This is meant to be a 4 star city-centre hotel and it is therefore expected that the facilities on offer will include a bar and dining facilities.
This is not the case.
While there is a bar and restaurant it transpires that the bar has not opened since COVID. In addition,  while the restaurant serves a very nice breakfast, it does not serve lunch, snacks or dinner. There is no vending machine either so really this 4 star hotel is a bed and breakfast establishment. 
If we had known all this we would have stayed in a 'proper' hotel.

Room has no air con, and many steps up the lobby. Many basic amenities cost money (such as slippers) 
, parking additional charge at £10/nights
Locations is good, Victoria street literally just outside of the hotel.
Endinburgh Castle view is available from the main entrance of the hotel.

The rooms and bathrooms are clean, and the hotel is close to the train station, making it convenient to go anywhere. The front desk staff was excellent. On our second stay, we felt our room was on a lower floor, and we requested a twin room. She diligently helped us find a new room and ultimately managed to switch us. She even proactively helped us move our luggage to the new room and gave us two complimentary drink vouchers for the bar, which we greatly appreciated. Additionally, there's a Chinese girl at the hotel's front desk who was very helpful. She told us where the supermarket was and the easiest way to get to the train station (just like someone else mentioned, definitely don't follow Google Maps, as it leads you over a big hill; following her directions was very convenient, no big hill climbing needed, you can take an elevator down). We are very grateful to her.

This was me &  my wife's first ever stay in London to come see a theatre show which I had booked tickets for my wife's birthday & we were a little apprehensive about stopping over. We searched various hotels for our stay & came across the Apex Court & on our first impressions we decided to book.

We are certainly glad that we did choose this hotel as from the moment we arrived everything was just perfect. The hotel is located just enough out of the way of the end of the main part of fleet Street & is setback enough with it's own court yard so it's quiet & feels very secure. This was something we thought wouldn't be possible in Central London to have a quiet oasis & security without spending a fortune. But this hotel surpassed all our expectations.

The staff were all so pleasent & helpful , nothing seems too much trouble for them. We left our suit case with them as we were there early well before our check in time of 3pm.. The staff at reception even tried to check us in 5 hours early, but no rooms were available until our correct check in time. So we enjoyably spent the afternoon visiting the likes of Westminster Abbey, Big Ben & taking in all the other sightseeing spots. Upon returning we checked in & the staff upgraded us free of charge to a superior room.

The hotel interior is decorated to a very high standard throughout & the rooms certainly don't disappoint, the room offers lots of space, a suoer comfy king-size bed, luxury bathroom with bath & separate shower. There's a large widescreen TV with plenty of channels & Netflix etc.., a fridge, tea, coffee making supplies & my wife's favourite thing a red rubber duck lol.

Thank you to all the Staff at Apex Court for making our stay so comfortable & easy. We now have a new found faith that London is'nt that big bad city we had been led to believe & will definitely have no hesitation in coming back again & booking in at Apex Court.

Excellent service with kind and professional staff. Very comfortable room, however some of the cupboards looked a little older which didn’t match with the rest of the room. For those who are more superstitious, bear in mind that the hotel is next to a churchyard.
Great location within walking distance to underground stations and the Tower of London. Was a very comfortable stay.

All the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. the location is very convenient , shops, restaurants and public transport within walking distance.
Hotel Rooms were comfy and clean. Hotel restaurant food is good and they provide in room dining. 
special mention to duty manager tony and kylie. food department Felix. 
will surely come to stay again for the next trip to Bath
