Staying at Riad Old City Palace was pure magic – a hidden oasis in Fez’s bustling medina that felt like stepping into a warm Moroccan dream. The atmosphere is enchanting: intricate zellige tiles, cozy lounges with plush cushions, and a serene riad courtyard that whispers tranquility amid the city’s chaos. It’s the kind of place where every corner invites you to relax and soak in the authentic charm. The staff? Outstanding! From the moment we arrived, they were like family – incredibly friendly, always available with smiles and genuine care. Whenever we had doubts about anything (taxis, markets, hidden spots), they were there, patiently answering questions, always picking up the phone promptly, and even guiding us with precise directions to local gems. They made our trip seamless and stress-free. Food highlights were next-level. The late-night teas were a lifesaver after long days exploring – aromatic mint tea served with warmth and perfect sweetness under the stars. Dinners were flavorful feasts of tagines, couscous, and fresh salads that burst with local spices. Breakfast? A lavish spread of fluffy pancakes, fresh fruits, cheeses, and endless Moroccan pastries – we never wanted to leave the table! This riad is simply a nice place run by the best team. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts – we strongly recommend it to everyone visiting Fez. We’ll be back!

I stayed for 1 night, June 16-17. The service was very good as well as the facilities. The next day after checking out I checked and found that my t-shirt was left behind, then I went back to ask about it, but they said they couldn't find it. I'm sure my t-shirt was left there. How can a hotel as good as this have something left behind and not stored first? Even didn’t care about asking me my contact information so if thy ask the staff and found it thy will contact me!! Thy are not doing that

Overall, I'm very satisfied. The price was reasonable, and the facilities were modern. I'd definitely choose this place again if I come back. The location is excellent, right on the Atlantic Ocean, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer a beautiful, expansive view. The room looked exactly like the pictures, no differences at all. Regarding facilities, the kitchen cabinet doors were a bit stiff to open and close, but it didn't affect their use. Other kitchen amenities were quite comprehensive, which was a huge help for our family trip and cooking during Ramadan. Initially, I wasn't sure how to use the induction cooktop, but the gentleman at the entrance was very kind and came to help, even though we had a language barrier, we managed to sort it out. Plus, there was a foldable drying rack in the wardrobe, which was very practical and convenient. Finally, they provided a parking spot right outside, on the roadside. Although it wasn't marked, the person in the reflective vest didn't charge us once they saw us parked there.

Our stay was incredibly pleasant. The hotel's location is excellent, close to the Old Medina and Mohammed V Square, making it easy to get around on foot. There are also plenty of transport options and shops nearby. The front desk staff includes Mandarin-speaking personnel, which made communication smooth, and currency exchange was conveniently available, making it especially friendly for Chinese tourists. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, providing a quiet and peaceful stay. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including both Chinese dishes and local specialties, catering well to Chinese tastes. The overall service was attentive and thoughtful, and the value for money was outstanding. It's a perfect base for exploring and an excellent choice for anyone staying in Casablanca.

My stay at Sofitel Casablanca Tour Blanche was extremely disappointing and far below the standards expected from a Accor luxury hotel. Service was unprofessional from check-in, breakfast quality and hygiene were poor, and even simple orders took far too long. Most seriously, personal belongings were taken from my room, and the hotel failed to conduct any proper investigation or provide follow-up despite multiple complaints. Overall, poor management and serious security concerns. I would not recommend this hotel.

The price is very reasonable for what you get. The room was quite spacious and comfortable. The location is very convenient, it's in the Medina but easy to find and close to the main road. It's within walking distance to Casa Port Station, La Sqala, Rick's Café, and Mohammed V Square, and not far from Hassan II Mosque and the Corniche. There is no air conditioning, but I visited in winter so it was not a problem. I was provided with a simple heater, and there was hot water available. Some rooms have balconies. The female staff member was very friendly, she even offered me the option of having a room with a better view (though it was on a higher floor) or staying on a lower level since there's no lift, only stairs. The hotel also has a rooftop terrace that guests can access to enjoy the view. Overall, it's a good choice if you're looking for an affordable and well-located stay in Casablanca.

My Moroccon friend I studied my phd with in Ireland (my nationality) drove me from Cas airport to the hotel & helped me with my bags to my room & ordered me a bottle of wine from the bar (about the same price as the deluxe room), saying welcome to my beautiful country! The bar staff took the wine off my friend, a GP, and said ”I know this is how you earn your bread and you will be paid but we don't accept this here”. I.e. The receptionist accused my friend of being a **********. The bar man was disgusted by the comment. Having paid, I didn't stay at the hotel and checked out the next day. The receptionist should say... We don't accept non-customers going to customers rooms, not accuse another Moroccon woman of being a ****** (my conservative Muslim friend was mortified)

Perfect value for money. Everything is spotlessly clean, the air conditioning works great, and the bed and linens are excellent. Hot and cold water pressure in the shower is perfect. The location is highly convenient — close to the train station with a direct connection to the airport. You can even see the sea from the window. If you spend your days on business or excursions, you won't find a better budget-friendly place to stay and rest. A real gem!

Excellent hotel, clean. The soundproofing isn't perfect, but it wasn't noisy and didn't disturb our rest. The room was cleaned daily. The room is spacious, with a comfortable mattress and pillows. We did see small ants on the table near the kettle. The bathroom is convenient and clean. For the price, it's acceptable. It's a convenient 15-minute walk to the train station. The breakfasts are decent, and they have desserts, but they are a bit repetitive.

Overall it's pretty good, like that
