Beautiful clean room with kitchen and washing machine. The breakfast is excellent. Lots of choices. Western food and middle eastern choices. There is a small mall nearby. Walking distance. Bed is comfortable to sleep.

The Apartment Is very well located at the heart of the city of Jeddah. I would definitely comeback and highly recommend.

A wonderful experience and a fantastic hotel, expertly managed by Mr. Abdullah, who made our stay incredibly smooth. The room was great, much more spacious than many other hotels. I'd like to extend my thanks to the reception staff, especially Ms. Alanoud, for her cooperation, professionalism, and for being an excellent representative of the hotel. My stay at the InterContinental Jeddah (IHG) far exceeded my expectations! The location is absolutely superb, right on the Red Sea coast, and within walking distance of the Corniche. My balcony offered a direct view of King Fahd's Fountain, which was a spectacular sight at night. The room itself was spacious and elegant, with comfortable bedding and excellent cleanliness. The service was professional and warm; both the front desk and concierge were very prompt in their responses. Breakfast was a lavish spread, featuring a great mix of Western, Chinese, and Arabic cuisines. The outdoor pool, gym, and spa facilities are all top-notch. It's truly perfect for both business and leisure travelers – definitely my top choice in Jeddah!

Nice hotel in a nice area. The place needs renovation and they are working on it. Good value for money and very good breakfast.

All is good overall. They may just need to review the feedback on Google and use it as an evaluation to improve quality. During my stay, no towels were provided initially, so I had to ask. Also, my key card was only set for one night even though I stayed for two. They should pay more attention to the bed sheets, as I found some hair and stains on them. It’s actually a nice hotel, just needs some improvements. I don’t expect the same level of hospitality as in Asia, but if they could improve in that area, it would be even better. Thank you so much!

Really satisfied with the couple’s staycation. The room had a nice view, the bed was comfortable and the lighting was soft and cozy. We enjoyed the dinner and the overall vibe of the place was just awesome.

This seems to be a newly opened hotel. Check-in was smooth and the room itself was clean, but there were several service issues. On arrival, there were no towels in the room. It took multiple calls and around 45 minutes before one towel was delivered, and only after requesting again were more provided the following day. Housekeeping was inconsistent — my room wasn’t cleaned on the second day, and I had to request additional toilet paper. In-room amenities were very limited: only one type of tea and coffee (no green tea or decaf), just two creamers, and no extras such as toothbrush, toiletries, or body lotion. Access to the swimming pool was inconvenient, as I had to wait for staff to come and unlock it. The café was still under construction, so no coffee or snacks were available. Overall, the hotel feels basic at this stage and could benefit from improvements such as: • Ensuring housekeeping is consistent and timely • Providing standard amenities in the rooms • Making water or tea available in reception • Opening facilities like the jacuzzi and café The hotel is clean and has potential, but needs significant improvements to meet expectations.
