Completed in 1932, Baiyun Airport has been constantly upgrading and expanding. After moving to a new location in 2004, it has embarked on an expansion mode: a third runway, Terminal 2, and Terminal 3 is also planned to be completed soon!

Terminal 1 of Baiyun Airport mainly serves domestic flights and some international/Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan flights. It is divided into Area A (domestic departure/arrival) and Area B (international/Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan flights). Facilities include check-in, security check, boarding gates and commercial areas.
Guangzhou Airport Map - Terminal 2
Terminal 2 was put into use in 2018, specifically for flights of China Southern Airlines, China Eastern Airlines and others. It has more modern facilities, more commercial brands and rest areas. It is connected to Terminal 1 by metro or shuttle bus, with a journey time of about 10 minutes.

The zoo is incredible! Lots of animals, a great elephant show, and you can feed the tigers and giraffes. My son and I spent seven hours and 17,500 steps there, but we didn't get to see everything. It's best to take the safari train closer to closing time; there are no lines.

The park is huge, so bring a spare pair of legs. You can only explore the Safari Park in a day. Save the rest for another visit. It's hot, so it's best to go early to avoid the queues at the entrance. Be sure to go to the northern exit. The safari vehicles depart from the northern exit.

What a wonderful day at Chimelong Safari Park! We bought a ticket for two in a minute—it's issued to one person, and the other person can join with them on the same ticket. It's also easy for children and teenagers. Convenient and hassle-free. And best of all, it's cheaper than at the ticket office. The park itself is amazing! The animals are so close, the atmosphere is magical. A must-see for anyone in Guangzhou!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wall Crack Recommendation! A must-see for the whole family!
Buying family packages on Trip.com is really convenient, just scan the code to enter. Bring your children to watch it together this time. There will be no silence in the whole place! The stunts, trapeze and magical Vulcan scenes are super shocking, and the music and lighting effects are of an international level. The children were so excited that they kept clapping their hands, and even the usually picky elders said it was worth the price of admission. Particularly during the parade section, the actors will walk into the audience and interact, bringing the atmosphere high. I will definitely bring my family again next time I come to Guangzhou!

In winter, the village market is bustling with people. Vendors selling vegetables, meat, candy, and Spring Festival couplets call out their wares, their faces flushed with smiles despite the cold. You buy a string of freshly fried dough twists, eating them hot and crispy as you walk, then pick out a couple of red Spring Festival couplets and a few bunches of dried winter plum blossoms. Carrying two large, full bags, you feel warm all over, your heart brimming with the joy of the New Year.

This was a lovely little park and one that I would recommend. However, as westerners we were "overweight" for some of the rides. This was silly because they were the same rides used elsewhere and if weight is an issue, the man could have been in a two seat section as he (I) would be as there were only 3 of us. It meant that the family was broken up. My boy enjoyed it and there was an interesting ride with the park mascots. Plus good street shows.
