Hotels near Davao Butterfly House, Davao City

In terms of Staff and Cleanliness, it’s all good. The shower however is terribly inacceptable and hope manage will do something about this or better yet, provide a bucket and a dipper (typical filipino style of taking a bath). Apart from that it’s all good. Perfect for a someone who is looking for a cheap stays and who are also can adapt. Free wifi. Aircon is working very well.

For the price, the comfort room is not that okay. There’s a wet area also in the floor carpet which I did not raised anymore because I checked in late already and will just move to other room the next day.

The location can not be even better as it is close to the People's Park, the National Museum, and the Roxas Night Market. Staying in the Royal Mandaya as a person who likes walking and running, this is such a great gem to find. It's clean and well maintained, and the amenities and even the food are top notch, for an even lower price. I appreciate my stay in this hotel so much.

The Pinnacle Hotel and Suites offers a great value stay in the heart of Davao City's Sta. Ana district, characterized by its reliable, well-maintained functionality despite an admittedly outdated style. Guests benefit from large rooms and good core amenities, including a well-kept pool and gym, and a balanced and generous breakfast buffet with good selections. Strategically located, the hotel is a convenient walking distance to G-Mall of Davao for an affordable quality mall experience

The Location of hotel is ok . The hotel itself could do with Room upgrades. Like bed / sheets , bathroom shower & also shower body wash & shampoo was not provided ! There was no bottle water in the room which was disappointing. Staff were very friendly & willing to help .

I booked 2 rooms for our Davao trip. Hotel is located within the city proper, walking distance to Roxas night market, San Pedro Cathedral, City Hall and People's Park.Staff are friendly and helpful, special thanks to Jmaes who assisted us with our morning coffee 😀. Rooms are spacious enough but not so clean, and have faulty faucet in our bathroom and shower leaked in the other room, they did fix it after we complained about it.

What I liked: - good location - excellent customer service - beautiful reception - the breakfast was authentic and tasty What I did not like: - cockroach was found in my room - the rooms and bathrooms are extremely dated in desperate need for a redo, despite some efforts for refurbishment since my last stay earlier this year - the TV is pretty much just a decoration in room, about 4-5 channels are available with poor signal quality, without any exaggeration it is impossible to view. Not a Smart TV, so no YouTube or Netflix to keep you entertained, if you choose to stay here, - it is poor value for the price/night, the recent price increase is really not justifiable

The location is very convenient for me going to the airport, only thing I am disappointed a little bit the shower isn't working 😁 I collected water in a bucket for shower and for brushing teeth 😅. The Electric Kettle won't work either 😔. I hope the staff will check it properly(room 18) . The rest I'm happy for the service. I invited my aunt and my cousin in my room just to get some stuff and they went after I'm glad staff are not so strict. This my my 2nd stay in that hotel next trip I'm still want to book and stay

It was a good stay overall. We had to look for somewhere to stay because of the travel time going home and the work. Although the rates are cheap, I just wish there was a direct email/phone number to contact the facility directly. We ended up having to pay extra for checking in an hour earlier because we couldn’t reach out to anyone regarding that matter. We were only checked in for 8 hours in total.

The hotel residence is very cozy to stay the style is a kind of vintage ambience. The staff are very friendly and accommodating to your needs. Facilities are good, transportation is very accessible and convenient.
