Hotels near Billion Shopping Centre, Kota Bharu

One of the most enjoyable and memorable stay I have experienced in a long while. The resort was impeccably maintained and exceeded their advertised claims. The compound of the resort and the unit that I stayed in were very hygienacally maintained. All facilities such as air conditioning, WiFi, fans, fridges, etc. were without issues. The most heartfelt and significant experience were the warmth, friendliness and interactions with the staff and owners of the resort. The staff were very efficient and accommodating. The owners were genuine, authentic- wonderful hosts !! The heartfelt interactions, the meaningful insights, local knowledge and wisdoms imparted by both the hosts were THE highlights of the stay there. They were generous in deeds and in spirits. Please, please take some time to converse with them... They are wonderful people. For the uninitiated who are looking for an authentic ”kampung” experience and those who want to harken back to the days of when the once lived in a kampung, this resort will deliver the experience. A gem of a resort which I would, God Willing, be in my holiday plans for the future. THANK YOU Pasir Belanda Resort.

We are family of 6 with kids and senior. The apartment seems new and room is clean and nice! We enjoyed the stay here. There is a playground at level 4 and at least still ok , not alot of things spoilt that kind. For us the location is near to aeon mall which is great for our shopping, dinner and EV charging of car. There is 2 locations to charge EV, very convenient and lots of availability. Host maybe forgot to drop us a message earlier but upon calling, picked up very fast and let us know about how to check in Just that maybe will be great if there is a pool available!. Will be perfect for amenities! However, a small issue for owner! There is a needle on the bed frame near the head side, so is really dangerous, but i managed to saw it and remove it straight away, but would have been really scary if we didnt notice and kids are playing there. So please do be more careful when doing house keeping. The needle is left in the kitchen table already. Thank you for the stay! Will still come back if need!

A night at Jewels Hotel, Kota Bharu – charmingly modest yet full of pleasant surprises. We snagged a room for RM152, and despite its appearance as a budget establishment, it turned out to be delightfully comfortable. The room was spacious, elegant, beautifully furnished, everything one needs to unwind after a day of exploring. Only one small hiccup: toiletries were basic — a 3-in-1 shower gel (shampoo + conditioner) plus towel, and that’s it. No toothbrush, paste, cotton buds and so on. If those were included, I’d be rating it an A+. Some interesting colour: Jewels Hotel was formerly known as Habib Hotel and is part of the HABIB Group. Its theme, as you might guess, revolves around “jewels”, reflected in its decor and name. All in all, for value and comfort right in the heart of Kota Bharu, it hits the spot — perfect for travellers on the go wanting something pleasant without breaking the bank.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and even came with a large wardrobe for hanging clothes. The bathroom was also a good size. An iron and hair dryer were provided in the room. However, toothpaste was not supplied. There was ample parking available for guests. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.

Had a very comfortable stay at Andiana Hotel. I was allowed to store my bag at the lobby before checking in. The hotel is very near to Siti Khadijah Market and within walking distance to the Friday morning market and night market. There are iron and board, hairdryer, water dispenser and refrigerator on every floor. Prayer mats are also available for Muslim guests. There is a bench between the floors if you want to take a little rest and a smoking area (not sure why this is provided at all. Smokers should just smoke outside the building and not subject non-smokers to secondhand smoke). There is no lift however so do consider this if you have heavy bags. There are also some mosquitoes in the common areas.

Instructions for the key and access to the unit was clear and easy. They provided enough information including where to park which was very convenient. The unit is acceptable, however the carpet and sofa was used and you can see stains over it. Towels and basic toiletries like toothbrush and toothpaste is provided. There's also a water dispenser, kitchen utensils, for basic kitchen needs. Overall, the location is good and comes with an incredible sunset view.

Our stay at 2BR Premium Suites Troika Kota Bharu by AGhome was very pleasant and comfortable. The unit is spacious, well-maintained, and ideal for families or small groups who value space and privacy. The two-bedroom suite is clean, modern, and neatly arranged, with comfortable beds and a cozy living area. The overall ambiance feels premium and well taken care of, making it suitable for both short and longer stays. Basic amenities are well provided, and the unit offers a homely yet stylish atmosphere. One of the highlights is the strategic location. Situated in Troika Kota Bharu, the property is conveniently close to the city centre, eateries, shopping areas, and key attractions around Kota Bharu. Getting around is easy, which adds great value to the stay. The price is reasonable and worth the value considering the size of the unit, comfort, and location. Check-in and communication with the host were smooth and efficient, making the overall experience hassle-free. Overall, 2BR Premium Suites Troika Kota Bharu by AGhome is a great choice for travellers looking for a clean, spacious, and well-located accommodation in Kota Bharu. Highly recommended, especially for families and group travellers.

A good place to stay for a short trip. Everything is ok  for a good restaurant to eat with so many choices. I will repeat my stay..

Had a solid stay overall. Check-in and check-out were fast, and the receptionist was welcoming. The building is old style, but the room and bathroom were comfortable. Only shampoo and shower gel are provided. Bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. Parking is available but very limited. Iron is available but had burnt residue on it from a previous guest, so I couldn't use it. Breakfast buffet is decent and gets the job done. Gym and pool area were quiet, but the pool water wasn't clear. There is also a paid massage chair in the lobby. A hassle-free option if you just need a reliable place to stay.

Booked the hotel last minute and access was possible therefore much appreciated. The living is indeed large and spacious as photographed. However, suprising that the main bedroom was the twin room whilst the 2nd bedroom with double bed tucked into a corner with single side access. All beddings were clean and fresh. However, there is only 1 bathroom worth pointing out if this is missed out. The unit is smoke free so great for those like us who hates smell of smoke. To further add, the shower trays and bidet holder could all have been properly repaired or renewed and hope future guests can enjoy better.
