The hotel has an excellent location. Walk 3-5 minutes to the Trevi Fountain. Also a very large and varied breakfast! The workers are very friendly! But to change the temperature of the air conditioner in the room, you need to call the reception every time 😳 Because there is no remote control for the air conditioner in the room!!! It's very uncomfortable... Also the bed was terrible. The bed is very small for two, the mattresses are clearly sagging and need replacing. The toilet smells terrible of sewage. But we were given a room with a wonderful small balcony, although it was not stated in the booking!😍

The service was impeccable. Very professional and friendly. I traveled with my Hendricks husband and they went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of and take any issues our electric scooter might face. Breakfast was amazing lots of food and delicious. Got the chance to meet and intact with other guests and made some new friends. 5 minute awesome walking distance to the Trevi Fountain. Beautiful area with everything you might need in the immediate area. Week definitely stay there again.

Location - Located in the middle of a restaurant street right in front of the Trevi Fountain - Located in the heart of a tourist area, but not too noisy outside (though you can hear noise from the hallways). - Most places are within walking distance, and since the distances are all tourist attractions, it's not dangerous to walk at night. - The Pantheon, Colosseum, and other attractions are all within a 20-minute walk. 2. Facilities - The facilities are generally old and somewhat worn. - The lack of outlets is a bit inconvenient. - The bathroom is spacious and convenient for storing toiletries. - However, the sewer smell can be quite strong in the evening, so it's best to keep the door closed. - The water runs well, but there's only a fixed shower. - Wi-Fi is provided, but it's not very effective except in the hallways (the Wi-Fi password is posted on a sticker in the elevator). 3. Breakfast - Open from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM on the basement level. - A wide variety of delicious breads (pistachio cream, Nutella bread, etc.) - There's a waffle maker, so you can make your own waffles. 4. Other - The staff isn't very friendly. - The restaurant area near the Trevi Fountain is full of great options, so it's a good place to grab a bite. - There's a supermarket and souvenir shops right next door, so it's great for light shopping. - There's a self-service laundromat next to the Trevi Fountain, so it's great for doing laundry (it's fast and efficient).

Located in a small alley in the city center, it's close to many restaurants and bars and the Tezueva Fountain. It's 500 meters from the metro station, offering easy access to the Vatican and the Colosseum, as well as direct airport trains. The room was small, but the shower was spacious enough for a comfortable shower. The breakfast ingredients were low-quality, and the coffee was bland. If you can't find a hotel you'd prefer, consider this one.

I don't know why this hotel has been given 4 stars. It definitely doesn't have them. The rooms are small and lack maintenance. The dining area is fine, the breakfast is the best thing about it. The service is average. The location is also good, but it is not a 4 star and it is not worth the price.

The service was too good from the reception and Mr. Danilo was the best, the food was very good, especially the desserts, the cleanliness of the room was very good, the rooms were very comfortable and the location was the plus.

The location is excellent, everything is very clean, the buffet breakfast is very complete. I would repeat without hesitation.

The hotel is close to the subway station and the Trevi Fountain in the city. It is convenient to go to the Pantheon and Plaza de España along the street, and there are many dining places downstairs. There was a small mistake on the first day of check-in, but it didn't affect the whole stay. I was still satisfied. Maybe the platform or the hotel didn't communicate well enough to let us stay in another hotel for one night. To apologize, the hotel was considerate and gave us accommodation for the next two days. Upgraded room type and complimentary breakfast. The breakfast at this hotel is really great, including self-service orange juice, waffles, etc. The only minor flaw is that the soundproofing is not good enough or the noise from the guests next door is a bit loud.

The location is very good, very close to the hot springs, and many attractions are within walking distance. Stayed for three nights and it was quite safe. The faucet is older but still OK, and the sound insulation is generally acceptable.

The location is very good. Except for the Colosseum, all other well-known attractions can basically be reached on foot, especially the Wishing Pool, which is about 300 meters away. The hotel has a buffet breakfast with a complete range, and I enjoyed it every day. The public space of the hotel has also been carefully arranged (as shown in the picture). The room facilities are indeed a bit old, but it does not affect the use. The restaurants downstairs in the hotel are all okay and will not step on thunder. The service is also good, overall ok
