Excellent service & amenities. Only negatives were prayer mats in both rooms were not cleaned and sea view room was noisy from late activities in the hotel ground floor.

The staff and hotel were excellent overall...the breakfast was quite satisfactory...Room service fast and excellent...the only comment about the pool as the water was exceptionally cold and this prevented the kids from fully enjoying their time ...otherwise everything was quite good.

The room was spacious, clean and overall exactly what I was looking for. The concierge was extremely helpful and pleasant to interact with. I will definitely use this place again on future trips to Jeddah. Although there was no restaurant on site, there are food outlets literally next door which was great for me.

The hotel is a few blocks from the beach, but it's only a few minutes' taxi ride away, so the location is pretty good, and it's great value for money. The hotel breakfast is made by Indian chefs and features a lot of Indian curries and other dishes, offering a decent variety. The room is a bit small; the double bed is smaller than those at Aloft, making it feel a little cramped. The rooftop pool, however, is quite nice.

My stay at the InterContinental Jeddah (IHG) far exceeded my expectations! The location is absolutely superb, right on the Red Sea coast, and within walking distance of the Corniche. My balcony offered a direct view of King Fahd's Fountain, which was a spectacular sight at night. The room itself was spacious and elegant, with comfortable bedding and excellent cleanliness. The service was professional and warm; both the front desk and concierge were very prompt in their responses. Breakfast was a lavish spread, featuring a great mix of Western, Chinese, and Arabic cuisines. The outdoor pool, gym, and spa facilities are all top-notch. It's truly perfect for both business and leisure travelers – definitely my top choice in Jeddah!

It was a truly wonderful stay in every sense of the word. The cleanliness was excellent, and the service was very sophisticated. The staff's interaction was respectful and kind throughout my stay. The room was comfortable and quiet, and the small details were exceptional, making me feel cared for and at ease. The location is excellent, and the atmosphere is beautiful. All is good overall. They may just need to review the feedback on Google and use it as an evaluation to improve quality. During my stay, no towels were provided initially, so I had to ask. Also, my key card was only set for one night even though I stayed for two. They should pay more attention to the bed sheets, as I found some hair and stains on them. It’s actually a nice hotel, just needs some improvements. I don’t expect the same level of hospitality as in Asia, but if they could improve in that area, it would be even better. Thank you so much!
