Metropark Hotels in Shenzhen

The room was very spacious, approximately 70-80 square meters, so I believe it was a suite. This wasn't the room we originally booked; our reserved room was unavailable, so we were upgraded to this one. The check-in process, however, had a few bumps. The first room the front desk assigned us was already occupied, so it took a second attempt to get us into this one, which wasted about an hour of our time. To apologize for the inconvenience, the front desk offered us complimentary breakfast vouchers. The room was equipped with a dehumidifier, a refrigerator, a safe, an iron and ironing board, and even kitchen facilities, though we didn't end up using most of them. The subway entrance was right downstairs, with direct elevator access, which was extremely convenient. The only drawback was that the cleaning staff wasn't thorough enough, and the overall cleanliness could be improved.
