Very sustainable hotel😂I forgot to bring toothpaste. I called and they said they didn't have any. The price of $650CAD+a night. Bottled water was also charged $7. There were no amenities but there was an Amenity Fee of $29 a night..1.5 languages
The service attitude was OK. The gym had no view. The swimming pool was only open for a few months in the summer. The rooftop bar was also closed due to recent maintenance. The price for two breakfasts booked on Ctrip was actually a $60 breakfast credit per day. The price was a bit expensive. The actual meal cost $60 per person. The excess and tax had to be paid extra. The taste was average.

I stayed at this hotel for one night, and honestly, it turned out to be one of the best short stays I’ve had in a long time. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations.
The host was absolutely amazing — extremely helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the entire stay. They answered all of my questions quickly, even after I had already checked in, which made the whole experience feel very smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find that level of attentiveness and genuine care.
The view was simply stunning. I loved the beautiful water view — waking up and seeing the water right outside was such a peaceful and memorable experience. It truly elevated the entire stay.
The unit itself was spotless and exceptionally clean. You can tell that a lot of care goes into maintaining the space. Everything felt fresh, organized, and very well taken care of.
The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, which made it so convenient to prepare our own dinner. Having a proper kitchen setup really makes a difference, especially for a comfortable and relaxed night in.
The location is another huge plus. The area is fantastic — so many restaurants and bars within walking distance, and even grocery stores nearby. Being able to walk everywhere made the stay even more enjoyable and convenient.
Overall, this place is a solid 10/10. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, well-located place to stay downtown. Truly a five-star experience!

Guest UserThe room was clean. I had hoped for a room with a bathtub, but it seems to be assigned randomly, so I got a shower-only room. The view wasn't great (I could see a large building under construction), but the room was sunny. There's a restaurant on the first floor which I used for dinner and breakfast before leaving. The portions were generous and the prices reasonable. There was a mini-fridge, but it didn't cool very well. In the mornings, there's self-service coffee and tea in the lobby. I heard there's also a wine service in the evenings, but I didn't get to use it as the timing didn't work out. The location is good, and the surrounding area is safe and relatively clean.

The location of the hotel is very good, the room is very clean and has a sense of design, I stayed in Andy's room for 3 days. The service is also very good. In the middle of the night, the waiter will bring you boiling water after a while. The fly in the ointment is that the old house's water outlet and drainage are not very good, and the water from the faucet is all white. The rooftop pool has a nice view but the water is a bit cold.

It’s near the airport, and they know it. As a result, the parking fare is quite high. Overall, the stay was average. One should be wary, however, that although the breakfast is complimentary, they expected a tip, which is absolutely ridiculous. How can one call it complimentary under such expectations?

The location is excellent, it's a boutique hotel with a retro vibe, renovated from a 100-year-old building. The lobby is small but very charming and beautiful. For a city center hotel, the room is quite spacious. Our twin-bedded king room was right above Yonge Street, but surprisingly, this section doesn't have much bus traffic, so it was pretty quiet at night. The breakfast was fantastic, I highly recommend booking with breakfast included. It's not a buffet; you order à la carte from a menu, and each dish is made fresh. Absolutely delicious! The coffee and hot chocolate are also freshly prepared. Honestly, I haven't had such a refined breakfast in North America in a long time. Just for the breakfast and the location, it's totally worth it.
