Hotels near Promenada Mall, Bucharest

First of all, I'd like to thank the staff, who were always very friendly and helpful (there's even a WhatsApp messaging service for requesting information or services). The hotel is in a great location and is a new property, with modernly designed rooms that are spacious and equipped with multiple electrical outlets, perfect for charging your devices. The beds are really comfortable and the bathroom is a great size; I loved the kettle and the coffee machine with its various options, and I found a fresh bottle of water every day. Honestly, I would have liked to try breakfast at least one morning, but paying 150 euros for the room, spending 60 euros for two seemed a bit excessive. However, I understand that these are market dynamics and the price is probably fair. To be honest, I was kindly suggested to check the app to book it at a lower price (here on Trip, if I remember correctly, it was 23 euros), but after a few attempts, I couldn't find it and gave up, lol. Obviously 10/10. That being said, I thank and greet the staff once again for their helpfulness and kindness.

The rooms are beautifully designed, comfortable, and well kept, and the public areas of the hotel are equally impressive, stylish, and welcoming. The facilities and services offered by the hotel are excellent, especially the spa, which provides a relaxing and enjoyable experience and adds a lot to the overall stay. Above all, I would like to highlight the outstanding service provided by the hotel team. The staff are professional, attentive, caring, and genuinely committed to making guests feel welcome and valued. I would especially like to mention Anna from the Concierge Department, who was exceptional. She was extremely professional, kind, attentive, and always willing to assist with any request. Her personal attention made our stay even more special. JW Marriott Bucharest offers a wonderful combination of luxury, comfort, and outstanding hospitality. A highly recommended hotel for anyone looking for a premium experience in Bucharest.

Good central location, large hotel with restaurant and good facilities, warm comfortable rooms that were quiet at night, good levels of space and comfort, breakfast was also good, though based around a narrow corridor design so no wider than 2 people. Food was tasty and staffing levels and attentiveness of waitress and catering staff was very good. Also good quality WiFi, and plenty of seats and tables in reception in people wanted to work on their laptop. Plenty of towels and showers were hot, did not experience any issues and would use again.

Excellent location, right in the center but away from the noisy areas. Everything is easily accessible on foot. It's situated in a small square, which is convenient for taxis to drop you off right at the entrance. The aparthotel is new and tastefully decorated. The room is spacious with a mini-kitchen. The bathroom has a large shower (though the door opening inwards is a bit awkward). The sheets smelled wonderfully clean. They provide small individual portions of shower gel and conditioner, useful for a few days. The staff are friendly. The spa is nice, but the pool water was a bit cold. Overall, definitely recommended.

Stayed one night at this hotel as I was in transit to Zurich and then Toronto. Checked in about noon I disagreed I was given a Superior Deluxe Room with Double Bed. My room is single room is on the third floor; with a single bed, fridge, TV... What almost kills me is there is no lift nor elevator in this hotel. I had to dragged my bag to my room. Luckily the reception lady was nice to take the small bag for me, No overnight staff is there. I checked out at 3.30am to take my early fight. dropped my key at the reception.

The hotel's location is very convenient, with easy access to Bucharest's main attractions and public transport. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, Mercure Bucharest offers a welcoming and comfortable stay. We left with wonderful memories and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Hello, This is my second time staying at this establishment. Everything was fine, except for a persistent sewage smell that lasted for a few hours upon my arrival. I would happily return to this establishment, but please make sure this kind of problem doesn't happen again. Even though I didn't report it this time, I won't stay if it recurs. As I said, I really like this place.

It was good experience. Closer to bus station and tram station was only 700 meter . The only bad point was lot of noise . No control after evening . Groups were singing and disturbing others . Breakfast was included . Simple and good . But noise made the stay horrible . Must be control after 8 PM . Rest was good

The receptionist was handsome and patient, answering all my questions in detail during check-in and providing thoughtful travel suggestions, which greatly enhanced my impression. The bathroom and shower were spacious, so there was no need to feel cramped. The common areas were well-organized, making it a pleasant place to read, chat, or relax. Even better, if you want breakfast, you can enjoy local specialties to start your day right. The only drawback was the small kitchen area, which felt a bit crowded when used by multiple people. Expanding the kitchen would make the experience perfect. Also, some beds had mattresses that weren't thick or firm enough, causing a slight indentation between the mattresses, which might have affected sleep to some extent. I hope the hostel can improve this, or that guests should be aware of this. Overall, Bukur No. 21 Budget Hostel offers excellent value for money. I hope the business thrives and continues to improve, bringing a warm, home-like experience to more travelers!

The location of this hostel is great, very close to the center of Bucharest, and it is very convenient to walk to nearby attractions or libraries. Wi-Fi is available in the public areas and the speed is very stable. The best thing is that they have self-propelled facilities and dryers, which is a savior for long-term travelers! The atmosphere in the public garden is also very relaxing, and the overall stay is very satisfactory, recommended to all backpackers.
