Preferred Hotels in Shanghai

I just check again the profile of this hotel and they haven’t made any update. When I arrived the hotel, I was informed that the swimming pool is not available due to maintenance. I paid extra money because of that specific amenity. It would be great that hotels would update their profile and available or provide any heads up so that the guests would know what they are paying for. The hotel is expensive and I booked it hoping that I will get to enjoy their amenities. It is okay to have such problem as long as they would post it in their profile for transparency.

The hotel staff were incredibly proactive, always asking about guests' needs and doing their best to accommodate them. The location is excellent; it's easy to catch a taxi, and the surrounding area is perfect for walks, dining, and exploring. Plus, having a convenience store downstairs was incredibly convenient. We received a complimentary room upgrade, and it was very spacious. I especially loved the expansive and unobstructed view of Longemont. Due to time constraints this trip, I also tried their in-room business meal package, which was a great experience and very cost-effective. For a star-rated hotel at this price, it offers excellent value for money in the area. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future, and I hope they maintain their high standards.
