Aman's service was truly exceptional. We originally planned to visit Bali during the Spring Festival holiday, but because we couldn't get our US visa and passport back in time, we arranged with the hotel to reschedule our trip to summer vacation. This season is actually the best for visiting Bali, with exceptionally pleasant weather. Our flight arrived a little after 7:00 AM, and the hotel is two hours from the airport. We arrived after 9:00 PM after our airport pickup. Since our reserved ocean view and pool suite wasn't available until 2:30 PM, the hotel arranged a garden suite for us. The room service was incredibly attentive. Although the hotel is nestled in the woods, it's practically mosquito-free. The private black sand beach is truly breathtaking. After checking out, we headed to the Suri Hotel, a two-hour drive. The hotel even provided a complimentary driver (honestly, given the hotel's remote location, shuttle service was crucial). The only downside was the single restaurant, which lacked a Chinese menu and staff, making it particularly unfriendly to Chinese people. (This was our third trip to Bali, and after staying in over a dozen hotels, this was the only one without Chinese service, despite the significant number of Chinese guests.) This is something we strongly recommend improving. The tuberose fragrance given at night was really nice, the bed was also very good, and I slept very well.

A truly charming Aman resort. The emerald-green infinity pool, its light green mosaic tiles gleaming in the light, is surrounded by turquoise parasols, wooden lounge chairs, and rustic stone paths. Beyond lies a tapestry of tropical rainforest, the wind rustling through the treetops, carrying a slightly damp yet refreshing scent. Inside, the high thatched roofs and dark wooden beams, along with vintage rattan chairs and round tables on the warm stone floors, and walls adorned with subtle plant patterns, create a serene atmosphere. Stepping outside reveals verdant greenery and a terrace. In the afternoon, one can relax with a cigar, watching the clouds drift among the palm trees, the smoke mingling with the mountain breeze, while nearby villagers work in the fields. The entire experience is a slow, peaceful retreat. In the morning, a guide leads you up the hillside, your feet sinking into the dew-kissed grass. Breakfast is already prepared in a bamboo basket, accompanied by a freshly brewed coffee. Sitting on the ground, the valley unfolds before you, bathed in sunlight. At night, the gym offers ample space for strength training with free weights and barbells. Small yet exquisite, everything is perfectly balanced.

1. Lot: There is a 3-5 minute distance from the beach. The hotel can send a car to the hotel's exclusive beach club at any time. Very convenient, when I arrived at the club, some staff took ice water and ice towels to the tanning pavilion where the beach towels were laid, as well as mosquito repellent and sunscreen. The hotel is in the mountains, the scenery is very good, in the lobby and restaurant can view the scenery under the mountain.  2, design: Australian designers 25 years ago, today's works are still so elegant, temperament!  3, facilities: the pool is large, there is an all-day restaurant, a good library. I can’t see it completely 25 years ago, and it’s managed quite well!  4, service: Amman, these two words explain everything, no more multilingual!  5, value-added: I don't know the relationship between spring break, one day free charter service, and free shuttle service, solve many problems, very good value-added service experience!  After staying for 3 days and 2 nights, it is regrettable that the driver who sent the plane on the last day learned that the landlord will be closed at the end of February 2018 because the landlord will not renew his contract. Very sad! But also very fortunate, AMANNUSA was chosen in the last hotel in Bali. Forever Amman! I hope that 150 employees in the hotel will be well!

We have always been an avid traveller and we love five stars hotel. And this trip to Tokyo, we booked for the biggest Aman Suite at Aman Tokyo and we also booked for a few nights in Bvlgari Suite at Bvlgari Hotel Tokyo. However the price we paid for Aman is 380,000yen more than our suite in Bvlgari yet the services and experiences we get in Bvlgari is so much better. The staff generally speaks better English, and their butler are way more proactive and confident, perhaps due to language proficiency. Also at Bvlgari they serve daily evening refreshment which they do not have at Aman. Also the breakfast at Bvlgari is 24 hours so we do not have to worry about missing our breakfast hour. We also do not see a lot of differences between the suite type in Aman. Personally we wouldn’t recommend Aman Tokyo to anyone considering there are a lot of better options and five stars hotel around for the price we paid.

It’s a journey, not just a hotel. This was my biggest takeaway from my Aman experience.

Regarding the environment, it's elegant yet secluded, a dialogue between the architecture, interior, ancient town, and distant mountains, paying homage to Naxi culture and a thousand years of history.

As for the experience, both the service and the booked activities make you want to spend more time at the hotel. The pleasant surprise of a back entrance leading directly to Wenchang Palace and the ancient town perfectly illustrates the separation between bustle and tranquility.

Regarding the dining, the à la carte breakfast buffet and the yak hotpot for dinner reinforce the belief that Aman's taste is always exceptional.
