The hotel was really clean, and the breakfast was free, which was great. The hygiene was top-notch, and I especially loved that everything, including the mattress, was brand new. It made for a very satisfying stay. It's also super close to the central station, just a 7-minute walk, and luggage storage was free. They provide towels, and each room has a large drawer with a personal passcode lock for storing valuables. So not sure where to start with this one.. Upon booking I messaged and asked the hotel was it okay to get an early check-in and they said yes it’s all good as I told them we get to Amsterdam for 7.30am they let us check-in our room as soon as we got there we had the secret bookcase room.. Brilliant room beds comfy we then decided to extend our trip a few days changing room to another which was an old lift made into a room Again great idea.. Upon this we still didn’t want to go home so stopped another night but this time In the tram by far my best room it was very big and just brilliant.. all the rooms where really good the hotel it’s self is amazing there’s a bar area and little shop where you can get snacks drinks ect the bathroom is communal and always spotless the showers nice and hot The hotel it’s self is a 10/10 Now for the staff well what can we say they are amazing each and eveyone especially the maintenance man he told us the best places to go and eat and mapped places for us then the female staff Nothing was to much for them and the manager brilliant man Again told us where to go ect The staff make the stay that bit better as you can ask them Anything at all And they so helpful we will 100% be back to stop with the hotel Again just to see the staff… The only negative things I’ve got to say about the hotel is it needs a washing machine and microwave would be good not major but we would of 100% used Them thanks to the hotel for our 5 night extended stop Lisa & ian

Nice little hotel conveniently located close to a lot of attractions such as museums and canals for boat tours. Lots of cafes and restaurants around. Shopping is literally on the same street. Staff was friendly and happy to help with all the requests we had. We’ll be back.

We was greeted with warm smiling faces. The hotels main entrance, communal area was really clean and welcoming. The check-in was done really quickly as 2 hours before usual check-in which was perfect as was had a toddler with us plus lugage. The room was beautiful, clean and exactly good size for us. Bathroom was really clean. Room smelled fresh. We had breakfast each morning and it was a lovely open buffet with alot of choices, warm and fresh food. The dining area, bar area was really big, clean and welcoming. We enjoyed our 2 nights/3days stay. Definitely would recommend. Its not really far from Central station as well so perfect.

My room was impeccably clean and in good order, but it was dark and looked out on walls. Luck of the draw--I'm sure other rooms were brighter. The lobby itself is quite grand and spacious, but the furniture could really use an update. First impressions count, and this space could really be upgraded. Staff was very pleasant and helpful, and location was great.

Our trip to Amsterdam, Netherlands, was made absolutely perfect by this hotel! First off, the service was fantastic. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful during check-in, giving us great recommendations for walkable attractions, local specialty restaurants, and nearby supermarkets. Communication was super easy as they all spoke excellent English. The room cleaning was also top-notch; our room was tidied daily, and water bottles were replenished. The hotel itself feels new, with a very modern, simple, and elegant design. They even gave us a Christmas advent chocolate calendar, and the chocolates were delicious! All the staff members were so friendly and polite; they'd always greet us and were incredibly accommodating, eager to help, and great at communicating. This was my first time in the Netherlands, and I was genuinely touched by the hotel's service. We felt like we were treated as cherished friends visiting from afar. I'm beyond satisfied and will strongly recommend this hotel to all my friends. The location is absolutely superb. Everything is within walking distance. Right across the street, there's a McDonald's, an Italian restaurant, a Chinese restaurant, and local eateries, all just a few minutes' walk away. A supermarket is a mere 4-minute walk, Amsterdam Central Station is 18 minutes on foot, and the canal cruise pier is just a 5-minute walk. We barely had to use transportation during our stay, which was incredibly convenient. Plus, the famous Flower Market is right downstairs. Don't miss out on this hotel when you come to Amsterdam; choosing it will be one of your best decisions. I'll definitely be booking this hotel again on my next visit to Amsterdam!

Transiting through Amsterdam on our way to Madrid, this hotel was okay for a one-night stay. Hotels were surprisingly expensive this week, so we couldn't expect too much for a triple room costing around 500-600 euros. I brought my own disposable sheets to put over the bed. The kettle and other amenities looked a bit dirty, so I didn't use them. I also brought my own hairdryer. Not having slippers was quite inconvenient, but I guess that's normal in Europe. Even the city-center hotel apartments we stayed at later in Madrid and Barcelona didn't provide them; I only got to wear slippers when we reached a five-star hotel in Segovia. The private bathroom was separate from the room, which was a bit inconvenient, but I knew that when booking. Also, because I woke up so early, I decided to walk to the canals. It was quite a long walk, about three kilometers, actually.

Fuss free stay at this hotel, quite close to the 397 bus to airport & bed was firm enough. I slept well. Old building so there is some noises but it wasnt too bad in the night. Shower was good water pressure
