Hotels in Bao'an Central District and Qianhai, Shenzhen

The front line staffs are helpful and courteous especially two ladies staff even help us to transfer the old mobile data system to a new Xiaomi phone. Really appreciated. The hotel breakfast is value for money and included in the hotel rate. Free Supper is another option for guess who wants a light meal. Many eateries and a big shopping mall nearby. Mrt is not far , Very clean and quiet ,mattress quality is good.

The rooms was clean and tidy. We booked a non smoking room, but the room had a strong smell of cigarettes, like someone smoked in there for a week. It says there is a bathrobe , but none was provided, the receptionist said they never had it. The room view was expectation/reality(photo is enclosed). There was just 2 thin towels per person. Breakfast is more Chinese than western. Some customers smoked right in the dining room. We stayed only for a night, if it was a longer stay I would ask for refund or at least for a different room.

As a loyal guest of Marriott International, I've thoroughly enjoyed my stays at your properties across Japan, Macau, Shenzhen, and Hong Kong. Having previously stayed at Shenzhen Marriott Hotel Nanshan, I'd like to share some observations from my recent visit: 1. **Bathroom Sink Design Issue** The bathroom sink in my guest room proved quite impractical. Despite my utmost care while washing hands, water consistently splashed onto the surrounding countertop, creating constant wetness and inconvenience. 2. **Umbrella Service Unavailability** I was particularly surprised to find the hotel doesn't offer loaner umbrellas for guests. This stood in stark contrast to my recent experience at JW Marriott Hotel Macau, where umbrellas were available even after checkout. Given the recent severe weather conditions in Shenzhen - including black rainstorm warnings - this service would have been especially valuable. 3. **Swim Cap Policy** In my stays at JW Marriott hotels across multiple countries, I've never encountered a mandatory swim cap requirement in pool areas. This policy seems unusually restrictive compared to other properties in the brand.

St Regis -never disappointing. After entering the lobby, we were greeted by Miya, one of the.firendliest faces among staff. Miya Luo and Yoyo Yang assisted us in registering. We were given room 4xx8. Cleaned, absolutely well designed and well thought. Our room package included afternoon tea, breakfast and Butler service. Nicholas was our Butler and gave us a.room tour. Tea and breakfast were amazungly delicious. All staff are.helpful and friendly. This is one of the most impressive St Regis.hotels I have stayed.

The hotel was nice and modern. We had the spacious deluxe family room. The brunch was excellent and with varieties of food & juices. The welcome drink is good upon checkin, as it’s so hot outside! The view was awesome and location is very convenient . The staff was ok, would be nice if they can make the guest feels welcome by just have a smile.

The hotel room and toilet are clean. Location is about 5 -6 mins from the Fanshen subway exit B , there are a lot food along the street . Hotel front desk Zou You are friendly and helpful. The cleaning lady at level 3 floor are does a good job in cleaning. The hotel also provides free use of washing machine and dryer for clothes washing. Nice hotel and great location.

Tracy was very helpful gave us very prompt service and helped to accommodate 3 of us families on the same floor Rooms have a cigarette smoke smell which really needs to improve there should be non smoking rooms in hotels My room was promptly cleaned with the smoke treatment and it was fine

The hotel is awesome, welcome drinks is so warming when it’s cold weather. The hotel staff is so friendly and helpful. Always greet when you pass by the lobby. The bed is the most I love at this hotel. High quality pillow and bed. Even better than the big brand famous hotel I stay before. Will definitely will book Atour again when I back to China

First time staying after flying to Shenzhen. Our impression: (1) During check-in, the hotel staff kept looking on his monitor and didn't even have one eye contact with us during the whole check-in process. Since no eye contact at all and how do we know he is approaching us. (2) The hotel staff insisted that I change my phone's language preference into Chinese. And I don't really know what the purpose is about this which never happens in other hotels. (3) Although a notice for us that there is construction near the hotel and stayed in the top floor which is 7/F. But the traffic from outside is still quite disturbing in the early morning. Otherwise, the cleanliness is good and household ladies are very nice.

I have already written a review for this hotel. This was an additional one-day stay to the original booking, as I confused the dates of my flight. The process for an additional day was smooth. Only needed to book the hotel the same way on Trip.com. We stayed in the same room and it was a comfortable stay. Original review of the hotel below: The hotel was overall great. It was a comfortable stay for us as a couple. It was clean, and the staff was welcoming. The location is decent and is relatively close to the airport. The design of the lobby is good and spacious; there's enough space to sit if you're waiting for your taxi, and also we once heard a lady playing some relaxing melody on a musical instrument. We haven't tried the breakfast, so we can't say anything about its quality. The only thing that can be improved is to have at least one staff member or a manager who is fluent in English so that guests can have a quick and convenient check-in.
