surprisingly high deposit amount."
