"The location of this hotel was spot on - walking distance to almost everywhere! The room was basic, but fine for sleeping (apart from the plastic sheets!). The breakfast was a great addition and helped us to start the day. However, the pool and gym were not good. The gym was tiny with hardly an equipment, and the pool had a fixed lane rope that meant you couldn't swim lengths. Pretty useless to advertise these as facilities. Everything else was fine if you're just looking for a place to sleep when exploring Toronto!"

"The location is good, close to the subway station and Eaton Center. The room is not big, the hygiene is average, there is a balcony, it is noisy, you can cook, and everything is complete. There are two lockers in the room with towels, but I don't know which ones are clean and which ones are not washed."

"Pros: The hotel is in a good location, within a five-minute walk of the Toronto CN Tower and Rogers Centre. The room is quite large, and it is not a problem for two adults and two children to stay. You can buy some food and cook. The equipment is complete. There is a Starbucks downstairs, which is very convenient. There is a large 24-hour supermarket on the corner. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the main attractions. Cons: Full self-service check-in, no cleaning. You have to wash your own towels and take out the trash yourself. Overall, it is worth staying"

"Due to the flight attendant strike, I temporarily stayed in Toronto for three days. I am very fortunate to find this apartment, and Trip.com also gave a special discount, so I placed an order immediately.
The apartment is located in a high-rise building, close to CN Tower and Harbourfront, and more than 10 minutes walk to the lake. There are restaurants, parks and supermarkets downstairs.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms and a living room for two to four people. The room was cleaned and kept very neat. There is also a stove and microwave available.
During the three days we stayed in Toronto, we stayed here very comfortably, went to the Toronto Islands, rented a bicycle and rode by the lake."

"This is a house contracted by a Chinese Canadian family in downtown Toronto. The whole family lives in it. The room is quite large, but the central air-conditioning vent is on the floor. It was hot all night when it was not properly connected. The room does not have a private bathroom, so we have to share a bathroom with the landlord's family. The landlord is very welcoming. When I left, he knew that I had not eaten lunch and he specially cooked a bowl of dumplings for me."

"Overall, the room was good. It was spacious enough for a family of five. The front desk staff were also friendly.
The location was fine, as it was close to the station and within walking distance of restaurants.
The walls in the room were thin, so you could hear the noise next door.
The water pressure in the shower was weak.
I think the amount of amenities was too small for five people.
There weren't enough towels, so we asked for more."

GGuest UserBooked Deluxe King Room with breakfast included. Room was spacious and breakfast was great. Yet the standard of housekeeping was far from satisfactory. First, hairs were found at the wrap for the wire of the hair dryer the moment I checked in, and small scrap of paper was also found on the inside of a towel. Without any notice/sign in the room about the hotel's green housekeeping policy (if any), towels heavily loaded on the hook and hangers in the bathroom were not collected even on day 3 of my stay (there was no bath tub in the room to place used towels). Packs of cotton pads, cotton buds and small soaps were not refilled even when totally used up. Interesting enough, when enquired with front desk if that was the hotel's policy not to so collect the towels and make the refill unless express requests were made, the answer was in the negative.
The charging of tips for breakfast is another interesting issue. My husband stayed at the hotel for 2 nights (with breakfast included) before my arrival. When he checked out, he was asked to pay for tips for 1 breakfast. After clarifying if tips should be paid for 2 breakfasts instead, front desk apologized for having wrongly charged for any tips as all charges should have already been included when making the hotel booking. Yet on our checking out after 5 nights' stay with the hotel, we were told that we had to pay for tips for 2 days' breakfast. We again enquired about the hotel policy and explained that we were willing to pay but wondered why tips weren't charged for all 5 days for our stay. No explanation was given and the staff (probably thought that we did not want to pay) just advised that the charges would be waived.
I have stayed at Park Hyatt Bangkok and the service was excellent. Was thus surprised to had those experience at Park Hyatt Toronto.

Our train got into the city, and we had a few hours before our scheduled show. The staff graciously tagged and stored our luggage while we toured around.
The lobby, room and the pool were both amazing and very clean! The pool (and sauna) was a highlight for sure! Just beautiful!
We were given late checkout upon asking, and enjoyed the pool more the next morning.
Also, the little coffee shop in the large hallway attached to the hotel was SO good!!! They were wonderful there as well.
We highly recommend and will certainly book our next stay here!!!:)

NNgMoonI was initially apprehensive about staying in an ”old” hotel, but my worries came to rest. It was similar to a cottage theme with very clean rooms and adequate amentities. Staff were always very friendly, greeting us everytime we leave and return to the hotel, and responds promptly to our housekeeping requests. 10 minutes from the hotel, there is a park with a calming stream, a great place to rest and rewind from the busy city life. Nearest train station is just 5 minutes walk away, and a 30-45 minutes car ride to downtown. Some downsides though, there are no nearby restaurants besides the one in the hotel, and no nearby supermarkets. Utensils were not provided in the room so be prepared to bring your own set. Hotel lifts seem a bit worn out but had not broken down during my stay. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay given the calm surrounding vibes and amazing service. I would consider returning in the future

GGuest UserLocation: The hotel is not connected to the PATH, that you can walk completely indoor from lakeshore all the way to Dundas street, with access to loads of restaurants and shops. The southest connected building is one street across the hotel.
The room was newly renovated, yet it was not in a modern way: the room lights were not turn on by slot in the room card at the entrance (actually there's no such upgrade in the room at all!). I have turn on every single light when I go into the room and turn them off before I sleep. There's at least 6 of them!
Do not disturb sign still required to hang out the tag on the door handle, which fell off everytime you open the door!! super annoying
The lobby bar food were good and especially the staff were very friendly.
House keeping service were slow - I have to call to remind them to bring my items.

LLivyC75The hotel was a glamorous stay right in the heart of Toronto. There’s a feeling of old luxury in the rooms and the lobby. The room had been renovated recently but they’re much smaller than newer hotels and only just fits a couple and luggage. The amenities were good, and we used the small sauna and steam room. Everything about the hotel was great despite being so compact. The toiletries provided were by Le Labo, but the scent is very strong and can be overpowering for some if you don’t bring your own.

The location is great with access to local transport as well as a range of food spots and shops just across the road. Beautiful location for a quiet getaway and very good value for money. GGuest UserI saw the address and door of the apartment, but I actually got the key from the supermarket. The apartment is relatively new, with three rooms, two bathrooms and three beds. The decoration, furniture and appliances are all new, suitable for families.
