The two-bedroom, one-living room suite we stayed in completely exceeded our expectations! The room layout was incredibly well-designed. The separate master and secondary bedrooms provided excellent privacy while ensuring everyone in the family had a comfortable stay. The living room was spacious and bright, furnished with a comfortable sofa and a TV, perfect for our family to gather in the evenings, chat, and watch movies, creating a wonderful, cozy atmosphere.
The hygiene was impeccable. The bedding was clean and soft, bathroom towels were replaced daily, and kitchen utensils were thoroughly sanitized. Even the hidden corners were spotless.
Yara at the front desk was incredibly responsive and helpful. The location was also very convenient; it's just a 10-minute walk to the subway station, and there are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby.
We will definitely choose to stay here again for our next family trip. Highly recommend it to anyone traveling with a group!

Time truly flies; another autumn is here before I know it. Having experienced Garden No. 6 through all its seasons, I've returned this autumn. The room was as cozy, quiet, and spotless as ever. The restaurant's dishes still have that unforgettable taste – both amazing and delicious. The staff were all smiles, offering incredibly thoughtful and attentive service. Oh, and a special mention to the feline manager, Egg Tart! She's adorably sassy, haha, like a charming 'cat security guard' overseeing the garden.

As soon as we entered the lobby, we were greeted by a refreshing aroma. The beautiful staff member, Xiao Zhang, was attentive and courteous. Great! I loved the room's style and colors. The bathroom door opened onto a large mirror, which was great! The pillows came in two different heights. The large bed was comfortable, and the sheets were very smooth! However, there was a flying insect in the room, which the staff immediately attended to. Overall, the staff were friendly and helpful. Great! Breakfast was excellent, with coffee, milk tea, lemon tea, orange juice, and milk. The preserved egg and lean pork congee was delicious, but a little too salty. The male staff were also very nice and proactively recommended the newly added lemon tea. Great! Room cleanliness could be improved, for example, there was a few hairs on the floor, but overall, it was okay. I'll definitely stay again if I have the chance!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, directly opposite the Tencent Building, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. Rooms are spacious, and the facilities are new, including a well-equipped gym. The breakfast spread is superb, and guests also enjoy a complimentary mini-bar.

This hotel experience was fantastic! I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade during check-in! The upgraded room was incredibly spacious with excellent natural light, stylish decor, and soft, comfortable bedding. A good night's sleep completely relieved my travel fatigue. The room was also impeccably clean – perfect attention to detail.
Even more thoughtful was the complimentary breakfast, which was plentiful and fresh, featuring hot porridge, pastries, fruit, and coffee – all delicious! The staff were consistently friendly, responsive, and attentive to every need. Overall, the experience far exceeded my expectations, offering exceptional value for money. It's already on my must-stay list for my next trip and I highly recommend it!

I’ve stayed here for 30–60 days at a time, and it always feels like a second home.
The staff are truly exceptional — super helpful and friendly, and they speak English very well, which makes a big difference.
The hotel itself isn’t brand new, but it’s very cozy and well-maintained. Breakfast includes both local and Western options, which is a great touch.
Location is another big plus: just a short walk to the metro and the ferry terminal, and surrounded by a wide range of restaurants and bars — some of the best-known in all of Shenzhen. Plus, the sea is just around the corner.
Highly recommended for both short and long stays!

The location is fantastic as you can see the hotel once you step out of Exit A of Sea World metro station. It is about 2-3 mins walk from the station exit. The area is vibrant and bustling with restaurants and convenience stores, good for grabbing a late night snack or running errands. The entire hotel has a music theme which is seen in many details from the hotel reception to the corridors leading to the rooms to the room itself which even has a CD player that plays soothing music. I was impressed that the hotel room looked better in reality than in the platform photos and that the bathroom was spacious. The staff were also very helpful when I asked for a cardboard box to pack items. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and found this hotel to be extremely value for money.

Great location, right next to Nanshan, so perfect for a quick morning hike to start the day and also has sea world with plenty of food choice within walking distance and that's on top of the amazing service from Arina and Tina, who helped me with package deliveries before check-in and are probably the most friendly/helpful front desk personnel I have met to date.

I was in Shenzhen for a business trip. The hotel boasts an excellent location; it's incredibly convenient, just a 100-meter walk straight across from Exit D of Metro Line 12. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. I particularly liked the room's layout, and all the facilities felt brand new. It offers exceptional value for money. Yuanyuan at the front desk was incredibly warm and provided fantastic service. It was a truly satisfying stay, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Shenzhen.

I had the pleasure of staying at UrCove By Hyatt (Shenzhen Shekou Cruise Center), and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! A special shoutout to Coco at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Not only did she patiently teach me how to use the room’s technology, but she also made sure we were comfortable while we waited for our room. Coco is a true superstar and deserves all the praise!
The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient. It’s right next to the newly opened K11 Mall, which is literally just steps away. The Tai Zi Wan MTR station (Exit B1) is situated nearby as well—just a quick street crossing to reach the hotel. For those exploring the area, Sea World Center is only one MTR station away. It’s such a lively spot with plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. While the K11 area is still developing, it’s already shaping up to be a fantastic neighborhood.
The hotel itself is very new, and I absolutely loved the library café vibes it exudes. I spent a lot of time in the lobby reading and enjoying a delicious coffee from their café. My package included one coffee from the café as well as the breakfast buffet, which was a great touch. They even surprised us with a midnight snack—nothing extravagant, but a thoughtful gesture that I truly appreciated.
The room was spacious, sparkling clean, and incredibly comfortable. The setup included a massive screen, perfect for relaxing and watching movies after a day of exploring. It was the ideal retreat for me to unwind, enjoy the ocean views, and truly relax.
This trip was exactly what I needed, and UrCove By Hyatt delivered on every front. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay—I can’t wait to come back!

The space is cleverly used. The refrigerator is super large, and there is a washing machine with a dryer. There is also a large drying platform on the 5th floor. There is also a balcony in the room to dry clothes. The bay window is also useful. There is a subway downstairs. Parking is 10 yuan per time, which is much cheaper than outside. There is a water purifier outlet. The room is also equipped with 4 bottles of water. The faucet of the sink is retractable and can be pulled out to wash your hair. What else is there to be dissatisfied with?

OOzYoPiczFirst time stay and I loved it.
Huge king size bed, mini bar, big screen TV, appointment desk and a Japanese style toilet with all the bells and whistles. There’s robes, slippers and toiletries galore.
The breakfast buffet was a mix of western and local cuisine. They have a coffee machine and some juices available. I would have liked to have seen more cereal options but you can’t always get what you want.
The location is a short stroll to Sea World Plaza with dozens of restaurants and the Metro is less than 100m from the front door.
Will definitely stay again. Staff were welcoming and accommodating to my requests.

He checked in efficiently and neatly, took the initiative to introduce the surrounding travel guide, and also helped with the luggage. He was full of smiles throughout the whole process, which made people feel warm. I have to give Xiaolong a thumbs up!

When I needed a late check-out due to some personal matters, the hotel was very accommodating. The room itself was spotlessly clean. Its location is also super convenient for exploring; it's very close to Nanyou Garment City, and there are countless dining options and all essential amenities within easy reach. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Shenzhen.

GGuest UserThe boss is very good (upgraded the room to us), thank him very much. This hotel has just opened, the environment is very comfortable and the room is simple. Very close to Mawan Station (one minute after the gate is in front of the hotel) there are restaurants downstairs but not many, because it is a residential area.
If you need to do business, it is inconvenient. The front station is the basin and commercial building (under development).
