Handy location for the Tower and Tower Bridge. Situated metres away from Aldgate underground station giving easy access to London as a whole. Reception staff were helpful and the hotel itself was spotless. My only criticism was of the breakfast offered. It was served warm on the first morning and I have to be honest when I say the full English breakfast was not to my taste.

I truly appreciate how the front desk helped us by early checking us in although that was prior to the normal check in time

The location is a little far from the city center, but the hotel environment and service are very good, the breakfast is also very rich, and the nearby Blackfriars station can take a train directly to Gatewick Airport

This was my favorite hotel on my trip to London. It's a quiet place amidst the bustle of the city. Every staff member was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The staff also spoke Chinese, and the young man from Hong Kong gave a very clear introduction. While the room wasn't large, it was well-designed. I brought my child here for exercise, and we let her talk with any questions I had. Every staff member was incredibly helpful, including the bellhop and the front desk staff who were always helpful if I needed a taxi. This made me really love London.

This hotel did not have to say. I will stay in the next time, the service and location are first class, and the hygiene level is very good.

Excellent location and love the hotel ambiences. Small disappointment about the service, there are no sanitary (toothbrush) kit and slipper in the room and hotel does not supply at all even asking for it. And room space on the small side but nice layout so make it easy to use. 

This hotel is located on the Left Bank, away from the main tourist crowds, yet offers convenient access to all the major attractions and shopping areas via two nearby metro lines. In fact, it's very close to Le Bon Marché and Boulevard Saint-Germain, where you can find most popular brands. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies in the vicinity. The room was surprisingly spacious and seemed to have been recently renovated, blending a retro feel with modern amenities. As for the service, everyone from the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant staff was incredibly friendly. My three-day stay was excellent, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Paris.

Not just for this hotel but when choosing the room I would like to have the option of choosing the exact room on the site plan for the view and choose the level of the room.

On the second night, objective and fair evaluation, standard four-star level:
There was a friendly lady at the front desk, and she took the initiative to say that the room arranged last night was not good, and that she could change it back to the deluxe room I originally booked. She should have known that she deliberately downgraded me to a common room last night, damaging my interests, and of course she didn't. Any compensation, at least be respectful enough. Too lazy to care. The stay was more pleasant after that.
Two major advantages of this hotel: 1. Good location, within ten minutes of Xiang Street; 2. Comfortable bedding
Disadvantages: The color of the hotel is tacky, and the elevator is terrible and slow. The breakfast is terrible, you can just find a cafe nearby to eat.

Highly recommended, the location is superior, on the edge of Concord Square, 5 minutes walk from Metro Line 1. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the main Chanel store on Compon Street, surrounded by famous boutiques. The only shortcoming is that there is no supermarket nearby, and the only nearest Carrefour Express is a 10-minute walk. The breakfast is not bad, you can order some hot food.

We had a truly wonderful family stay at Majestic Hotel & Spa – Champs-Élysées, and it made our time in Paris even more special.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and very accommodating, especially towards our family, which made us feel comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. The hospitality was genuine and thoughtful.

Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, providing a relaxing space for the whole family after a day of exploring Paris. Cleanliness was excellent, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and welcoming.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the Champs-Élysées, with easy access to shopping, dining, and major attractions—perfect for a family trip.

The spa and hotel facilities added to the experience, allowing us to unwind and enjoy quality family time in a peaceful setting.

Overall, Majestic Hotel & Spa is an excellent choice for families visiting Paris, offering comfort, great service, and a prime location. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return again.

The rooms in the old buildings in the Little Paris area are relatively small, and the front desk has no problem communicating in English and is very welcoming. It is less than 500 meters from the subway station. It is very convenient to go everywhere. It is very close to the Eiffel Tower and can be walked. I still take the subway to go to the Arc de Triomphe. It takes about 30 minutes on foot. There is a larger supermarket called *** just 400 meters away. ***, the small supermarket downstairs doesn’t have that many items and is a bit more expensive. Breakfast was mediocre.

The hotel is full of design. Although it is small, it is exquisite everywhere. The attitude of the service staff is relatively good. After staying for a few days, only one female front desk employee was a little arrogant. She had to correct my pronunciation even though she had a strong Italian accent. The soft drinks in the mini bar are free and replenished in time every day. The hotel breakfast is relatively rich. The restaurant is not big. The breakfast time is 7-11 o'clock, which is very humane. The music played in the restaurant is also very chill, but the variety of dishes does not change every day, which cannot be compared with large hotels. The coffee is very delicious! The location of the hotel is also very good. You can walk to almost all popular scenic spots and business districts. I stayed with my children. The hotel's attitude towards children is also very good, and children's slippers are specially prepared. I didn't find any compatriots during these few days. I recommend compatriots to stay in Rome. Generally speaking, this is the best hotel I have stayed in for more than a month in Europe.

The hotel is in an excellent location, just outside Venice Square, walking distance to Trevi Fountain, Plaza Spain, and the Colosseum. The service is also very good, the toiletries are from Bvlgari, and the extra bed previously requested is also made early. It was originally a small and fine hotel, so the room was not particularly large, but everything else was good. Breakfast was delivered to the room, and all kinds of bread, jam, coffee, milk, and foreigner's breakfast were just that, it was rich. Will consider living here again

The location is superior, within walking distance to the Spanish Steps, and only three to five minutes away from the shopping street.

The service is not bad, everything you need is there. There are many welcome fruits, and the glass of mineral water is placed on the bedside after turning down the bed. There are scales! This is very important!

The room is quite big, with a balcony, but unfortunately there is no view. However, the terrace bar on the top floor has a nice view, overlooking St. Peter's Basilica, it is very pleasant to drink a glass of wine.

The hotel was renovated in 1997. The style of the room decoration is a bit old, but it is very clean, and the downstairs spa pool has been renovated. Someone sang at night, very good. It is the old European hotel with a lot of taste, cost-effective, recommended.

The hotel itself is great. We loved the room with a terrace, amenities are Acqua di Parma, staff is lovely. The bar is lively however some staff of the bar are a little rude to hotel costumers (just some of them, others are great). The pool is amazing. We will be back here.

This is the most luxurious hotel on this trip.
When we booked a 3-person room, we should have directly opened the connecting door of the two adjacent double rooms and turned them into suites for us. The area of ​​a standard room is not large.
The hotel provides welcome champagne, handwritten welcome cards, and ACQUA DI PARMA for bath products.
The bed is relatively comfortable, the bath towels are thick and soft, and the mini bar has a rich variety. Two free bottles of mineral water and sparkling water are provided daily.
Opposite the hotel is a military-related government department, so there are soldiers on hand throughout the day, which makes me feel instantly safe. Of course, the curtains may not be fully open during the day, because it is too close to the office building opposite.
The location is very good. It is only ten minutes' walk from Castel Angel and Vatican City. It is very comfortable to run along the river in the morning.
The only thing that is not ideal is that there are too few types of breakfast, each person has a fixed set, and there are a small amount of self-service fruits, yogurt and drinks.

I highly recommend this hotel. It was a very good hotel for me to stay in.
