"I’ve been traveling for a while and stayed at Gems Stone BR for several days—and the experience was superb! From the moment you enter, it feels like you’re stepping into a 5-star hotel, maybe even better. The unit feels fresh, and you can really tell it’s well-maintained and spotlessly clean. No roaches at all (unlike other places I’ve stayed in before!). Location is also a big plus—it’s very accessible and close to Mall of Asia. Since I was staying for an extended period, I requested unit cleaning and linen change, and the response and action were a perfect 10/10. Highly recommended, especially for those who are picky and prioritize comfort and ambiance. We will definitely book this unit again! Plus, they’re very responsive to all your needs. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅"

"The room was decently spacious, yet there wasn't much inside. No refrigerator or microwave. It was fairly yet sloppily cleaned since there was tissues left on the cups on the table used to clean them. Shower is decently big but only has a shower curtain so water spillage is unavoidable - this is only a problem cause the it spills to the entrance of the bathroom where the water stagnates and doesn't drain properly cause of the very even floor. The worst part is the wifi is non-existent, very slow and erratic. TV was in Chinese but still usable except when wifi is having problems. Had to use data throughout my 2-Day stay. It was also a little bit noisy, unsure if it was staff or guest but it was almost every night. Pros: Staff was very polite including the guards. Location is prime. Bed and Chairs were comfortable. No keycard needed for the power in the room so it stays very chill even when you are out and about."

"The hotel is very new. Plush beddings and carpets. There was a welcome cake which was super good. Very nice pool, big enough that even though there were a lot of people, it wasn't crowded. Internet was spotty though, TVs aren't smart TVs where you could watch over streaming apps. I did connect my own HDMI device to use, but the internet was not strong enough to hold a steady connection to watch without interruptions. All in all, everything was great, save for the internet. If I can get a great deal, I might just come back on the 3rd week of July for a birthday celebration."

"The hotel is a bit old and a little far from the city center. However, ordering a Grab is very convenient, and you can get picked up and dropped off right at the entrance. Overall, I still think it's pretty good. Thumbs up! 👍"

"I had a pleasant stay at Shore Residences. The location is excellent, with easy access to shopping malls, restaurants, and nearby attractions. The price was reasonable and offered good value for the location. The unit was generally comfortable and met my expectations. However, the kitchen equipment could be improved. There was only one frying pan available, which made cooking difficult and inconvenient for guests who prefer to prepare their own meals. The service was acceptable, although there is room for improvement in terms of responsiveness and guest support. Overall, I enjoyed my stay because of the great location and reasonable price. With some improvements to the kitchen facilities and service quality, the experience could be even better. I would consider staying here again in the future."

"This hotel is very convenient to stay at for friends or families because location is very near from any store or restaurant you want, walk is okay if you needed exercise or take a public transportation for fast destination. Staffs are friendly but still be extra careful with whatever or wherever you are anywhere. There’s a pool to enjoy, small cafe downstairs, wi-fi is included though a little bit slow sometimes…but easy to stay at!"

"The hotel receptionist and staff are all accommodating and hospitable. The hotel is new and everything in the room is perfect. The interior design is relaxing and calming. Very clean and smells really good. The bed is also soft and gave me a sound sleep. It is budget friendly. Near the airport and perfect for travelers. Will definitely come back."

"The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The front desk even offered free printing services, which was a nice touch. I stayed for two nights and the breakfast menu changed daily, and it was quite good. The room was spacious and very clean, with good hygiene standards. There's a shuttle bus service to MOA, and the hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to get around. The only downside is that you need to be okay with the slightly outdated bathroom facilities, as it's an older hotel. If that's not a deal-breaker for you, then I'd say this hotel is a solid choice and I'd consider booking it again."
