Amazing experience. Service and attentiveness, caring, quality was 10/5 stars. Loved the decor, food beyond delicious, drinks o my. They made our stay so special. Only wish I had a bigger room, everything else was beyond perfect

Impeccable service from reception to busboys to waiter staff to housekeeping. Everyone went over and beyond to make our stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.  We have stayed in Relais and Chateaux properties and the Art Legacy surpassed their level of service.  I would recommend this property to anyone traveling to Lisbon.

Hotel staff was phenomenal. One of the best service experiences because of each person working at the hotel. From the restaurant staff to front desk — I throughly enjoyed my stay. Great boutique hotel. I will be back!

I arrived early and only wanted to store my luggage, but I was offered breakfast as well. The clean rooms, gorgeous interior, and friendly service were all perfect. This is a hotel I'd recommend to friends.

Highly recommended. Close to the metro station. Easy access to everything in the city center. Good breakfast and good customer service. I had a very comfortable stay in Lisbon.

Exceeded expectations! Incredibly beautiful and stylish! Delightful welcome cocktails and desserts! Breakfasts are included in the price: a buffet table with a few appetizers, including meat, cheese, fruit, and desserts, and the main course is chosen from the menu, at no extra charge! Everything is delicious! The in-room bar is complimentary. The reception staff is top-notch; they helped us get tickets for our next trip and called a taxi. The entire staff is excellent; even the manager helped us carry our suitcase from the restaurant to the trunk of the taxi. The bartenders are a special highlight. The bartender presented the cocktails and desserts beautifully! We even filmed them :) In the evenings, there's music, DJs, and a female vocalist in the lobby. The most memorable hotel I've ever stayed at. Small, cozy, with incredible design, excellent service, and a very reasonable price tag for its class. The location is great, close to hiking trails and tourist bus routes.
