I recently stayed at Yuantuo Hotel during a family visit trip in Beijing, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location is fantastic—conveniently situated near major attractions, making it easy for us to explore the city. We truly appreciated the friendly and attentive service from the staff, who went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

However, I did encounter an issue with cleanliness in my room, as I noticed several bugs during our stay. This was a bit disappointing and something that the hotel could improve upon.

Overall, I would recommend Yuantuo Hotel for its prime location and excellent service, but I hope they can enhance their cleaning standards to provide a more comfortable experience for future guests.

I really liked the hotel 😍modern interesting design. Yes, the location is not quite in the center, but you can get there by metro without any problems. Breakfast is good, there is a choice 👌🏼There is McDonald's nearby, a store near the house, a little further across the road - a cafe and a supermarket. The hotel staff is responsive, everyone tries to help. Thank you 😉 I recommend 🫱🏼🫲🏽

My stay at the Onetop Hotel in Beijing's Lize Business District was absolutely fantastic! I have to specially commend the front desk service – it was truly exceptional. The moment I walked into the lobby, a lovely lady at the front desk greeted me with a warm smile. She was incredibly welcoming and friendly, instantly melting away my travel fatigue. Check-in was super fast; I didn't have to stand around waiting at all. She swiftly completed everything and proactively shared the room's WiFi password, breakfast times, and hotel facilities, showing great attention to detail. When I checked out, I was in a hurry, and the front desk staff quickly processed everything. She also thoughtfully reminded me to take all my belongings and wished me a safe journey with a smile, making me feel like I was talking to a friend. Besides the excellent front desk, the hotel itself is also great. The room was spacious and clean with good natural light, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. It's also close to the subway station, making getting around super convenient. The buffet breakfast had a good variety, and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

This was my second stay, and it was just as great, especially the location! You can see the hotel right as you exit the subway, and it's a short bike ride to the heart of Wudadao, with tons of popular spots nearby. The room was also very new. I only found out during check-in that it's a Jinjiang hotel – definitely worth it!

A very comfortable stay. The hotel's location is excellent, offering a peaceful retreat amidst a bustling area, making it very convenient for dining and sightseeing. The hotel has been recently renovated, so the facilities are great. The staff were warm and attentive, and the breakfast was also very good. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends visiting Tianjin again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Xi’an and would absolutely recommend it.

The location is truly exceptional, set בתוך the historic city walls and just a short walk from the iconic Bell Tower. Right outside the hotel, you’ll find plenty of street food stalls, the vibrant Muslim Quarter, and countless restaurants, making it the perfect base to explore the city.

The staff were incredibly kind and patient, especially with guests who don’t speak Chinese. A special mention also goes to the breakfast team, who stood out for their attentiveness and friendliness. The breakfast itself was good, with a decent variety to choose from.

The room was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully furnished in a modern style. I especially appreciated the Dyson hairdryer — such a nice touch to have even while traveling. And the mattress deserves a special mention: one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on, truly outstanding.

I would definitely stay here again. My only regret is that I only spent two nights, because everything about this hotel was simply lovely.
