The hotel is located in the heart of the ancient city, surrounded by a wide variety of dining options, complete facilities, and a clean and hygienic environment. Our stay coincided with a 5-minute walk from the hotel, and the spectacular performance was well worth seeing. If you're planning a stay in Gankeng, this is a great choice.

the stay was nice and pleasant. lots of shops around the hotel and it's not so hectic. there's are many restaurants around and also fast food nearby.
the rooms were clean and all amenities are included. they even upgraded one of the rooms for us to a connecting room for ease.
there is a buggy service to bring you around the old town but we just choose to walk instead.

Quaint little hotel in the middle of Gankeng Hakka old town. We managed to book the Family Suite with 2 bedrooms for our family of 3 adults, and it was very comfortable and huge.
The location is great as we could enjoy the beauty of the town at night with all the lights and also the serene quiet of the morning before the hordes of tourists.
We enjoyed the complimentary afternoon tea set, although there was only 1 poor guy working at the cafe so it was very chaotic. The Chinese tea was very fragrant and the local snacks were interesting.

The kids were absolutely thrilled with the in-room slide and large bathtub; they didn't want to leave the room at all! We stayed for a two-day weekend and had such a wonderful time, we were reluctant to go home. Even though the public play area on the third floor was on the smaller side, the kids surprisingly spent a long time playing there. 😃 From our room on the second floor, we had a direct view of the scenic area's water performance the moment we opened the door, and we enjoyed listening to the show's music all afternoon. On top of that, food delivery here is incredibly fast. With numerous restaurants within the scenic area, many meals and fresh fruits can be delivered in less than half an hour. This place comes with my absolute highest recommendation!

We stayed in a Queens tent. The tent was like a 3* hotel- clean and comfortable with a toilet and shower and regular amenities. There is an ac unit. It was heavy rain which was noisy but they leave some ear plugs. We had the coconut chicken hotpot which is brought to the tent and you cook it. The lunch and breakfast were fine but quite basic. There is a soft play area for children and a few other activities including an animal petting area for an extra charge: it was an enjoyable evening but not worth the expensive price and the location, whilst green, still feels very much in the city

The location is good, few minutes to the subway station, there are some restaurant/coffee shop nearby. I believe a crowd of HK travelers may make the staff felt tired, due to the Easter Holiday in HK. The one male staff who checked the last 2 rooms in is not nice and I asked him where was the restroom, he was totally ignored me, until my sister in law repeated my question.
I would like to complaint about the breakfast time, the café was fully occupied, no more seat available at the moment. The receptionist is helpless, did not offer a help.
I think the hotel need to think about it how to handle if the hotel was running full, but the capacity of café is not enough. This happen is not only on me, also for the other in house guest.
Anyway, Thanks for 王小漁 to sell your membership to my husband.

The service was beyond excellent! The concierge team and management were extremely efficient, polite and professional. The hotel facilities were top of the line and the night view overlooking the dazzling aquamarine blue custom designed outdoor swimming pool was spectacular. This is definitely the place to stay if you come here for business and leisure.

MM355316****My relatives came and found a few hotels near Phuket 3 Union, and my hard work paid off. I found this super hotel. From the moment I entered the door, the security staff were warm and thoughtful and arranged parking spaces. When I walked to the front desk, there was a caring and kind-hearted little girl. My sister warmly greeted me and helped arrange check-in. When I walked to the guest room, the corridor was very spacious and the decoration was high-end. When I entered the room, it was even more eye-catching. The style of the room was comfortable, elegant and high-end. The bed was especially comfortable. The mirror in the bathroom was bright and clean, and the hygiene was better. The 5-star hotel is still clean; in short, the staying experience is very good and worth recommending, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I have a chance. It deserves a super 5-star praise;

MMarketer- This is probably an old hotel that was transferred to the Home Inns group and then underwent a basic renovation before being put back into operation.
- The hardware is generally good, but it's clear that money was spent on renovations. However, the inspection and acceptance were probably insufficient, resulting in many unnecessary problems, such as in the restrooms, elevator floors, and lobby. Many traces of cement were left unrepaired after the renovation.
- The lobby was noticeably under-cooled due to the hot weather. This was because the lemon tea shop next door had left the windows wide open for takeout, causing the air conditioning to leak out. What a shame.

LLum Lum LumHotel location is convenient, opposite the food street, convenient for late night, the staff at the front desk are polite and kind, ask for quilts and pillows to be delivered soon! There are many dramas in the free movie area. The pillows are comfortable. There are disposable towels. The air-conditioning is cool enough! Like the toilet dry and wet separation! The biggest disadvantage is that the room smells a strong smell of smoke. I believe it is from the fence room. If the hotel can separate the (smoking) and (not giving smoke) rooms! In addition, there are some hair on the ground. Hygiene can have room for improvement! If there is a small refrigerator, it is better! Will come again!
