We bought tickets for the trip. Two adults and a child, and we had to buy an additional adult ticket for our 13-year-old son. It's better to buy in advance than to be turned away at the ticket office because there are too many people there. That happened to us last year. There are several types of free fall, a climax at the entrance, and two more green slides of a similar type, a boomerang, and a python. The children's areas are good. They provide clean towels. The issue with sun loungers is a bit of an issue. The kids really enjoyed the pools; they are deep and warm.

This isn't our first time at this water park. This was our second trip. The slides are good, and there was no line for the scariest ones. The longest wait was for the Python slide—about 30 minutes. My daughter is just over 100 cm tall, so she can only go on two adult slides. There are good children's areas. The food is accessible, but everything tastes a bit spicy. Even the simple nasi goreng with peppers. The kids ate nuggets and fries. The biggest drawback is the sun loungers are always occupied. We arrived an hour after opening, and they were all already taken!!!!!! They just have towels and slippers on the sun loungers. But no one is there. It would be better if they made the sun loungers pay. Then these problems wouldn't exist.

I didn't have high expectations, but I liked that there was a wide variety of slides, and best of all, the wait times were short! You should definitely visit if you go to Bali!!

Go early in the morning~ The free sunbeds are great!! The lines move quickly, but since you have to wait a long time for the Python area in the afternoon, I recommend visiting Python in the morning!! The children's playground slides are really well-equipped!! The food is expensive but tastes good. The staff are really friendly.

What Is Waterbom Bali

Waterbom Bali is a huge waterpark on Jalan Kartika Plaza in Kuta, a short walk from the famous Kuta Beach and directly across the road from Discovery Shopping Mall. It regularly ranks as one of the top waterparks in Asia, with 28 slides and attractions spread across a huge tropical garden instead of bare concrete.

The lineup of rides is impressive, running from the Constrictor, a 250-metre enclosed tube slide, to the Climax, a nearly-vertical drop and one of the steepest slides in Asia. A lazy rivers is ideal for relaxing in between the thrills, and there’s a dedicated Funtastic kids’ zone with no height restrictions whatsoever.

Budget a full day here if you want to work through all of the rides and slides before making your way back to the hotel!

Best Rides and Attractions at Waterbom Bali

You’ll find the usual waterpark lineup at Waterbom Bali, including fast slides, looping ones, near-vertical drops, and a lazy river. But the quality of all of them at Waterbom sit a notch above what you can get at your standard Bali resort pool.

Here are the best rides at Waterbom Bali:

  • Climax: a near-vertical trapdoor drop, one of the steepest slides in Asia. Minimum height applies.
  • Smashdown 2.0: a 26-metre freefall slide that launches at a steep angle. Not for the faint-hearted.
  • Constrictor: the park's longest enclosed tube slide at 250 metres, with a run of twists before the splash landing.
  • Twin Racers: side-by-side mat slides if you want to race a mate down.
  • Boomerang: drops you down, then flings you backward up a wall for a weightless second at the top.
  • Python: a group raft ride down Bali's longest waterslide, built for families.
  • Lazy River: a slow float through the park's tropical gardens, no adrenaline required.
  • FlowRider: a stationary wave for surfing or bodyboarding, ticketed separately from park entry.

Waterbom Bali With Kids

If you’re travelling in Bali with kids, they’re not left out either. Those under the minimum height for rides can make use of a few different areas.

  • The Funtastic Zone has shallow pools and mini slides built specifically for young kids.
  • Zuluu Hill is a mini mountain with six slides across two levels, built for kids 150cm and under. Nextdoor, the Mini Boomerang ride gives little ones a scaled-down taster of the park’s signature Boomerang slide.
  • AquaPlay rounds out the kid attractions is , a 15-metre water playground with more slides, tipping buckets, and interactive sprays, suitable for kids up to 16.

Between these zones, younger kids have plenty to do without going anywhere near the big drop slides.

We bought the Discovery package, and the instructor was very enthusiastic and carefully guided us through each movement, even assisting us with a little Chinese. The process was very pleasant. However, we couldn't bring our phones to take photos, so we obediently bought the whole photo package. The bathroom didn't have any hanging racks, only a few hooks ✅, and the showerhead was fixed, so be prepared for a little difficulty.

Best Time to Visit Waterbom Bali

The best time to visit Waterbom Bali is generally between April and October, during Bali’s dry season.

As a tropical destination, Bali has a dry season and a wet season, and during the wet season, afternoon storms can easily rain out your day at the waterpark.

Weekdays outside of school holidays are noticeably quieter than the weekends, so if you can go then, you should. Come the weekend, local families and tour groups can fill the queues for slides by mid-morning.

And if you’re travelling during Aussie school holidays (generally between late-June and late-July), expect it busier again. Particularly because the mid-year holidays overlap with Bali’s peak international season too.

How to Get to Waterbom Bali

Waterbom is easy to reach, sitting right on Jalan Kartika Plaza in Kuta, within walking distance of Kuta Beach. No need for a rental car, you can make your way there from your resort if you’re staying in Kuta. From elsewhere, check the table below:

Where to Stay Near Waterbom Bali

Jalan Kartika Plaza is lined with top hotels, and staying here lets you easily walk to the waterpark instead of organising transport there.

You’ll also be close to Kita Beach, Discovery Mall, and a strip of restaurants along the same road, which makes it a solid base for a Bali holiday overall. It’s a very family-friendly area, and the whole area is well serviced with everything you need, designed for tourists to move between the beach, the mall, and the park.

Where to Stay Near Waterbom Bali

Dining at Waterbom Bali

The park runs several dining spots rather than one central food hall.

  • Wantilan Food Court is near the entrance to the water park and offers a good mix of Indonesian, Thai, and Western options.
  • Savannah Cafe is next to the AquaPlay kids’ zone, and ideal for family meals between slides.
  • Sliders Bar & Grill enjoys a iew over the FlowRider and the Smashdown finish line so you can eat while watching the action.
  • Oasis Cafe is in the Oasis Garden area, and can even deliver food to your private gazebo.
  • A swim-up bar is also available.

Outside food and drinks aren't allowed through the gate, so budget for at least one meal on-site if you're staying the full day.

Waterbom Bali Practical Tips

A few things worth knowing before you go:

  • Bring plenty of sunscreen. Bali's sun is stronger than it looks, and you'll be in and out of water all day.
  • Pack a card, not cash. The Splash Band handles payments inside the park. Top it up on arrival and any unused credit gets refunded on your way out.
  • Check the height and weight rules first. Most of the bigger slides need riders above 100cm tall, with weight limits on some rides for safety.
  • Book gazebos ahead during school holidays. Peak season (June to August, plus Christmas) sells out fast, and a shaded base for the day is worth having.
  • Outside food isn't allowed. The park has its own dining options, so plan to eat on-site.
  • Have your ticket QR code ready on your phone. It saves a stop at the counter and gets you straight to the gate.

The hotel is located within a large complex. There are many restaurants just a street away, and it's a pleasant 10-15 minute walk to the Collection mall, or you can use the scheduled shuttle service. The hotel isn't directly on the beach, but they offer regular shuttle rides to and from the seaside. Most of the hotel staff are very friendly, with the exception of a few at the beach. Every time I tried to buy a coconut at the beach, the staff would say they were sold out. And when I tried to order other drinks, they seemed quite annoyed. The room itself was spacious and very clean. They provide four complimentary bottles of water daily, and you can request four more. Any additional bottles after that come with a charge. During breakfast, you can see many small squirrels being fed from little wooden bowls hung on the trees in the restaurant.

Ubud Bali|22.98km from downtown
This is a premium hotel far outside of Ubud center. Be aware you are about 30 minutes from Ubud if you stay here and there really isn't much to do in the immediate area besides stare at the jungle. Staff was outstanding here with frequent greetings by name and remembering you like a Ritz Carlton. Because I enjoy regular outings I actually found the location quite inconvenient as an hour a day would have to be devoted just to getting to and from Ubud. The room I got was enormous and included a dining room, sitting room, bedroom, large bathroom. The in room amenities were great including a free restocking mini bar with snacks (no alcohol) and a large smart TV. The bed was huge, soft, and comfortable. The bathtub was a downside as it was quite small by western standards (not as small as a japanese tub though). I'm not a very big individual at 173cm and I felt it was too narrow and not long enough. Perhaps suitable for petite individuals only. Be aware of that if like me and many Americans you prefer baths over showers. The property is very large and you will likely want to regularly use the phone to request the on site golf cart shuttles to get around it as otherwise you will spend much of your time walking uphill from the rooms to the amenities near the entrance like the restaurant and pool.

Jimbaran Bali|14.95km from downtown
We chose this hotel for the last two nights of our Bali trip because it offered excellent value compared to many other resorts in Bali and even other InterContinental properties. The resort itself is huge, with a wide variety of facilities including separate adult and family pools, an indoor gym, a calisthenics gym, beautiful ponds, direct beach access, and very friendly staff. On paper, it seemed like a fantastic choice. Unfortunately, our stay turned out to be extremely disappointing. We stayed in room number 4127. On our first night, both of us woke up covered in insect bites despite sleeping tucked under the blankets. Around midnight, we had to spray both the bed and ourselves with insect repellent just to get through the night. The following morning, we reported the issue and requested a room change because we were concerned there might be insects in the mattress. Instead, we were only offered fresh bed sheets and a general cleaning of the room. Sadly, the exact same thing happened again on the second night. We woke up with even more bites and no longer felt safe sleeping in the bed. We strongly suspected there were bugs hiding in the mattress. We ended up leaving the room in the middle of the night and spent the rest of the night in the hotel lobby because we were too afraid to return to bed. What disappointed us the most was how the situation was handled. We showed the staff numerous photos documenting the bites over both nights, yet the only compensation offered was to waive a small bill (about RMB 55) for an ice cream and a coffee. Considering we lost two nights of sleep, experienced significant discomfort, and had to spend an entire night in the lobby, this response felt inadequate and did not reflect the level of service we expected. In addition, the hotel itself feels quite dated. Although it has its charm, many areas appear to have aged significantly. The towels were noticeably worn, wooden fixtures were chipped, and the overall condition suggested the property is overdue for a major renovation. We genuinely wanted to enjoy our stay because the resort has so much potential. The grounds are beautiful, the facilities are plentiful, and the staff we interacted with were polite and friendly. However, the insect issue and the hotel’s response overshadowed everything else. We hope management takes this feedback seriously and thoroughly investigates the mattresses and rooms so future guests do not have the same experience.

My stay at Renaissance Bali Uluwatu started with a hiccup, it ended on such a wonderful note that I would happily return. Due to a system error, I was given the wrong room type upon check-in, and unfortunately there were no vacant rooms available that day. However, the hotel team handled the situation professionally. The very next day, they upgraded me to their best room category as part of their service recovery, which I truly appreciated. What made the experience even more memorable was the genuine hospitality. The staff noticed it was my birthday and surprised me during breakfast by singing a birthday song. I was touched, although a little awkward too 😅. A special mention to Manager Aldi, who consistently checked in on me whenever we crossed paths around the hotel to make sure everything was going well. That personal touch made a big difference. The hotel itself is beautiful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The sunset views are stunning, the ambience is peaceful, and the spacious grounds make it a great place to unwind. My room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast team was efficient and attentive, and the overall service throughout the stay was excellent. Thank you to the Renaissance Uluwatu team for turning an initial disappointment into such a memorable experience. Your sincere service recovery and warm hospitality truly stood out. I'll definitely be back!

The service was incredibly warm and attentive. The hotel grounds are beautiful with an exotic vibe, making you feel refreshed and relaxed. There are also great restaurants nearby, so dining is very convenient. The hotel even has a sister property just a short distance away, which also boasts a lovely environment. The front desk staff kindly showed us both locations and let us choose where to stay. We ended up picking the older one because the surrounding scenery was more beautiful, and the pool was larger and more convenient. However, the new property had bigger and more luxurious rooms. It was actually a really tough choice, haha! The small cookies on the shuttle bus were delicious too! Overall, our stay was very comfortable, and the breakfast was exceptionally rich, offering both à la carte and buffet options, and it was all very tasty! Complimentary afternoon tea for two: The afternoon tea included three small desserts and a choice of tea, coffee, or other beverages. Complimentary minibar: The drinks were great, with orange juice, Coke, and Sprite – a good selection.

Prama Sanur Beach Bali is an established resort offering great value for money. Its biggest draw is the private beachfront, perfect for catching stunning sunrises, cycling, and enjoying water sports right from the hotel. The pool is large and surrounded by lush greenery. beyond expectations 🤍 Everything about this hotel was exceptional, especially considering the price range compared to other hotels in the area. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed with their kindness, professionalism, and warm smiles. The service was outstanding in every detail. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. Housekeeping was excellent, and the whole hotel had a clean, relaxing atmosphere. The beds were extremely comfortable and we had such peaceful sleep every night. The breakfast was easily 10/10 😍 Great variety, fresh food every day, delicious options for both adults and children, and everything was presented beautifully. Even the coffee and juices were excellent. The pool area was amazing ,clean, relaxing, and perfect for families. The hotel is also very family-friendly overall, with such a safe and comfortable environment for children. The staff were incredibly sweet and caring with kids, which made the experience even better for our family. The location is also perfect: close to everything in Kuta while still feeling peaceful and quiet inside the hotel. Honestly, compared to other hotels in the same price range around the area, Bintang Kuta deserves a true 10/10 Outstanding rating. It genuinely feels like a much more expensive hotel because of the quality of service, cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail. The room was too humid, probably due to the air conditioning, making both the floor and bedding damp. I had to ask for towels to lay on the floor and a new comforter. The soundproofing isn't great, but it was fine for an overnight stay. The breakfast was good, with plenty of eggs. It's a 10-minute drive from the airport and they offer a shuttle service. There's a small supermarket, massage, and currency exchange right next to the hotel, which is much better than the airport's, so that was convenient. There's a pool, a large lawn, and it's close to the beach, though the beach itself was a bit dirty and messy. You can watch planes land from the beach. I booked an airport transfer for the next morning and confirmed it twice, being told it was all set. However, when I went down early to wait for the car, it wasn't there. Luckily, I went down early enough that the front desk was able to call a temporary ride.

Ubud Bali|18.62km from downtown
For my second hotel in Bali, I chose the Element by Westin Ubud. Given that Bali is famous for its rainforests in addition to its beaches, and Ubud is the heart of terraced rice paddies, rainforests, and traditional architecture, I opted for a hotel there. However, I won't be staying at this property again. **Service:** The staff are mostly young and energetic, with good attitudes. However, my overall experience was just mediocre, mainly due to two issues: 1. During check-in, they recommended a Chinese New Year's Eve dinner. I paid by topping up an account, but then they told me they had no change. It took several phone calls the night before departure to finally get my change back. 2. The Chinese dinner itself was also a letdown. The food selection was limited and even less extensive than the breakfast. Plus, drinks had to be purchased separately. For a buffet at this price point, it was quite unacceptable. **Location:** The hotel is quite secluded, about a 40-minute walk from the heart of Ubud. Taking a taxi takes roughly the same amount of time due to heavy traffic. The surroundings are very isolated, so I wouldn't recommend it. It's a 20-minute drive to the rice terraces. **Facilities:** 1. I initially booked a pool access room based on pictures, expecting it to be right outside my door. However, upon arrival, I discovered a significant gap: the room was on the same floor as the pool, but I still had to walk a fair distance to reach it. The photos were misleading. 2. The bathroom lacked body lotion and a weighing scale. For a five-star hotel, this felt a bit underwhelming and not quite up to par. 3. Furthermore, some rooms had issues with their sinks, indicating a lack of proper maintenance.

We stayed in a sea view suite on the 2nd floor, but the view was mostly blocked by trees, so there was hardly any sea view. The hotel lobby is on the 3rd floor and offers an open view of the sea. I'd recommend requesting a room on the 3rd floor or higher when booking. The hotel's public areas are lovely, and the in-room facilities are well-maintained. The overall service experience was excellent; the staff were friendly and quick to respond to our requests. All the hotel's restaurants offer good food, and the beachfront restaurant has particularly stunning views. Breakfast time can get quite crowded and a bit noisy, so it's better to go during off-peak hours for a more pleasant experience. Overall, it's very suitable for families traveling with children.

Been here for 3 nights for our honeymoon. the staffs were incredibly nice. we are Bali people but we did not get or feel any discrimination at all, they treat us the same as foreigners. they have natural hot spring water pool, it was hot honestly, so we did not go very often. but they have ocean view pool and garden view pool which much cooler. The food was great!! All breakfast food we had never failed to satisfy us. Best of the best was the romantic dinner my husband prepared for me which is great!! Definitely will be back on our next holiday 👌

For just over a hundred a night, you can't expect too much. It's within walking distance of the port, and the captain was incredibly patient, driving for an hour to help us chase dolphins. The cleanliness was indeed a bit subpar; the towels didn't look very inviting to use. However, the breakfast was excellent, and surprisingly, it was customized per person!

Check in was smooth. Staffs were friendly. Hotel is huge, they have 3 blocks. I got the far end of the block which was a little bit away from the reception and the restaurants and the open space for smoking. In 2 circumstances, i walked up to the room and the door card could not work. This happened in 2 different nights. I had to walk down and got it reset, but the staffs didnt bother to apologise for this. The first time it happened I was okay, but the second time it happened, I got pissed off, because it was a long walk from the room to the reception. If you order food delivery, it will be a long walk to take your food at the reception. If you got the rooms at the reception level, I'm sure it will be a great experience like the first time I was there in the Junior Suite, but this time it was not as pleasant. Thumbs up though for the housekeeping, as the found out I had many shirts lying on the sofa, they brought a small clothes rack and hung my shirts.

Although it is nice that it is branded as a pet friendly resort but it is not what it was expected. We were not informed that there has been construction going on the hotel site, the wall is so thin that we could even hear the guests next door screaming at each other. We were not be able to sleep properly

The hotel is in a great city-centre location, making it convenient to access nearby attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Breakfast was included and offered a wide variety of options, catering to different tastes and preferences. However, there were several issues that affected our experience. The room description on Trip.com stated that the bed would be either a queen bed or twin beds, but we were instead given a king bed, even though we tried checking in as early as possible so that we can get a twin beds room. Bed type should be clearly specified and guaranteed during the booking process to avoid misunderstandings. The hotel's carpet is quite old and had a noticeable smell. In one of our rooms, the air conditioner appeared dusty and barely blew any air. However, after we contacted the front desk, the issue was resolved promptly, which we appreciated. The curtains were also not blackout curtains, allowing too much light into the room early in the morning. Despite requesting a quiet room, we were assigned a room next to the swimming pool. The soundproofing was also quite poor, and we could clearly hear people walking and talking along the corridor throughout the day and night, which affected our rest.

We stayed at Kenran Resort Ubud by Soscomma and had a truly peaceful experience. Even though it was rainy during our stay, the quiet mountain setting made it feel even more calm and serene. The atmosphere was perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The breakfast and tea were absolutely delicious, and everything felt fresh and thoughtfully prepared. A wonderful place to unwind and recharge in Ubud. 🌿✨

This hotel is a very good choice 👍🏼 I am a little picky, but here’s my review: Pros: ✅ No damp smell, well ventilated ( I was worried about this) ✅ No insects in the room. There might be some geckos 🦎 (which is normal and expected) but I didn’t see any. ✅ Very clean in general ✅ Comfortable bed ✅ The service is amazing ✅ The staff is very friendly and helpful ✅ The breakfast is very good, there are plenty of choices. ✅ Their restaurant is also very good, in case you don’t want to go out of the resort. ✅ The vibe at the beach is nice and if you like water sports it is also good. ✅ The pool is huge and very nice ✅ Reasonable price (but it will depend on the season and demand) Cons: 😑 Sound proof can be better, one can hear everyone from the pool (the sound enters from the main door) 😑 The beach is not the best for swimming, and is a bit dirty in general (not the hotel’s fault) 😑 The gym can be better as there are only 3 machines (spinning, treadmill and elliptical) the dumbbells are fine ✅😄 Overall, recommended! I was happy with my stay at this hotel! It is good to give it a try!

We really enjoyed our stay at Mövenpick and were very happy with our overall experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a stylish and thoughtful design throughout. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed as well. The service was excellent, and the staff were always friendly, responsive, and genuinely willing to help whenever we needed anything. The only downside was breakfast. At times, it felt like there were simply more guests than the restaurant and staff could comfortably accommodate, which made the experience a little hectic and the service less smooth than in the rest of the hotel. Apart from that, everything was wonderful. We truly enjoyed our stay and were very pleased with the hotel, the service, and the atmosphere. Thank you to the entire team for making our time at Mövenpick

First off, the room size and staff service were excellent. Although the condition isn't great, kids' life jackets are available for free, and they also offer free bicycle rentals. However, the swimming pool was a huge disappointment; it was small, and the water quality made me question if this was the best they could do for a hotel of this caliber. The breakfast, on the other hand, was well worth the price. They offered plenty of fruit (mango and mangosteen), and the gelato ice cream tasted incredibly high-end. You could also take drinks to go, and they even had kimchi stew, haha! The food quality was great because it was ordered à la carte instead of a typical buffet, and there were hardly any missed orders, even with Bali coming in. Overall, it was a good experience. Recommended!

An Amazing Stay – One of My Favorite Hotels in Bali Overall, this hotel delivered on every aspect that mattered to me—warm and genuine hospitality, an excellent breakfast, spacious rooms, thoughtful sustainability practices, and a location that's close to everything without feeling overly crowded. I stayed here for a week for work, and by the end of my trip, I honestly didn't want to leave. The hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. A special thank you to Satya, who escorted us to our rooms after a long and tiring flight. Since we arrived before the official check-in time, the team kindly prepared one of our rooms early so we could freshen up and get some rest while waiting for the others. It was a small gesture that made a huge difference after traveling. Breakfast One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because so many reviews praised the breakfast, and now I completely understand why. Breakfast became one of the highlights of my stay. There was plenty of variety every morning, from freshly cooked eggs to delicious local Indonesian dishes. I also appreciated that breakfast is served until 11:00 AM, which is quite common in Bali and perfect if you've had a late night or arrived early from a flight. In our case, we were able to enjoy breakfast before our rooms were ready. The breakfast team was incredibly accommodating and always greeted us with a smile. Their hospitality set the tone for the rest of our stay. A few favorites that I looked forward to every morning: The fresh acai bowl The turmeric wellness shot Great coffee selections, from espresso to café mocha Everything was fresh, plentiful, and a great way to start a busy day. The lagoon pool looked beautiful, although I wasn't able to use it because it closes at 7:00 PM. Thankfully, the rooftop pool stays open until 10:00 PM, and I managed to enjoy a relaxing evening swim. The water was warm, and the atmosphere was peaceful after a full day of work. One thing I really appreciated was the hotel's sustainable design. Only the guest rooms are air-conditioned, while the hallways and common areas are naturally ventilated. It keeps the rooms comfortable while reducing unnecessary energy use—a thoughtful approach that I hope more hotels adopt. For me, this location was much better than staying along Sunset Road. It felt more local while still being incredibly convenient. Within just a few minutes' walk, you'll find: Two convenience stores Plenty of affordable massage and spa options A shopping mall Kuta Beach Getting around was also easy with Grab and Gojek available whenever we needed them. Room Service Room service deserves a mention because it was impressively fast. Every request arrived much quicker than I expected.

Pros: The pools are big enough for a relaxed and spacious swim. There's an ice cream cafe, and the place is clean. The staff are friendly, and the room has all the essentials: tea, coffee, and water replenished daily. Cons: Breakfasts are mostly Asian, and they often try to pass off old food as fresh, especially the potatoes and cherry tomatoes. Very few fruits; only watermelon and papaya for the whole week. Absolutely no variety. A huge downside is the noise! If your room is near the elevator, expect constant banging and humming. You can also clearly hear conversations and other noises from the neighboring room. There's a cafe called 2 Roots nearby; it's delicious, I recommend it.

Stayed at Mandapa, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve with my family. The hotel lobby is grand and absolutely stunning! Our room was spacious, and the bedding was clean and comfortable. We received delicious welcome fruits and snacks, and there was an ample supply of drinking water. Our Chinese butler, Nessa (Honghong), was incredibly helpful during our two-day stay! She was always responsive to our requests, replied promptly, was understanding, patient, and provided attentive and thoughtful service. It happened to be Mother's Day, and Nessa helped my son fulfill his idea of surprising me. I received beautiful flowers, a cake, and a thoughtful card from the hotel! The Indonesian restaurant's breakfast spread was fresh and abundant, offering both buffet and à la carte options. The staff were proactive, polite, and friendly! Nova was particularly understanding; seeing that I liked mangosteen but wasn't sure how to open it, she kindly prepared it for me and brought it over. It was a truly heartwarming gesture! Overall, our stay at the hotel was fantastic. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family!
