Amazing resort! Totally worth it to pay for all inclusive meals!

Very friendly staff and helpful and like their services  Have quite a number of Amenities and suite for family, couples  friends gathering, stays and run away from busy , de-stres life . The only bad things is the location is quite rural and no shopping mall near by

Great hotel, nice pool, great restaurants. The hotel is super bug so if you have a stroller ask for a room close to an elevator.

We had a great time staying our mini vacation for four nights. Service was awesome and swimming pool and water wave pool and trampoline were star events for kids to keep busy whole day. The breakfast options were excellent

It was a great hotel. Particularly the activities and amenities have great varieties. The cooking class, with Chef Kapoof and hostess Prunnie organizing is very nice and the food is delicious. Will go again.

i booked this hotel for my birthday but never expected much. As soon as we reached the hotel, we were welcomed with a very friendly lady and served with wet towel and welcoming drinks. We were told that the room we’ve booked was overbooked and they are happily to change it to a new one. The least thing i was expected was, they gave a room with my birthdate as the number. and it was decorated nicely for my birthday. and of course with a complimentary cake and fruits😁 a lot of activities provided by the hotel, or you can just strolling around.. the view was spectacular! As we need to check out early to catch our flight, they packed our breakfast to go. Their service and hospitality is top notch! Highly recommended! and I plan to visit this hotel again for my next birthday!

Amazing place for families, but I guess it is also suitable for couples as the resort is well designed and has many different areas to relax. We found that everything was great and of good quality/ service during our trip. The staff is always helpful and kind. There are plenty to do for kids at the main pool, the aqua zone or the beach. Kids club was convenient too for occasional rains. The only comment we could have is that the check-in was too long. People usually come from far so it needs to be more effective.

Easily the best resort in khao lak. Staff is fantastic except for the waitress at Sakura restaurant. Facilities are well maintained but very dated since this resort has been around for decades. Resort ground is vast and facilities are more than adequate for the number of guests unlike AVANI+ whereby the ratio of guests to the swimming pool is overwhelming

I must say this was the best hotel experience we’ve ever had. Best service with immediate response to our needs have been impressive. All staff are very well trained. Not a single one of them has not greeted us whenever wherever we have a chance to meet, no matter how brief. Thank you.

My family and I just stayed at the JW Marriott in Khao Lak and had a fantastic experience! The rooms were spacious, with big, comfy beds and natural product toiletries. Every morning, the breakfast spread was delicious and varied, featuring freshly squeezed juices and authentic Thai coffee made with high-quality ingredients. The kid's area offered daily activities, and bike rentals were easy; I highly recommend biking around the beautiful gardens. The service was friendly, efficient, and attentive. The pool area was impressive—it's the biggest pool I've seen at any property! Plus, direct beach access was a wonderful bonus. If I return to Khao Lak, I would definitely stay here again with my family!
