I will definitely use this place again on future trips to Jeddah. Although there was no restaurant on site, there are food outlets literally next door which was great for me."

"Hôtel plutôt bien situé. Il est à moins de 15min en taxi du Souk AL Balad, il y a un centre commercial non loin et des commerces de proximité. Toutefois, il y a un sacré problème d'humidité dans les chambres qu'on avait (manque d'aération) et le personnel n'est pas très réactif pour fournir de l'eau en période de forte chaleur contrairement aux autres hôtels qui mettent à disposition une fontaine à eau ou des bouteilles d'eau etc. Dans l'ensemble ça reste un hôtel propre et bon prix."

"I had a higher expectations especially with the value of money paid. Delay in check in procedures although it was 17:30 and rooms were not fully ready. Then I have got smoking room in lower floor completely against what I request , I had to stay for another 30 mins to shift to another room. Additionally,although the hotel is new , it seems that it’s only renovated and a lot of items and paints need to be looked at. The breakfast was mid , but I have to highlight the restaurant receptionist welcoming and positive attitude and relaxing smile. I’m not going to repeat the visit again to this hotel branch"
