"We stayed in Valencia for a night and before that, this hotel was perfect. A walk from attractions and a shopping mall. 10 minutes by car to the beach and the center.
Room and bathroom were super clean. In the night we had trouble with neighbors, so we asked at the reception for another room. This was no problem! That's a good service and would surely recommend this hotel!"
"Hotel location is good as it’s right next to a shopping mall with shops, supermarkets and dining places. The mall has few kids indoor and outdoor playgrounds where you can drop the kid (~8 euro for an hour). Hotel is newly renovated so it’s modern and clean. Breakfast was good and kids are free too. My family have a great time."
"Amazing Hotel, excellent location in Ruzafa area with lots of restaurants.
The staff were very helpful especially in changing the room, kettle, and towels.
The breakfast and staff serving were excellent.
Nice egg white Spanish omelette and the fresh orange juice was awesome.
Very happy and would visit anytime again.
The fallas festival was super lively especially the street bbq, lighting , food and drinks caravans and the decorations were super.
Alot of effort put in.
Fireworks were amazing at 2.00pm every day.
The crowd was lively."
"The 24hr reception greeted us during the check in. Thats was quick and we felt welcomed.
Two small lifts brings us to our apartment which is 350fts square. The king-size bed and the sofabed are well prepared, so we can take my own bed. The sofa bed is just as good as the fixed bed.
The bathroom is spacious. Water is hot with strong water pressure.
The restaurant downstairs the hotel provided a welcome non-alcoholic drink and hotel buffet breakfast. Besides ham, buns and cheese. We can also have special meals from the kitchen like a dish of avocado, Salmon, scramble eggs with a toast. The dinner is also tasty with average spending at around €30-40 per person.
The apartment has washing machine. An individual space for clothes drying rack to dry out the clothes with hot air coming from outside. Everything is well designed with new refurbishment. You will just feel at home.
The kitchen stove, utensils and plates are provided. Everything is good.
Towels are clean and toilet papers are provided enough. The soaps smell good.
I am happy to come back again next time"
"Great boutique hotel. Good location and comfortable rooms, rooms are small if you are travelling with large luggage. Staff were very friendly and helpful."
"Location is superb! It’s within 5-10min walking distance from all the major historical landmarks of the city. It’s more of a self-service hostel, very spacious room with new amenities. There is washing machine and you can iron your clothes with the iron and ironing board provided. The only thing to note is that reception only opens during 9am to 7pm, so I’m not sure how someone would check-in if they arrive very early or very late."
"The location is good, but I booked 2 nights, and there were only 2 cans of water in the room for drinking. When I asked the hotel again, I had to buy it at my own expense. How stingy. The hotel didn't have toiletries, etc., and the quilt was not put in properly. I ran around and it was uncomfortable to cover myself. At first, they arranged a last room for me, which was small and uncomfortable. The cost performance was not high. Although there is a shopping mall downstairs, there is no convenience store."
"Free parking out the door, alright placing inside the city, very clean and very quiet.Service could not be ranked because we checked ourselves in,overall a very good apartment-hotel.Would recommend for travelers."
"Valencia must go to the old town and the new city. This place is close to Gulliver Park in between, so it is also very good. The room was unexpected and the front desk was very enthusiastic. The car is charged underground, and it is difficult to drive downstairs, but much better than the place without parking spaces outside."

Great
YyingyingLocation: The hotel's location is excellent, close to the train station and several bus stops. You can easily walk or take a ride to the old town.
Facility: The hotel's design is beautiful, and the rooms are spacious. However, the mattress is absolutely terrible. Lying on it makes you feel like the bed might collapse at any moment. After a day of sightseeing, it's impossible to rest well on such a bed, leaving you even more sore the next day. By the way, Trip.com was very irresponsible. We left a note requesting a king-sized bed when booking, but our request was not communicated to the hotel.
Food: The breakfast area is spacious, but there aren’t many food options. We stayed for three days, and the breakfast menu didn’t change at all.
Overall: Hope the hotel can improve the mattress, as it’s a critical issue. Otherwise, the location is great, and the hotel is very new.
AAnonymous UserI called the front desk to ask for a converter, and they did send it up, but they told me that there was one in the room but in the safe. So what's the use of it? Do I need to put the device in the safe to charge it? I called again and they said they had arranged for someone to send it, but it still hadn't been delivered the next day.
I was very satisfied with the rest. The atmosphere in the hotel lobby was great. It happened to be the Fallas Festival, and the streets were closed and very lively, like the New Year.
AAnonymous UserThe hostel has an excellent location just in front of the river and a few step from the centre of the city and the old town of Valencia. The room is very comfortable as has lots of space however the shower and the toilet are in the same floor but far from the room. The staff were really friendly but some of them don’t speak Spanish.
GGuest UserExceeded my expectations! Can highly recommend.
I booked double-bed room, but hotel connected with me in a few days saying it's not available and suggested me a triple-bed room instead for the same price or full refund (though my booking was non-refundable). I accepted the new room and it was just great! Panoramic windows almost like a balcony. Very clean and comfortable bed. Fridge right in my room! And microwave in the corridor (though one was not connected to the electricity - the other one on the floor was). It would be great to have a teapot, too (but I managed to heat water in the microwave). Excellent wifi. Host was very nice and explained everything upon check-in, self check-out early in the morning is available. Shower gel & shampoo provided. Would be great to have cups to put toothbrush.
It can be noisy outside (2nd floor), but I closed the windows and it was calm. You can hear doors clapping from other neighbors- though it's not surprising for the hotel.
District is great - Consum supermarket just 1 min by walk, Mercadona - 5 mins. Lots of cafes around. Metro 5 mins by walk, city center 30 mins by walk, very convenient to get to the railway station.
GGuest UserHotel is good. Location is not in the city center, but in a pleasant clean cozy area. From the hotel on foot 15 minutes to the wonderful place of Valencia - the City of Arts and Sciences, where it is necessary to go. To the metro 15 minutes walk on the wonderful parking area (the metro line to the airport). To the city center (old city) and to the ZD-station on foot minutes 35-40 on a very pleasant route (or on transport). The hotel itself is clean, everything is necessary. 24-hour registration bar. Sustainable Internet. The room has all kinds of useful trimmings, such as shampoo, brushes, shaving machine and shower hat. The repair (design) in the hotel is a little bit obsolete, but when everything is clean and comfortable, the haytek is not always essential. One is a shortage - the room of the bathroom is not very good smell from the pipes (the technical staff should pay attention to this).
SSiyuyinyinThe service is good and the room is big, but the facilities are a bit old and there is no coffee machine. The hotel is in a good location, 10 minutes walk to Science City.
DDanielUKNot worth the €100 a night I paid for the room. The first one they gave me was cramped and dark, and the mattress was extremely poor quality and very uncomfortable. Also I was woken by a baby crying in another apartment every morning and the sofa bed had stains on the arms. Also I don’t know how you are supposed to navigate the kitchen if you have the sofa bed out as it would block the way to the exit and bathroom from the bedroom. I respectfully complained about the issues and the lovely property manager Desiree said I could move to another room, but I had to wait 24 hours for it to be vacant. The new room was much better although noisy as it was on the ground floor right by the street, and the mattress on the new bed was still poor. All in all I would not stay here sgain.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is pretty good. It's close to the city center. The kitchen has a microwave and a refrigerator. There are train and high-speed rail stations and supermarkets nearby. Overall, it's good.
DDavidOnly booked one night as it was close to the Mestalla to watch the football. Room was basic, no kettle or tea/coffee or even the standard free bottles of water. Room was on the ground floor through a maze of wood paneled flooring which at night meant that you could hear any late revelers coming back to their room quite clearly. Could also hear other residents moving furniture around on higher floors. I mentioned it to reception on check out that where the room was was quite noisy and he just went ”Yeh, sometimes” and when I told him I didn't sleep very well, he just said ”enjoy the rest of your travels”. Not even an apology or anything. The breakfast staff were lovely.
I've stayed in other 3 star hotels in Valencia that are much better than this with a lower price point, so maybe this place is a little overrated/overpriced. Good location though and obviously the selling point
GGuest UserWe walked for about 1.2 km from the train station to the hotel. But the visiting sites are all within walking distance from the hotel, which makes it convenient.
Hotel provides simple continental breakfast buffet for €5.
Staff at the reception counter was friendly. No mineral water, coffee or tea provided in the rooms. Rooms are very basic and have just enough space for 1 luggage, after shifting the furniture a bit to make space for it. Walls are a bit thin, and conversations could be heard from the corridor.
