The location is acceptable; other aspects are decent.

This was the worst experience ever. I called the hotel prior to my arrival that day to tell them that I'm going to reach the hotel later than regular check in time. When I arrived the lady at the front desk told me that there were no available rooms but she can squeeze me in one of the ones where they don't have pillow cases and asked me to check it out first. I arrived super late and wanted a place to crash, when we went up to the room omg the smell of the cleaning product is so vile I still have migraine. Plus, there were GECKOS in the room! Mother effing GECKOS! I couldn't stay, I called another hotel and paid way more money not to stay there.

The staff members are all polite and friendly but the place itself is run down and needs some serious renovation. The pictures speak for themselves. It's about 20-25 mins walk from either directions, to GPO and Tumon Bay. Some guests were yelling in their room late at night. Spend a bit more and go somewhere else. I wish I did.

location is very good, but old facility is not good for your expectation

It's a motel. I had an early flight the next day, so I stayed there for one night. It cost 120 yuan in China, which is not much more.

We arrived in Guam in the early morning. The bed was very big and was perfect for the transition.

The facilities are old and the hygiene is poor. I will not choose it again.

Because I had to catch an early morning flight, I took a temporary rest at this hotel and didn't stay overnight. A very old hotel, there is a strange smell when you walk into the room, the floor is oily, and the pillows also smell musty.

The room is big and nice

首先非常感謝攜程，提前幫與酒店確認可以提前一小時入住，我一再與攜程確認酒店是否有確認同意，攜程説他們和酒店有通話錄音的，酒店不會不認的；但當到酒店時，前台（一個年輕，一個年老的）故意刁難：要求我出示本人與攜程溝通的證據，態度極其傲慢，我都解釋打電話給攜程找記錄需要時間，如果攜程拿不出記錄或者攜程一個小時內不打電話給前台，我願意多付費，無論如何就是不讓入住。不得已衹能在邊上等，再國際長途請求攜程，讓攜程找證據和打電話給前台，折騰快一小時才讓入住（實際沒有提前），進到房間，衞生間和枱子上都是蟲子，花了半天滅蟲，幾個小時後又不知道從哪裡出來了很多蟲子。表揚修保險櫃的修理人員和保潔員，叫修理和打掃都挺配合的。

위치는 돈키호테와 k마트가 가까웠으나 렌트카 없이는 다니기 힘들어요 하지만 써비스도 좋고 가성비대비 하루쯤 묵기좋아요
