Conveniently located near the subway station, Tianyi Square, and the Bund. Breakfast is included, but the soundproofing in the rooms is extremely poor. The hotel is a bit old; the shower door was broken and couldn't be closed, and it wasn't repaired! A bit disappointing!

The property had a very good location. It was close to all central places and very close to Central Station, but the traffic by road was too much. The breakfast had very limited options. Good for Chinese people only. Property is just a few mins walk to Tianye Square.

Attractions like Guluo, Tianyi Pavilion, Moon Lake, and the City God Temple are all directly accessible by subway. The Bund is also right across from the hotel, offering a beautiful night view. In short, whether for business or sightseeing, it’s exceptionally convenient, saving a lot of travel time and hassle. Upon checking in, the front desk staff were incredibly warm and efficient. The registration process was completed very quickly, and they proactively informed me about the hotel's facilities and recommended local eateries. It made me feel very welcome and comfortable right from the moment I arrived. The room itself was clean and tidy, without any strange odors. The sheets, duvet cover, and pillowcases were all pristine white and felt soft to the touch, which put my mind at ease. The room size was just right, with a sensible layout and neatly arranged furniture, so it didn't feel cramped. The natural light was excellent; when I drew the curtains during the day, sunlight streamed in, making the entire room very bright. Moreover, the soundproofing was superb – I couldn't hear any outside noise at night, allowing me to get a peaceful night's sleep and wake up feeling refreshed and energetic the next day. The bathroom was spotless; the vanity, toilet, and shower area were all sparkling clean. Toiletries were complete and of good quality. Hot water was supplied promptly, with stable temperature and good pressure, making for a very comfortable shower. Additionally, the hotel's Wi-Fi signal was strong, and internet access was smooth in every corner of the room, which was extremely practical for me as I needed to handle work. Breakfast offered a rich variety, including main dishes, side dishes, fruits, and yogurt. The food tasted great, the ingredients were fresh, and it catered to diverse tastes. At check-out, the staff were equally efficient and even proactively asked about my stay, which was a thoughtful touch. My stay at Hanting Hotel this time was excellent. The hotel is very close to the Old Bund. In the evening, we took a stroll to the Bund and also walked to Tianbo for bullfrog. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the room was clean and tidy. However, the room itself was a bit small, the tea/coffee making area was cramped, and the room door offered poor soundproofing. If these points are a concern, you might want to reconsider booking.

Great location, within easy reach of all the malls. It's also perfect for an evening stroll to enjoy the city lights. Having restaurants and a laundry facility right outside your door adds to the convenience.
