"The hotel is right next to a metro station, very nice and clean. You get a welcome gift card to the hotel café and you can also take the shuttle bus to the airport. There’s a cu right in the lobby so you don’t have to go anywhere. And the beds are super comfy."

"Pros: Near Incheon Airports, especially terminal 2. Self contained entertainment and food options, many of which are specially curated selections such as the Michael Jordan Restaurant and the food court is aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Hotel also has a concierge service for taxis. Casino is open 24 hours with bars and food options available for purchase. Great place to past your time. Hotel room looks clean. Hotel looks classy. Walkways are bright and lifts look nice. 2 sinks in toilet, which is the hallmark of a top class hotel. Beds are reasonably comfortable. Cons: Extremely far from the city centre. Hotel appears to be the sole structure in the middle of barren land, with no human traffic spotted anywhere near the hotel. Shuttle bus to and from the airport arrives only once an hour and take about 30mins to travel between Incheon Airports and the resort, meaning it could take you up to 1.5 hours to reach the resort from Incheon Airport. Also not available when you need it the most, such as nighttime and if you need to catch an early morning flight. Recommend taking a taxi. Hotel Concierge coordinating taxi services does not pay attention to your words and tell the taxi driver wrong information, fetching you to the wrong airport terminal resulting in you overpaying for the taxi in time and cost and potentially missing your flight. The toilet bowl is theoretically great but does not work as intended. The buttons do not respond to your press for the most part. Most restaurants, including the food court, and shops close early, and i mean really early. So stick to the casino."

"I had an extremely pleasant stay in Orakai Songdo. The room was clean and huge, the location was also perfect - it was close to many eating locations and even a couple of famous bakeries in Korea. The amenities were also very impressive - the gym was spacious and well-equipped. I would like to drop a special commendation for one of the hotel staff, who went above and beyond to provide assistance to us when we approached him. I believe his name is Steven So / Soo. Would recommend Orakai Songdo to all travellers going to Incheon!"

"Stayed there a few times and the place is good. Quick self check in at the machine and off to a smart good room. I did not expect there to be a washing machine, which was nice The area around is good also and much more relaxed than Seoul city centre."

"I really liked the hotel, breakfast, and locoation. I was able to come by subway from airport without any hassle. Wonderful food options near the hotel, shopping area, metro were so handy. There is a korean spa nearby and hair salons, massage places, and nail salons. Not many toursits around and the prices were local prices for food, spa, and shopping. Loved the comfortable beds and sheets."

"The female receptionist is super unfriendly. Top 10 most unfriendly hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve visited 30+ countries. I arrived a bit after 12 - much earlier than the 3 pm check in time. In my experience, most hotels usually are flexible enough with the checkin time if they have available room and allow guests to check in early either for free or for a fee. As soon as I approached the female receptionist said “What do you wang to do? Check in is at 3 pm” - obviously doesn’t matter whatever I was going to say. Her colleague next to her took over and swiftly explained that there’s extra charge if I wanted to check in early (also not in the most friendly way, but at least he didn’t shut any two way interaction). Anyway, I paid the fee since I needed some shut eye before heading out. The next day I needed to ask direction to the airport bus and she was with someone who looked much more senior (maybe her boss) and suddenly she was super friendly. I only chose this hotel because of the location is close to an event I’m attending, but otherwise wouldn’t have gone for this accommodation. Not recommended."

"The hotel offers residence-style rooms equipped with a kitchenette and washing machine, with relaxing ocean view. Despite the limited space, the interior is nicely decorated across two levels—one for living and a semi-loft for sleeping, featuring a double tatami bed. However, the ceiling in the sleeping area is quite low, so it’s easy to bump your head! 😂 The room has underfloor heating that can be controlled independently, which is a plus, but there’s no heater in the bathroom—a downside during cold weather."

"Walking distance from Incheon metro subway station (line 1/bundang line), there’s also a bus (no.15,26) that runs from the statjon to the bus stop near the hotel. The room is rather small, but will do for a night’s stay. Great breakfast option (extra pay), make reservation upon check in for a discounted rate (10%)."

"Very nice hotel but the foreign male ( definately not korean) was not profession and rude and got me a wrong payment bill. He is not politr and slitely even rude. I am not sure why he is hired anx work here. Not professional. But all other staffs are very politr and very clean. 프론트에 외국인으로 보이는 남자직원이 불친절하고 또 엉뚱한 영수증을 주는 바람에 많은 착오가 일어남. 이 남자는 또 불친절하기까지함. 영어도 그닥 잘못하던데. 인상도 안좋고. 다른 한국인 직원과 호텔 청결도는 매우 만족함."

"The hotel is located just a few minutes' walk from the subway station, and the center of Seoul can be reached in 1.5 hours. The room is small but well-equipped: there is a kitchen, a washing machine, and all the necessary utensils. The cleanliness of the room leaves much to be desired: the bed linen is stained, and the bathroom has an unpleasant smell."
