"Pleasant and well-located hotel. I'm only not giving it 5 stars because of the room service, which needs improvement (bed linen sometimes torn and one of the mini-fridges seems to be malfunctioning). But generally speaking, I recommend it, as it's a comfortable space good for families and has a good breakfast."

"We really liked the hotel, its location, facilities, etc. Some suggestions: - Equip the gym with more comprehensive equipment for arm and upper body exercises, with heavier weights. - Add more mats to the gym. - More waiters to serve in the restaurants, especially on show nights like the Fado night we experienced. There were two large tables with 16 people on a tour, and only 3 waiters for the entire restaurant. Since these tables required one waiter 100% of the time, the other tables were left to the mercy of a single, harried waiter who was trying to serve all the customers at once. It's a shame because the service suffers. - Although comfortable, we feel that the hotel could modernize its room decor a bit, even though it doesn't detract from the stay or comfort currently."

"The room had a nice, relaxing atmosphere. I had requested a room with a bathtub, and had checked in advance which rooms had a bathtub, but unfortunately there were none available on the day, so I ended up with just a shower, which was disappointing. Other than that, it was very good."

"Breakfast was great with a wide selection. The beds were good too. In the bathroom, there was only a shower in the bathtub… The spa area, including the sauna and steam bath, really needs an upgrade; both are extremely small and old. The rooftop pool could be used if it weren't so windy."

"I stayed in an executive room for four days, then switched to this standard king room, which felt like a better fit. The hotel's location is excellent, not far from the school and shopping street, and the surrounding amenities are also great."

"Overall, the stay was pleasant; the only issue was that we booked the New Year's Eve dinner and it was a bit of a disaster. First, during dinner, they seated us on a terrace that was quite chilly, and with my partner wearing a Charleston dress, I had to ask them to seat us somewhere else. Second, sometimes you have to deviate from the plan, and if the client doesn't want a wine pairing, you should allow them to follow their own preferences. Thank you"

"My overall stay at this hotel in Lisbon was excellent. The room was spacious and newly renovated, and the front desk staff provided exceptionally high-quality service. A major bonus was the unlimited complimentary bottled water available upon request, which is a rare find in Europe where most hotels only offer one free bottle. Another highlight was being able to watch the light show directly from my room every evening. Although the hotel isn't in the absolute city center, it's conveniently located right next to bus and metro stations, making getting around incredibly easy. The only minor drawback was that the room cleaning wasn't always as thorough as it could be. Occasionally, there were lingering stains or residue on towels, cutlery, or bed linen. I'd recommend checking these items upon arrival and simply calling the front desk for replacements if needed. Overall, my stay was very comfortable, and I'd highly recommend this hotel; its service quality is top-notch in Lisbon."

"There is a road repair near the hotel. Living in the room on the corner of the 6th floor, the windows are very large and very dry. You must keep the curtains sunscreen all day long. Otherwise, the room can't stay hot, and you can open the air conditioner first. The automatic garbage bin in the bathroom broke down. It was inconvenient to throw garbage. The kettle in the room was a bit dirty. I wanted to burn some hot water."

"The common rooms of decoration is elegant and beautiful. Very suitable to take photos and I love the huge Christmas tree in the hall as I took many beautiful photos there. Breakfast has a lot of choices and you can order cappuccino and latte, they brought them effectively. Overall, it is very good. But I don’t know why they gave me the room at the very end of the building."

"The hotel room wasn't huge, but the location was excellent, right next to Liberty Avenue, making it super convenient for getting around. The breakfast was a real highlight – a fantastic variety, with all sorts of cheeses and freshly baked pastries every day. Great value for money!"
