First of all, thanks for your hospitality. My stay was very comfortable, and the two-day, one-night trip was a great experience. 1. The room was comfortable, and I happened to catch a sunny day, so the view was fantastic. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise and suited my taste perfectly. 2. The welcome fruit in the room was excellent, and the butler thoughtfully delivered an extra 6 bottles of Oriental Leaf tea. 3. The coastline view was beautiful. Although we missed the 6 PM yacht during sunset, they still allowed us to go up and take photos, which was very accommodating. 4. The sound bath and wind chimes were fun and a great experience. The fireworks were also fantastic. 5. The entire common area felt very private, which made for a good experience. I also have a few suggestions regarding some minor issues or things that felt just okay: 1. There was a 5 yuan charge for a paper cup to take away coffee with afternoon tea, which I found inappropriate. Coffee and a cup should be a necessary part of the service, not an extra charge. 2. The clam dish at dinner was generally mediocre, possibly due to the type of clam – the shells were too big. The hot and sour shredded potatoes were a bit of a miss; they were stir-fried with minced ginger, which I recommend asking guests about dietary restrictions beforehand, as this isn't the typical preparation for hot and sour shredded potatoes. Other than that, there were no issues, and overall, I had a very enjoyable stay. I look forward to coming back to try other room types!

I always choose high-end hotels for my travels, and this stay at The St. Regis Shenzhen truly offered an even higher level of quality and service. First, I particularly want to commend my butler, Pierre, for his excellent service! It was my wedding anniversary on the day of check-in, and I mentioned it to Butler Pierre when he called me. The check-in process was swift, and upon entering the room, I was delighted to see the thoughtful decorations and a handwritten blessing on a card. I'm very grateful for Pierre's considerate preparations. Second, the hotel boasts an elegant environment. From check-in to quick processing and room service, you can feel the warmth; every service staff member I encountered in the restaurant was full of smiles. The hotel's service response is incredibly fast; from the moment you call to order coffee to your room, it's very prompt. They even offer 24-hour complimentary coffee and tea delivery to the room. Having stayed in various five-star and even seven-star hotels both domestically and internationally, if I could rate it, I would give The St. Regis Shenzhen a ten-star rating, because both the facilities and service completely exceeded my expectations. I will definitely stay here again and hope you continue to improve!

I was in Shenzhen for business, near Sun Yat-sen University, and since I wanted a hotel with a swimming pool, I bypassed the closer 'Xueren Yuan' and booked the Grand Mercure. I'd left a few requests in my booking notes, and the front desk lady thoughtfully went through each one with me, fulfilling almost all of them, which I really appreciated. The hotel seemed to have upgraded me to a deluxe twin room (I was traveling alone, and king rooms were full that day). There were two beds, each 1.5 meters wide, so I slept very comfortably. The floor-to-ceiling windows overlooked a park, and the autumn greenery in the south was vibrant, offering a beautiful view. Like other Huazhu hotels, there didn't seem to be any TV channels; you had to scan a QR code with your phone to cast to the screen. I had my iPad Air with me, so I didn't need to watch TV anyway. The hotel provided two bottles of C'estbon water, and the tea and coffee were good. Breakfast was also very generous. I watched the US Open Women's Singles Final while eating breakfast, which was very enjoyable. My main interest was the pool on the fifth floor, which I believe is outsourced to a fitness center, but free for hotel guests. Unfortunately, because there are many restaurants in the nearby Wanda Plaza, the fifth floor happens to be at the height of their exhaust vents. When I swam in the evening, I was surrounded by the smell of barbecue. When I went for a swim the next morning, I got in the water at 10 AM, and by the time I finished my 1000 meters, the surrounding area was entering lunchtime, and the smells started to waft up again. The hotel's location is excellent. You exit the elevator at D exit of Fenghuangcheng Metro Station, turn right, and you'll see it. Fenghuangcheng Metro Station offers direct, no-transfer lines to Shenzhen North, Guangmingcheng, and Shenzhen Bay Port. There's also a city check-in terminal at the entrance, and hotel guests can take a free shuttle bus to Bao'an Airport, which is convenient for business travelers.

Facilities: The facilities are well-equipped and comprehensive, ensuring a comfortable stay. The room even had a heated towel rail, which was a nice touch. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was excellent. They even provided alcohol wipes in the bathroom for disinfection, which was very thoughtful. Environment: The surrounding area is great, offering a quiet escape despite being centrally located. There's a subway station right outside, and various commercial areas nearby that can meet all your travel needs. Service: The service attitude was excellent; they were very responsive to all requests. Any issue was resolved quickly. Five-star rating for the front desk staff. Overall, it's definitely worth staying here again.

Mandarin Oriental Shenzhen truly lives up to its reputation as a service supreme hotel. Not only is it the highest Mandarin Oriental in Shenzhen, but the service throughout my stay was impeccable. I was thrilled to find out on this business trip that I was staying at the same hotel as my idol, Mr. Andy Lau! Enjoying breakfast on the soaring 78th floor felt like being in a fairyland. The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating, and the turndown service was as thoughtful as ever. Room service was very responsive. The welcome fruit was fresh and seasonal, and knowing my child enjoyed it, they sent another portion early the next morning. The family-friendly setup was warm and appropriate, and the kids' activities were a lot of fun. Finally, the checkout staff were very polite, escorted me all the way downstairs, and had a record of all my previous requests. I'm sorry I didn't catch their name, but I want to give them a big thumbs up here! It truly is my favorite hotel. While there are many luxury hotels, I particularly adore this one with its oriental charm. Mandarin Oriental will always be my first choice from now on! My only regret this time was that due to limited availability, I couldn't get an upgrade, and also, the welcome music was no longer ”Kangding Love Song.”

The front desk staff lacked enthusiasm throughout my stay, leading to a significant drop in my experience. For this stay at JW Marriott Shenzhen Bao'an, let me start with the positives: The executive room itself was excellent, with relatively new facilities. The pool was also very new, the water quality was good, and there were very few people. The executive lounge staff provided attentive and thoughtful service, making the entire experience there very pleasant, and it was the highlight of this stay. However, multiple interactions with the front desk from check-in to check-out, coupled with an unexpected issue in the room, significantly reduced my overall satisfaction. During my shower, the showerhead suddenly fell off, making it impossible to bathe properly. After reporting it, a technician came to fix it, which took nearly half an hour. For a double occupancy room, only one toothbrush set was provided, requiring me to contact the front desk for additional amenities. During my stay, I also inquired with the front desk about various things, including the executive lounge's operating hours and breakfast arrangements. Throughout these inquiries and the handling of the room issue, I was assisted by the evening front desk staff. Their attitude was cold, slightly impatient, and their communication was unclear, leaving me bewildered. I understand that working the night shift can be tough, but such service attitude is simply unacceptable. They consistently failed to consider things from the guest's perspective, lacked service enthusiasm and a personal touch, and did not proactively offer solutions. Furthermore, packages were haphazardly piled up in the front desk area, making the environment messy and completely inconsistent with the standard of a high-end JW Marriott hotel. The executive room's hardware and the lounge service are commendable. However, the evening front desk staff's lack of service awareness and the messy front desk area, compounded by oversight in room inspection, severely impacted my overall experience. I hope the hotel strengthens service training for front desk staff, particularly focusing on the quality of service during night shifts, emphasizes room inspections, and improves environmental management in the front desk area.

My stay at Shenzhen Orange Hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transportation access, and there are plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby, making it incredibly easy to get around. The room was spacious and bright, with a simple yet cozy decor. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a great night's sleep. The cleanliness was impeccable, with attention to detail evident throughout. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, handling check-in efficiently and even thoughtfully providing recommendations for local attractions. The breakfast spread was extensive, offering both Chinese and Western options, and the food was delicious. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel is an excellent choice. Highly recommended!

The room is spacious and directly faces Window of the World, allowing you to watch the performances from the room. The subway entrance and Yitian Holiday Plaza are right downstairs, which is very convenient. The service is excellent, and they are very accommodating. We even received complimentary Haagen-Dazs ice cream during our stay, which made the kids very happy. The breakfast was rich and varied, offering almost everything you could wish for.

I stayed at this Renaissance for several nights during my business trip. The hotel has a grand ambiance, and the public areas are well-decorated with good quality. The room layout is practical, the bathroom amenities are complete, and the toiletries are of good quality. The panoramic view of Shenzhen Bay from the upper floors is a major highlight; it's very pleasant to relax and enjoy the scenery by the window. The hotel offers a wide variety of dining options, and the executive lounge consistently delivers good food. On the downside, the air conditioning in the room occasionally gets a bit noisy, and I've experienced slow responses when calling for room service. It also gets quite busy on weekends, leading to longer elevator wait times. Overall, it's a standard five-star hotel.

The room was spacious and felt very open! The bedding was comfortable and breathable. The bathroom was clean and tidy with a great wet/dry separation. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a beautiful view of the mountains. The breakfast was fantastic, especially the Chaoshan congee and kway teow, which had an authentic Guangdong flavor. Parking downstairs was fine, and there was a convenient food street right across the road. The front desk service was excellent! Great value for money, I'll definitely stay here again! Highly recommended!
