Sorry, I forgot the names of the two officers yesterday. When we checked in yesterday, the two men served us very well and were very helpful. This makes this hotel a 5-star hotel in my opinion. With a super strategic location. The first floor has a cafe and a cafe on the roof.

The property is very beautiful and well-maintained. It's located in the center of Sapa. The room was very clean. The staff is always available, kind, and efficient in fulfilling every request. We were granted early check-in, having only requested it that morning. We also took advantage of the laundry service, and our clothes were returned washed and ironed within half a day. They stored our luggage at the hotel for two days while we went trekking and let us use the facilities upon our return. Highly recommended!

My experience in hosting was just incredible! I was received with warm and careful care since arrival. The environment was cool, clean and very careful, exceeding all my expectations. The details make the difference, and here they have not missed: from the delicious breakfast to the comfort of the room, everything was thought to provide a perfect stay. Thank you for transforming my trip into a memorable experience.

We took a 30-hour flight and arrived at the hotel at 10 a.m. Unfortunately, the hotel was unable to provide an early check-in. We requested access to a shower room for a quick freshen-up, as we had a meeting at 11 a.m., but the front desk declined our request. We were a bit disappointed with this.

Others than this, the room is spacious, all good.

The hotel is large, the facilities are very good, and will continue to support. I hope to improve the toiletries. as one. High-star hotels should provide individually packaged toiletries, so that they meet the grade of this hotel.
