The staff made the experience truly memorable Magdalena was especially kind and very accommodating throughout my visit, always ready to help with a warm and welcoming attitude. I also appreciated Loraine’s thoughtful gesture of giving me a Coke as a gift, which was a simple but very nice touch of hospitality. Overall, the service felt personal and genuine, and it made my stay comfortable and enjoyable."

"Nicely parked down town and walking distance to a lot of attractions. 15 mins away from this airport so it's rather convenient. Quiet, calm and no frills. I'd recommend it."

"The hotel is very convenient. Most of the attractions are nearby. Even if you take the bus and take the subway, it is convenient to go to the airport. It takes 30 to 40 minutes to train to the hotel. It is super convenient to get to the hotel in a few minutes. After handing over the room, you can put your luggage. At the end, you can finish playing last 𠮶 and then go up to carry your luggage and go to the bathroom to add it."

"The hotel is in a stunning spot, but the rooms aren’t very connected, so you’ll have to climb stairs to get to yours. Also, the hotel isn’t in the best shape overall. However, the staff is really welcoming, and the place is worth it overall."

"It is quite satisfactory and does not reach the four-star standard. The biggest problem is that the sound insulation is not good, the street is a bit noisy at night, and the adjacent rooms are not soundproof. The location is not far from the old town attractions, but sometimes the taxi can't stop at the door, and there are several souvenir shops downstairs. The sanitary conditions are OK, the facilities are enough, and the room size is normal in Europe. The front desk registry is very narrow and the service attitude is average."

"I want to highlight the excellent location – it's central and right in front of a metro entrance. The reception and cleaning staff were also incredibly friendly. On the ground floor, there are various social areas, beautifully decorated to give a 'cave-like' feel. The breakfast buffet is very varied and served in an old ballroom, which is a lovely touch."

"We had a great stay at Moon & Sun Hotel in Lisbon. If you’re looking for a centrally located hotel that’s perfect for exploring the city, this is an excellent choice. The location is ideal—within walking distance of major attractions, great restaurants, and public transport, making it easy to discover Lisbon without needing a Taxi/Uber/Bolt. The rooms are modern, stylish, and spotlessly clean. While they are on the smaller side, they’re perfect for travelers who want a comfortable place to rest after a full day of sightseeing. If you’re planning to spend most of your time exploring the city rather than lounging in your room, this hotel offers great value for money. The service was outstanding. The front desk staff spoke fluent English and provided excellent recommendations for places to visit and eat. They were also very accommodating—when I requested a different pillow for better comfort, they replaced it immediately, and when we asked for mint to be brought to our room, they did so at no extra charge. Small gestures like these really made us feel welcome. Overall, Moon & Sun Hotel was exactly what we were looking for—clean, comfortable, and centrally located, with a high level of service. It’s a great option for couples or anyone who wants to explore Lisbon with ease while staying in a well-priced, stylish hotel. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Glad to know this area of Lisbon because of the hotel conversion. I think it is worth it in Lisbon with the facilities inside the hotel. Although it is in the old town of Portugal, the interior of the hotel is clean and well equipped, and the owner's intimate and delicateness can be seen everywhere. "One of the best guesthouses I've ever stayed at in all my travels! The staff is wonderful and friendly, always ready to help with any question. Check-in was timely, and even earlier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise after a long flight. The room itself is huge! It was on the 4th floor with a large balcony and a stunning view of the sunsets 🌅 The bed is big and comfortable, there's a large TV, complimentary water, tea, and coffee. There was also a spacious walk-in closet. I was very happy with my stay and can definitely recommend this place!"
