Hotels in Shekou Area (Nanshan District), Shenzhen

I’ve stayed here for 30–60 days at a time, and it always feels like a second home. The staff are truly exceptional — super helpful and friendly, and they speak English very well, which makes a big difference. The hotel itself isn’t brand new, but it’s very cozy and well-maintained. Breakfast includes both local and Western options, which is a great touch. Location is another big plus: just a short walk to the metro and the ferry terminal, and surrounded by a wide range of restaurants and bars — some of the best-known in all of Shenzhen. Plus, the sea is just around the corner. Highly recommended for both short and long stays!

I always use this hotel in Shenzhen, perfect location and everything is clean and new. The stuff is very friendly and supportive. I will definitely be back soon.

This is a beautiful and quiet hotel located conveniently near Shenzhen’s SeaWorld. It’s an ideal choice if you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing environment. There are plenty of restaurants (and a mall) within walking distance, or you can enjoy the hotel’s own dinning options, which are reasonably priced (+ excellent service) People were polite and professional. Housekeeping was excellent, rooms were cleaned thoroughly everyday. Daily provision of complimentary water bottles (can grab extra from common areas) - a thoughtful touch. The only downside was the wifi. It could be slow at times and occasionally disconnected, which may be a concern if you rely on it for working.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the subway station and a short walk to Sea World, which offers a wide variety of dining and entertainment options and is bustling at night. The hotel is newly renovated, and the rooms are spacious, bright, and well-equipped. The bathroom, in particular, has two mirrors and two washbasins, making it a great choice for those traveling with friends and saving time in the morning. The hotel staff were also polite and welcoming. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. If the rates don't increase in the future, I'll stay here again when I visit Shenzhen!

I've stayed here before, mostly when it was owned by two other establishments. Staff is alw professional, service is alw 5 star. The menu is much better than it was last year, with diverse Chinese and western options; but not cheap. This time, upgraded to a 2 bedroom. The master suite has a tub, the other bath has a shower. Lovely. But there are a few things that were not supreme. The actual address goes to the residential side, not the short term rental side. The living room wall was not clean, there was trash in the trash cans. No slippers, but still robes. I like the area and the people so I will still stay here again. Honestly, if I had let them know about the not supreme issues; I feel confident that they would have fixed it. But I was too tired and that is someone else's job.

Booked a 3h stay as my flight was late in the night and I did not wish to carry my luggage around. For the price, the place is fantastic. Service is great too. Staff would even escort you to your room as though you are a VIP staff. Location is near food options and a small mall which is about a 5 - 10min walk away. The mall even has outlet shops for certain sports brands. Also a rather short jourmey away from Shekou Port if you are intending to take the ferry. The room is nice and cozy for a short stay. The walls are a little thin though so if your neighbour makes a lot of noise, you will bound to hear it.

I happened to stay here while traveling with friends and was impressed by the service here. Jerry at the front desk had a kind smile, processed the procedures quickly, and even shared interesting nearby scenic spots proactively. He was very enthusiastic. That night, he gave away fruits, making our trip more relaxing and enjoyable. It was amazing!

Great hotel, highly recommended! I’ve stayed here multiple times, and the service is always top-notch. The staff are friendly and professional, and everything is clean and comfortable. The only downside is that there’s no robot for room service delivery — it would be a nice addition. Other than that, everything is excellent!

It’s our third time staying there. The place is convenient and the service was good. However, the room we stayed was with water leakage in the shower room, though it’s not serious. Will come again.

Incredibly nice service, very modern and clean rooms, extremely comfortable bed. A few steps away from the metro station. We enjoyed our stay very much
