"Told the front desk staff that the speaker didn’t work and the coffee maker and coffee bags weren’t compatible I requested for coffee pods, then nothing happened."

"Every interaction with the staff was positive and warm. All of the amenities needed for a stay were present, especially washcloths. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The pool was well maintained. The hotel smelled amazing throughout, from the lobby to the rooftop."

"The hotel is convenient for travel, and all major museums can be reached on foot in 20 minutes; the room is not big but very clean and comfortable; the American breakfast is also very delicious; the service attitude of the waiters is also very good, patient and friendly; the lobby lounge area also provides coffee and snacks; this is the best experience we have had in several visits to Washington, and we will stay in this hotel again next time we go to Washington!"

"It was the best. I never felt uncomfortable during my 7-day stay. The staff was really friendly and answered my questions right away during the check-in/check-out process and during regular times. Also, the breakfast provided to guests was great, and it was nice that I could use the breakfast area even when it wasn't breakfast time. The gym was also well-maintained! The location is right in front of Navy Yard Station, and there are restaurants, marts, and cafes nearby. I want to visit again! Thank you!"

"It is good to be close to the subway! (about ２ minutes walk) It is an apartment type that is jointly with residents. I think it is good for long-term residents because everything you need for life is available. The person in charge is stationed at the reception, so it is good to be able to keep your luggage as well as a normal hotel. The receptionist, Micky, was a bright person, remembered his name immediately and called him by name when he entered and exited. It felt like I came to America."

"Terrible hotel , sleepless nights !!! all hotel rooms equipped with very laud noisy heating system without switch off function. I complained first room and staff was very polite and offered different room and ear plugs, unfortunately didn't work. I was slipping 2 nights there with ear plugs but still hearing the noise from heater. I do not recommend this hotel if you expect normal sleep."

"I liked hotel's location & cleanliness. Some nearby free 'on street' parking was available. Walls are a bit thin so conversations from neighboring units will be heard. Room was well equipped & larger than average. Only real issue was with electronic door locks. I paid for early check in but couldn't get in at designated time due to hotel-wide issue with doing locks. I got in relatively quickly but other guests were locked out for hours. Based on other reviews, there are a lot of issues with their door lock system. Regardless, I'd consider staying here again."

"I loved everything about this hotel—from the location and room size to the cleanliness, helpful staff, and complimentary breakfast. The only downside was the kitchenette, which had very limited functionality. It’s essentially just an extra sink alongside standard business hotel amenities like a mini-refrigerator, capsule coffee machine, and two cups. I was hoping for something a bit more useful, so that part didn’t quite meet my expectations."

"There are many rental apartments nearby, mainly for children to study abroad. The hotel is very close to the Anacostia River in Washington, D.C., and there is an open park by the river. The hotel provides free bottled water in the refrigerator at the front desk every day, and no one checks the card for breakfast. The room has an induction cooker and an apartment-style workbench, but no windows that can be opened. The streets are wide and clean, worthy of being the capital. White people can be seen walking leisurely with their dogs from time to time, unlike the narrow streets in Seattle where black homeless people can be seen on the street corners from time to time. The sense of security here has increased."
