"⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ Great hostel right in the center of Riyadh, which makes everything super accessible to shops, restaurants, and transportation are all just a short walk away. The common kitchen is really convenient, and I love that they offer free drinking water, coffee, and tea anytime. One thing that could be improved is the bed mattresses, as they’re starting to look a bit old. Replacing them would make the stay even more comfortable. Special mention to Paul, the supervisor - extremely friendly, professional, and genuinely smart. I even dreaming about hiring him someday to help me build a hostel empire in Europe and the Philippines because he’s really that good at what he does! Overall, a great experience with just a few things that could be improved. Would definitely stay again!"

"Amazing hotel! Room is spacious, bed is soft and very comfortable. We kindly requested later check-out since we checked in after midnight, and they accommodated our request. Room has a work table with stationery. Good toiletries and comfy bathrobes are provided. Concierge service is outstanding. The location is slightly far from all the main tourist attractions, so bear this in mind. Will definitely stay here again if traveling to Riyadh."

"The location is great and the underground parking is spacious, which is a plus. The hotel is new, so it's very clean. The room was also large and clean, but almost unnecessarily spacious. The downsides were that check-in was incredibly slow. On top of that, they assigned me a room that hadn't been cleaned, so I had to go back down to the front desk to switch rooms. Also, the breakfast was really disappointing and didn't live up to Best Western standards. If only the breakfast could be improved, I'd want to stay here every time I travel for business."

"I've been using Trip.com for years, and this is the first time I've ever left such a negative review. I checked in late at night, only to find the door lock was ridiculously broken, almost falling off. When I went downstairs and immediately asked for a room change, the front desk acted as if they hadn't heard me, saying they'd send someone to fix it right away and told me to go back upstairs. Even though they managed to drill the nail back in, it felt like it would fall off again with just a push from the outside. I contacted Trip.com, and I overheard the front desk telling their customer service on the phone, 'It's OK. OK, just the safety lock.' Later, they told me it was fixed and to go back up. Throughout the entire negotiation process that evening, there wasn't a single apology. Is this what the Mercure brand has come to now? With the help of Trip.com customer service (Yanzi), I finally got a room change, utterly exhausted. I don't understand why they wouldn't switch rooms when there were clearly other rooms of the same type available. After a ten-hour flight, and no rest – who could give a good review? By the way, Yanzi was truly efficient and excellent at communication, a stark contrast to the speechless hotel staff. P.S. The location is excellent. Subway and supermarket are all conveniently available. Breakfast is around 100+ riyals; it's filling and even has congee, but it's not worth purchasing separately."

"The location is OK, the entrance is the subway, there is a small supermarket and a small restaurant downstairs, opposite a big hospital, in front of a four-star hotel, Chinese tour groups live there more. The room is quite big, the equipment is a bit old, acceptable, there is a microwave oven, refrigerator."

"Everything that you want from a hotel - clean rooms (spacious and quite - cannot hear neighbours or the highway infront of the house), good service (after two days the staff made me omelette without me even asking for it) and perfect location (central and 2-3mins walking distance from Al Mourabba metro and Lulu hypermarket). If - like me - you can’t go a day without exercise, the gym offers the basic equipment, too. Recommend you book with breakfast - it’s buffet and has sufficient choice."
